This review is for my drive-thru experience at this location, and I must say--it's consistently improved (please keep it up) . Over the past few months, I've noticed how well their system and staff operate, making each visit smooth and pleasant. Consistency is key, and I truly hope they continue to keep this flow going. Today, I ordered the Wings and Thingz and chose the lemon pepper rub for my wings. They were kicking with spice--bold, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also added the cheesecake bites, which come with a strawberry jam. If you've never tried them before, trust me--they're worth every extra calorie. Reliable service and tasty food? I have noticed I have not been here in a while!Someone suggested Zaxby's and we came here. We dined in and it wasn't busy. While we were briefly waiting on our food, I noticed the floor by the drink machine was sticky. They had a mop sign by it but my flip flopped almost got stuck on the floor! I played it off tho! lol One of the team members did bring it to his attention and told someone. When I was looking for a table to seat and eat, I noticed some of the tables were dirty and sticky. Even though this was my first time eating on the inside, If I come here it's because it's just something right quick. This location in Chamblee at the Lowe's parking lot is consistently decent. I have ordered inside as well as used the app to place orders for pick up at the counter. I love using the app and the ability to pay in advance with the app. When using the app my food is consistently ready in 12 minutes or less. Food always tastes hot and fresh. I ordered dinner tonight for my family and everyone loved the food. The price is a good value for the quality. The dining room is clean and so are the bathrooms. Sometimes the counter employees are super friendly and other times they are clearly overwhelmed and distracted. This location seems to always have signs at the entrance indicating that they are hiring. Hopefully staffing will improve and give the employees time to smile a bit more. Overall this is a consistent place to get a fresh meal at a fair price! read more

Can't speak to the Texas toast as I didn't eat it. I got 2.5 chicken tenders instead of 3, as one was half a tender if that, although they were tasty. The wings were the real disappointment though. I ordered nuclear, and they gave me wimpy I think. It had the faintest of tingle but was not even what I would call a "medium" wing. Football season started last week and I can't lie, I was pretty pumped. This Sunday I woke up played some tennis and got ready for ~7 hours of straight football on @nfl red zone. Something I used to do often in college and I do occasionally now is get the perfect game day food for dinner or lunch a wings and things from @realzaxbys. Why is this the perfect game day food you might be asking... here's why: 1. Wings: ok I'm not a purist, I like boneless wings (just easier to eat lol) the tongue torch sauce here is really tasty, not overly spicy but great flavor on a super crispy nugget (I can acknowledge that's what boneless wings are) 2. Things (aka chicken tenders): chicken tenders here are really good but to me what makes it is the zax sauce I could eat 20 of these easily lol 3. Fries: something about the Zaxby's crinkle fries and the little bit of seasoning they put on them is amazing. Well salted and perfectly crispy dipped in a little bit of ranch these are some of my fav fries in fast food. The only con here is the calories... 1500+ is a lot in one meal lol... make sure you get plenty of exercise or don't eat a whole lot of anything else before you have this meal read more

Zaxby's is indeed my go-to spot to fill me up OR cheer me up when I've had a rough day. The Wing N Things Combo really does it for me! I dropped in here after getting my tires done across the street at Discount Tire. This location sits off the intersection of 141 & Peachtree Rd going towards Atlanta. It's a great spot for lunch and to wait if you're having your car worked on at Discount Tire. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I've been to Zaxby's where they drop by the tables to check on you and are constantly cleaning, and this one wasn't up to par for that which is why i bumped them down a star. They also didn't give me a ton of sauce on my wings, and that is semi-annoying (but my fault for not asking for additional sauce on them). I just assumed because most places give you a nice helping of sauce. My Wings N Things Combo was good, though, and it did what it was supposed to do ... fill me up. I always get asked on Yelp Check-Ins if they have bike parking and this one does, so I could actually say YES for once on that! Certainly not a bad location, and worthy of a typical Zaxby's stop. read more

I've had quite a few post-workout meals here. Located down the street from LA Fitness in Brookhaven and directly next door to my Discount Tire, it's an easy jog or drive to some deliciously unhealthy chicken and sweet tea. High calorie, chicken craving satiating food with some Christian music quietly brainwashing you from above. Not a bad environment. If only all the employees were as God-fearing. That, or they're having an off day all the time. I can't complain about the service when it's fast food. Food is always on point. I love their wings, especially their Wings and Things combo, including both wings and their fried chicken tenders. YAS. 1000+ calories, here we come. Just like any other Zaxby's, there is plenty of seating. There's always a slight wait for food, but I'd rather it take a while for them to make my food - makes me feel comforted that they aren't just microwaving my food. No complaints here. Well I asked for wings and thing wimpy and got wimpy looking boneless wings and actually only got 3 under cooked clumps of chicken. Well at least I think because it was only fried under cooked dough. Everything else was just thrown in the container. My advice is to spot check the orders because for $10 I expected something better than good fries and a drink. My reviews for this location is mix. There have been days I've come and felt the employees was very thorough and welcoming. There are other days when I felt the employees didn't want to be there and absolutely hated his/her job. However, today was a good day!! :)) Drive-Thru: Line tends to get long depending on the time of day, this location has a lot of traffic so be prepared to have a little wait but but overall runs smoothly. Employees/Service: I've had maybe three bad experiences with workers attitudes but per management, those individuals were addressed. Majority of my visits are pretty pleasant like today. The employee was patient while taking the order and did not rush me. The drive thru employee greeted me with a smile and had a warm presence. I'll be honest, you don't always get that experience at this location but it's nice when you do. Food Quality: My food has always been fresh. I'm a big french fry fan, however today they weren't as good but then again I had to make a couple stops on the way home so they were no longer stemming hot by the time I got home. However, I felt they weren't as seasoned like usual. I won't hold it against them. It's not all the time. :) Location: Conveniently located across from a Texaco gas station, directly adjacent from Discount Tires, and in the same parking lot as Lowes Homes Improvement store. The location not hidden, very easy to find and is near the Brookhaven area surrounded my other shopping centers. I've been inside the location a few times and it's spacious and has appeared well kept up. The only reason I don't give all 5 stars is due to some of the employee attitudes from time to time. Ok my last trip, I went through the drive thru. The female said "what do you want?" I ordered two meals and got lots of attitude the whole time. In the past I did not understand many of the reviews for this location because I always had decent experiences. After this visit, I understand why. I typically only run through the drive thru at this location because of it's convenient location to the Brookhaven area. Of course, this is your typical fast food chicken joint, but who doesn't love some southern sweet tea and fried chicken? My service at the drive thru this particular time was disappointing. When I was placing my order the employee either had a challenging time hearing me or was overwhelmed with distractions inside because she asked me to repeat my order several times. At the register she was very polite but seemed overwhelmed. (Maybe they didn't have enough employees?) When I got home, I noticed mistakes in our order. I was charged for extra ranch sauce, which I did not receive upon request. The chicken finger plate meal did not have a piece of toast that comes with the meal. The celery slices for the wings meal were a joke. I'm not sure if they were low on celery or if slicing celery like spaghetti noodles has become the new approach, but either way, I was disappointed on the quality of celery I received. Not greasy or overfried. Good amount of meat, juicy. They also sell fried pickles and fried mushrooms! Dipping sauces I received were Ranch sauce (Bleh) and Zax Sauce(Yum) The accompanying sides are Texas toast and Celery. All good. The food is pricier than most fast food places, figure about 8 bucks for a meal. Not bad either way, just not as cheap as say, Wendy's or Mickey D's. Service is pretty friendly. I took the drive through and the young lady was very sweet. Nothing worse than someone shoving a bag in your face while looking the other way. All in all, I'll be back. read more

Last two times they messed up my order in the drive-thru. While the recipe's description was correct, the order came out wrong. My chicken fingers were not tossed and they forgot my fries! Lol who does that?! Anyways, kinda turned off by this location. Used to be consistently good. I'll have to try a new location or go through the hassle of running in store every time they mess up my order! Update: They had a new person at the drive thru this time, think his name was Kevin. I've been twice first time i went they completely gave me the wrong order. They did compensate me with a free shake, which was sweet and calorie filled, but better than expected. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Second visit staff was rude and the delicious fried mushrooms I had on the first visit were horrible this visit. They lacked flavor and were dripping with grease. I don't really expect much when going to a fast food restaurant, but this location was really putting off bad vibes. We had 3 people so going through the drive through wasn't ideal. We went up to the window and the doors were closed. It was around 7 PM so much too early for the doors to be closed. We went in the drive through and decided to order together to make it easier. The female cashier had a horrible attitude. She interrupted us multiple times and was very dismissive to any our questions. This location only gets 2 stars because I enjoyed my Otis Spunkmeyer cookies so much. I understand working in fast food can be frustrating at times, but try not to take your anger out on average customers who are just trying to get a meal. read more

This business should be closed. They charged my card 3 times after I brought the food back and requested a refund. I actually had to call the police to the location to get at least a receipt. The manager Kristopher assured me that it was a refund even though it clearly looked like another charge. When I checked my bank statement they charged me a total of 3 times even though I didn't get any food. I have filed a police report and have instructed my credit card company to ask for video surveillance that proves my case. The workers look like a bunch of delinquents who smoke black and mild and clearly should not be employed there. The manager actually came outside and told me that "I still won't get my money back".
