This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I've lived near it for about 7 months, and I go there at least once a month. Over the course of those 7 months, I've had 3 wrong orders and two times, things were missing from my bag. This is pretty unusual for chick-fil-a. Not only were my items wrong, each time I've needed to address it, the employees have been unprofessional and not at all what one would expect of a chick-fil-a employee. Another note is that there are always a lot of people behind the counter, and as I've sat and watch them try to correct my order a few times, it's very clear that they are all falling over each other in an unorganized mess. They have a lot of young employees who lack professionalism (understandably... it's likely their first job), but management at this location really should have a better handle on what's happening and coach them. read more

My mother and I and my neices had a long trip ahead of us so we came here through the drive thru to eat. My neices wanted two chicken tender entrees. The boy who took our order put on there 2 singular chicken tenders. We saw that was what we got and were kind of irritated as we had to wait in the long line again to get what we actually wanted. My mother stated that we wanted 2 chicken tender entrees. I worked at chick fil a before. He was supposed to ask how many we wanted in each order and he did not. This did not register until I saw we got the wrong thing. My mother asked to speak to a manager because it was an inconvenience for us and she didn't want anyone else to be inconvenienced. The manager came out and spoke to us but was very rude. I unfortunately didn't get her nane but she was a relatively heavy set woman and she was not in her uniform. She tried to put the blame on us saying that my mom didn't say chicken tender entree even though me and her know for a fact she did. My mom said she did but the kid didn't ask how many we wanted for each entree or anything. He just put 2 singular chicken tenders on there. The younger manager girl behind her said that is actually what is supposed to be done and asked the manager talking to us if she can talk to him about it because it has been happening a lot. This older manager PUT HER HAND on the girl and practically pushed her inside and said "Just go back inside". She then told us they aren't supposed to ask how many we want for an order even though I know they are. He even asked us that when we came back around and explained the situation so we could get what we wanted before speaking to the manager. Warning doesn't matter what time of day this store is always crowded. I've visited this store over 3 times. This Chick-fil-A could have been designed better. The drive through line is so long that if you park in certain spots you can be blocked in until the line moves. The drive through wait time is horrible. I walked inside for food. The lines inside were also terrible. The lemonade was extremely tart and the fries were barely warm. The nuggets I received were warm and dry. The lady behind the cash register was friendly that was the only good thing about my visit to this location. read more

God awful management. Can't understate that enough. Place needs new leadership in a major way. The manager on duty Magy clearly has no grasp on what's happening while she's there. Ok this is hard for me to write bc I absolutely love chick fil a but this location is horrible. Just horrible. The way they designed the drive thru isn't efficient. Doesn't make sense. Line moves super slow and they bring you your order however you have a car or two in front of you that I blocking your way of exiting because they haven't received their order yet. Food is always cold and gross. Fries hard. Sandwich is nasty. Today I went inside to order and I asked for sauce. They gave me 1 sauce! 1! I asked for me and said a couple more of each kind. Guy gives me only 2 more. Asked for ketchup initially and there was none in the bag. Handed me 1! Lol!!! Wtf you want me to do with 1 packet of ketchup! I use 1 for one bite. This Chick-fil-A branch is a shock to anyone who regularly patronizes other locations! I lived in the area for years and tried it over and over ONLY due to convenience. I was literally scared by the hostility of one of the employees, and I am pretty tolerant about customer service. The service was slow and and the orders were incorrect at least 50% of the time. I'm not sure how they continue to operate in this way, but guessing the limited options in the area enable them to see a profit. The service at this Chick-Fil-A was quite possibly the worst I've seen amongst Chick-Fil-A's across the country. I've been to several in Illinois, Florida, and Georgia. Typically, I've been able to credit a sandwich coupon into purchasing a larger meal and just paying the different. The service person named Gloria denied my request but also mumbled every word to me so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. On top of that, she gave me a lot of attitude like I was doing something wrong. I understand if someone is being a jerk to you and she doesn't like it, but I was simply asking what my options were. For months I've been meaning to go by and try the new white peach tea lemonade. I knew I was leaving town this day so I figured it'd be the perfect opportunity. This was my first time going to this location and since I just moved to this area it's super close! I've been cheating on CFA lately (so sorry), I'm used to going at least once a week if even for just some fries, a fruit cup, or milkshake. When I arrived, it was about 9:30am so it was a little busy but nothing too bad for me to turn around and leave. I was too lazy to get out and go inside so i went through the drive-thru. The line moved very quickly so I was pleased. My usual breakfast order is the 4-ct minis meal with hash browns but lately I've been getting the hash brown scramble bowl which I love because it has cheese. Okay back to the lemonade, it was really good! I had heard mixed reviews so I needed to try it for myself. It was a little sweet in my opinion but nothing a little added water couldn't fix. Normally, I have great experience with chick-fil-a but this time I am very dissatisfied with how this chick-fil-a location handled my simple complaints? Which was the cookies I ordered wasn't in my order but on my receipt and that my grilled nuggets in my Cobb salad was too chewy to swallow I have been going to chick- fil- a forever and never really had a problem besides the fries being a hit or Miss of which I never complained I just put them in my air fryer, but these people had the audacity to call me a liar about some missing cookies of which I never received and some chewy grilled nuggets that was hard to swallow in my salad, I am a signature member & i have never been treated in this way, I would have never even came to this location if it wasn't for my local chick-fil.'a being shutdown for remodel of which I have never had an issue there or anywhere else, i cant even believe I have to make a complaint against chick-fil-a but they missed the mark with this one, these people, think they can call me a liar and not even atleast apologize for my missing items and chewy ass nuggets that I myself did not have time to turn back once I got to work and or call them during that time to inform them of what happen, I had to then choose between Waffle House, Wendy's, Taco Bell, & the legendary McDonald's.. of which I chose Wendy's and they was delicious, them spicy nuggets and that Cesar salad was amazing and they had a great attitude surprisingly. The restaurant is always dirty. This location always seems to run out of supplies, and the bathrooms are unclean. I've been to many Chick Fil A locations, and this one is by far the worst. Bad leadership at the head will always set the tone for and trickle down to the employees. I have lived in Dunwoody for almost 10 years and have gone to this Chick Fil A location many times. I have never dealt with rudeness or a lack of customer service at any Chick Fil A, and this location was the first one. And what's more sad, is that my daughter was just hired at another Chick Fil A location and had to witness this horrible customer service and leadership. Yesterday I ordered food which included their Large size seasonal peppermint milkshake for my daughter. They forgot to give us the milkshake we didn't find this out until we got all the way home. Usually Chick Fil A doesn't miss things in the order that was a surprise. No bigger, I thought let me go the next day and bring my receipt to let them know I needed my large milkshake I paid $4.15 for. When I arrived in drive thru, I explained what happened and was told to pull up to receive my milkshake. One of the managers, Kenneth, told me first why didn't I call and let them know I hadn't received my missing milkshake. I told him well, anytime any fast food place misses my item I try to call but they usually don't answer the phone. He then tells me I can receive a small milkshake. Excuse me? A small? Why would I accept a small milkshake when I ordered a large and you forget to give it to me, then I come back the next day wasting my time and gas to get something I've already paid you for? I couldn't believe it. He said I could speak with the manager over him (Operations Manager) as she was the one that relayed this decision. I said yes I would like to speak to her. The Operations Manager (who said her name was Teresa and Kenneth was the manager before her) came out and I explained to her I had never been downgraded before ever for something I paid for and didn't get. And that I wanted my large milkshake I paid for and didn't receive yesterday. She then tells me "you would be surprised at the amount of people that that come for something free that they didn't pay for. " Basically insinuating I would drive all the way back to her location a day later for a milkshake for free like I hadn't paid for it. I was in disbelief this woman actually told me she wasn't going to give me the large shake I paid for, and was substituting it for a small. I therefore told her, I'm not coming here asking for a chicken sandwich or nuggets something that's Chick Fil A is known for--or even a meal. It was a seasonal shake that I paid for. I couldn't believe this mature woman, the head and leadership of this location, had this type of customer service and attitude towards a paying customer. She then finally after talking over me and the back and forth says she'll go get my large peppermint milk shake. I told her if she could include the cookie the man at the window said I could receive for my trouble for driving all the way back there. She begrudgingly agrees. She brings it back and says in a dry tone with no sincerity sorry for your inconvenience and tried to quickly walk off. I said "excuse me" she ignored this and I had to repeat again "ma'am excuse me" she still walks off and turns and says "yes"? I asked her name she says Teresa and I asked for the manager before her and she walks off and I hear "Kenneth". I will never go to this location again. I'm glad my daughter whose now a newly hired employee at another Chick Fil A location said to me "mom we learned in our new employee orientation that that is never how we should treat our customers." I never thought I would see the day when I would leave a Chick Fil A restaurant for Wendy's. Today was the day. I frequent the Peachtree Industrial location three to four times a week and receive less than "Chick- Fil- A standard of customer service" at least twice a week. From incorrect orders, to dismal greetings, I am confused on the level of customer service at a business who prides itself on quality service. The tipping point today was the lengthy wait time as a result of the order incorrectly taken for the umpteenth time. Once at the food distribution area, the associate asked me to pull forward as they could not find the order. After not finding the order, I was told to further pull forward and I responded, "no thank you". The associate then made an "oh well" arm gesture and summoned the next driver. Now that's quality customer service at it's finest. What the young lady non verbally expressed was my money was not valued and there will always be another guest to serve. Be careful. The money used to remodel the facility would have been better spent on additional training for the staff. read more

I've eaten at many a Chick-fil-a, and this is by far the worst one. I'm in this part of town a lot and my kids always request it, so I've been a few times despite my qualms. Highlights: person at the drive through window hocked a loogie while getting my order. Twice. Restaurant permanently smells like spoiled dairy mop water. Everyone who takes your order will be doing so for the first time. I'm pretty sure no employee makes it to day two. Go on. Order an ice cream cup. I bet you they'll ask if you want that cup inside a cone. The bathrooms always have something wrong with them. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I go here regularly, but am putting the brakes on it. The only reason they get two stars is the food quality is mostly consistent. The staff here is mostly awful. There are a couple of people that stand out and are very friendly and easy. But talking to most of the staff here is like talking to piles of bricks. There are literally cashiers that I will see free and not go to because they don't understand your order. (Not language barrier issue.) Whoever does the hiring needs to be replaced and I will start coming back. I love bringing the kiddos I care for to Chick fil A for lunch but I'll no longer be bringing them to this location. The service is lacking compared to other locations and the play area is the most disgusting one I've ever seen inside a Chick fil A! I have a love/hate thing with Chikfila, but this is definitely one of the better locations. I stopped in for breakfast recently because I had time before work. I'm actually not a big fan of the chicken biscuit, but I do like their chicken burrito with the salsa. Service is quick and they're clean. It's also not incredibly busy like other Chikfila locations. I'm not in this area too often for work, but it's a nice treat to start the day. read more
