I'm a regular at Simply Salad as this is my go-to spot when I want a good affordable salad or wrap. I've tried the Chicken Caesar Salad, Cobb Wrap, and Caesar Wrap, and I've really enjoyed all three. I love that I can customize everything exactly how I like it. For the Cobb Wrap, I remove the tomatoes, add extra egg, and ask for easy lettuce and it comes out perfect for me every time. The extra egg makes it even more filling without feeling too heavy. The Caesar Wrap is another favorite, especially when I want something quick and easy to eat on the go. Been a customer with simply salad when they had their first location in downtown LB and while the food is great for healthier options the customer service and quality have gotten worse while prices rise. I had placed an online order for 3:25 so I could run in and grab food on my way to an appointment, as I arrived I wasn't greeted nor was my food ready. I ended up waiting an extra 15 min while 2 other customer were able to get their mobile orders promptly. I ended being late thanks to this inconvenience. The customer service was awful as I grabbed my order the team member proceeded to slam my food on the counter and offer no greeting or even eye contact. She seemed irritated that I could barely hear my name being called over the extra loud sound of music in the restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back here anymore as the mobile order option is pointless and the workers who won't even greet nor want to help you out have sealed the deal. read more

It comes loaded with romaine, BBQ chicken, corn, black beans, cilantro, tortilla strips, red onions, cheddar, and crumbled blue cheese - I went with ranch, and they absolutely don't skip on it. You can even adjust the level on how much dressing you want! The portions are generous, and I love that you can easily substitute ingredients or add extras to make it exactly how you want. I've also had the Cardini Salad, which is essentially their Caesar salad with added chicken -- simple, fresh, and just as satisfying. The line can get quite long, especially during lunch, so placing a pickup order is definitely the way to go. I've honestly never loved a salad place this much. I've been coming to this place regularly for quite some time, and I genuinely love the food and the staff. However, these past couple of weeks, especially on the weekends, have been a little frustrating. I completely understand that the team may be understaffed because i hardly see much workers lately and I can see that everyone is working hard. I truly appreciate their effort and don't want this to come across as criticism toward the employees. My concern is more about the wait times, as the food has been taking quite a while to come out. I try to be patient and understanding, especially when I can see that there aren't many people working, but the longer wait times have unfortunately started to make the experience frustrating. I really enjoy coming here and would hate for the wait times to eventually make me stop coming altogether. I hope management can look into the weekend staffing or workflow because I'd genuinely love to continue coming back and supporting this place. Seared Shogun has always been my favorite here. It's a good portion but it is expensive I will say. If it was cheaper I would go back more frequently. It includes lettuce, crispy onion, purple cabbage, cucumber and ahi tuna. Might have forgotten an ingredient. Tuna can be hard to cut with big fatty pieces.
