First time here...... it was first recommended from my daughter, then I also heard about it on social media. Well we finally made it here..... it's supposed to be better than chipotle LOL .... This is a highly popular American fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in customizable, Mediterranean-and-Greek-inspired bowls and pitas. Well it was really good actually. No complaints easy to order, common sense menu. Not disappointed at all. Of course this location is no where close to my area but worth the drive. We would definitely be back.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised by Cava! As a first timer, I felt like a pro while ordering since the setup is just like Chipotle, but with Mediterranean food. I appreciated that vegan options were clearly marked. Here's what I ordered: Base: super greens and black lentils Mains: falafel and roasted veggies Dips: red pepper hummus and harissa Toppings: fiery broccoli, fire-roasted corn, pickled onion, pickles, tomato & cucumber, kalamata olives, and sumac slaw. Dressing: tahini caesar Not the prettiest presentation, but there's a lot of layers of flavors up in that bowl, and I loved every bite! Filling too! https://yelp.to/nPyalWEKWK I would have liked to see clear signage on where the line starts. When we walked in, I wasn't sure if we were to go left (towards the registers) or to the right (away from the registers). I used my Chipotle instincts and went to the right. The location is not very convenient for us to visit, and the parking lot seems to be a popular hangout for teens and college students revving their cars on a Friday night. A bit chaotic, but also outside of Cava's control. Though if I'm ever in the area during a calmer timeframe, I'd be happy to swing by for a meal.

We'd been wanting to try this place for a long time, and it did not disappoint! Arrived for dinner around 5:45. While we were there we saw the line grow long a few times, but it moved quickly. We had looked over the menu previously but there were so many options it was hard to choose! There were build your own options as well as tasty menu combos. I chose the spicy lamb bowl, one person chose the harissa steak bowl and our other member created her own bowl with harissa honey chicken. They had a fair sized team working, and they moved very quickly and efficiently. We could hardly keep up with their questions as we moved through the line to have our bowls prepared! Haha. I was happy they asked though- if I wanted the dressing on the side, any changes to my menu combination, etc. They had interesting bottled drinks for sale as well as delicious sounding "fountain" juices. My daughter chose the blueberry lavender. It was delicious! Not too sweet, gentle flavor. We were very happy with our selections. They are packed in compostable with lids , for easy take out or dine in. The meats were cooked well, and the other ingredients were tasty and fresh. Good quality. The dips were yummy, and the sauces potent; the skhug sauce in particular packed a gralicky walllop. The only thing I would change next time would be more salad greens and less lentils. The bathrooms were accessible and clean. The restaurant was also clean. Decent amount of seating. They have a patio as well. We were impressed with the whole operation. They have a rewards program too. Prices are a little high but we were quite full when we left, and felt the meal worth it. Looking forward to trying many more items!

01/31/26 My daughter was here before and wanted me to try it with her today. I walked in and it was an inviting place. The ordering process is like Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. For my first time here, it was a little intimidating because I didn't know what they offered. So I chose a pre-built chicken and rice bowl which consists of grilled chicken, brown rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula and Greek vinaigrette. Ordered pita chips on the side as well. Everything was delicious. It was fresh and light but they give you a lot in my opinion. The pita chips were so good too. I also got the jasmine iced tea. There was no sweetness to it so I wasn't a fan of it. I also got the blueberry lavender drink. Again, wasn't sweet but both drinks were very refreshing. Tasted clean. Prices are a little up there. Food: 10/10 Drinks: 7/10 Service: 5/10 Overall: 8/10 servers need to be a little more patient with guests, especially new ones who don't know what to order on the spot. Give them time to see what you offer. There was something that was black that looked like a bigger version of flax seeds but I still don't know what it is because they were moving me right along.

Dinner sucked!!! CAVA lost a customer tonight. I will not be back. The bowl was thrown together with missing ingredients and zero care. The employee preparing my food had a nasty attitude the entire time. Then Victoria, the manager, told me, "I hope you like your food." At that point, something told me to walk out and I should have trusted my gut. Terrible customer service and terrible food experience at the Long Beach Traffic Circle location.

2026 and i found my hack of eating healthy and saving money at the same time. 1 bowl is good for 3-4 meals for me or sometime more because I eat small portion but frequently. And that's how I lost more than 10 lbs just eating cava daily. I never stood in line, i always order thru the app for pick up. Free pita breads. Big portion, cheap price, rewards= winning.

The messiest chicken-avocado wrap ever...ugh! Decided to try the wrap even though almost everyone else was ordering a bowl, now I know why...never again!

BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free drink, pita chips, cookie or blondie Cava is a Chipotle/Blaze Pizza type of Mediterranean fast casual eatery, where guests can pick & choose what they want in their food order. Doing some reconnaissance, beforehand, I planned on redeeming a chocolate chip blondie. However, in person, Cava's blondies were tiny, little buggers. Being a hot day, and noticing Cava has several house-made drinks, I decided a free beverage would be in order for the visit. Cucumber mint lime- Refreshing & rejuvenating, I cut this with 50% water to reduce my sugar intake. And, it came out perfect. Pineapple apple mint- Just as good, if not better, the pineapple apple mint had tropical notes from the pineapple, also cut with 50% water. Prior to leaving, I did a 50/50 mix of pineapple apple mint & unsweetened jasmine green tea. That was the perfect combo! Service was good. The line was long, but moved at a steady clip. There was a bit of a hiccup scanning the QR code on my app, but it was taken care of. Cava is located on the left of Nothing Bundt Cakes, adjacent to In N' Out. My first time at Cava, and I was impressed with the assembly line of fresh ingredients. Their house-made drinks quenched my thirst on a hot September day. I would enjoy coming back & ordering a bowl.

Craving healthy. Heard good thing ms about Cava. Plenty of parking available. Restaurant clean inside & out. Menu is easy to understand. I selected a "new" Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl. Delicious! A bunch of ingredients and full of flavor. I will be back again. Both employees that assisted me were friendly.

The food at CAVA was fresh and full of flavor. I love how you can build your own bowl and mix different toppings, sauces, and proteins to make it exactly how you like it. Everything tasted really clean and healthy but still filling. The staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. It's a great spot if you want something quick but better than regular fast food. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Stopped by CAVA and had a really solid experience. The setup and vibe feel very similar to Chipotle, but with Mediterranean bowls and pitas and a huge variety of meats, toppings, and sauces to choose from. The standout part of my visit was the service -- especially Damian, who was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining all the options and combinations. For someone trying it for the first time, that made a big difference. I went with a custom bowl based on some of their popular recommendations, and it turned out great -- flavorful, fresh, and very filling. The space is clean, modern, and efficient for a fast-casual spot. Overall, a great option if you want something quick but still customizable and satisfying, with friendly service that actually makes the experience better.

A NUT. They put a NUT in my bowl. A whole entire nut. Like I know that sounds crazy because they don't even serve nuts, but I tried to bite into it, and it was straight up just a NUT. I'm so sad, I order from them all the time but this was just insane. Y'all need to check what y'all are putting in these bowls...

I've been seeing CAVA all over my feed, so I finally had to try it for myself--and this location did not disappoint! I built my own bowl with romaine, brown rice, grilled chicken, tzatziki, hummus, crazy feta, all the veggies (except pickles), crunchy pita, plus lemon herb tahini and garlic dip. The portion was huge; I split it with my boyfriend, and even half the bowl was super filling. The combo of spreads and dressings made every bite flavorful and satisfying, not to mention it felt like a healthier choice compared to typical fast casual spots. The pita bread on the side was soft and tasty, but I was a little let down by the pita chips. They weren't as crispy as I hoped, though they were well-seasoned. For drinks, we got creative and mixed the lemon lime soda with blueberry lavender and citrus lemonade--such a refreshing, delicious blend (highly recommend trying your own mix!). Overall, I loved the food, the freshness, and the flavors, and I can definitely see myself coming back to this CAVA regularly.

Ambiance (5/5): Although we didn't sit inside, it was super cute, with classy boho vibes. The restroom was clean and well-decorated (although, not gonna lie, I don't know how I felt about the big mirror facing the toilet). The outside patio area was airy, and although right by the street, I didn't find it unpleasant. Service (3/5): It was just so-so. They sat us down quickly, gave us our menus and checked on us maybe twice. It wasn't super busy, but we had to wait to ask for things like extra plates and water for our dog. Food Overall (5/5): Food was delicious. We got the beef shawarma lunch special and got fries for the side (extra charge) and also the chicken shawarma lunch special with the hummus side. Beef Shawarma (4/5): It had a nice toasty flavor, perhaps from the spices, and the pickled veggies really complemented it. My only complaint was that I wish it had a bit more of the white sauce (maybe adding more hummus would have helped). It was also strangely a bit watery, maybe from the veggies. Overall, it was still a yummy wrap. Chicken Shawarma (5/5): The chicken shawarma tasted more balanced to me overall. I don't recall the meat being dry, although I did also slather it with a bit of hummus. I thoroughly enjoyed this wrap. Fries side (5/5): Their fries are made in house and it tastes so fresh. It was crispy on the outside yet still gooey and moist on the inside. I'm not sure if they make their own ketchup too, as it looked clumpier and tasted really fresh too. The kids gobbled this up. Hummus and pita (5/5): It came with a generous amount of both hummus and pita. The hummus was well flavored and blended, and it really complemented everything on the table. The pocket pita bread was not what I had in mind (I'm used to thicker ones), but the kids really loved it overall. Ice cream (4.5/5): We ordered two scoops from the dessert menu. They were both really thick, creamy and almost chewy like liquidized mochi. It was a very interesting texture but nonetheless a nice tasty treat on a hot day. I much preferred the vanilla bean, as the pistachio tasted and looked rather artificial (and I'm a pistachio ice cream lover). This place had so many to-go orders during the afternoon we were there. I can see why. Food is super fresh and tasty. I think we will be back the next time we are visiting.

We were the only ones who had arrived during the late morning. Service was good; we got a good recommendation for an appetizer. The bathroom was also clean. I ordered the lamb kebab, and we got the beef kebab entree and cauliflower (appetizer). The cauliflower had a lot of flavor because the sauce included garlic, cilantro, lemon, and tahini. It was a little too citrusy for my liking, but my family enjoyed it. The lamb was nicely tender and flavorful. In comparison to the beef kebab (grilled filet mignon), the lamb (top sirloin) tasted less chewy. While I didn't have a lunch special wrap, I heard that the kefta (mixture of ground beef and lamb) was very juicy and flavorful. The bowl and entree had house salad, hummus, rice, garlic and tahini sauce, and pita bread. These were all very fresh and delicious. While the bowl has less meat, the other sides can compensate to make you full. The entree is possibly shareable for at most two people.
