Wow! I'm dumbstruck because this might be the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The health score was a 92. The food was prepared incorrectly (my burrito was missing its hash browns). The gentleman running the food out to the cars was all of the place, seemed confused, things were coming out way out of order and there ending up being a huge traffic jam, no one could get out and people were honking. Sorry to have to write this review, but hopefully someone get this location sorted out better. read more

The service here is the best I've seen in any Chick-fil-A and probably any fast food restaurant. They have someone coming pretty often to check on you and to see if you need refills. Everyone working who I interacted with didn't make me feel like I was only there to ruin their day which is rare for a fast food restaurant in my opinion. If I had to choose between a chick fil a closer to my house or this awesome one I'd choose this one even if I have to drive 30 more minutes. If we had more people like the workers in this chick fil a the world would be a better place. This chick fil a definitely put the fast in fast food, I waited barely 5 minutes before my food came out and there was a decent amount of people here ordering and also waiting. McDonald's (aswell as many other fast food chains) take some notes. These made me feel more confident about the future of America. read more

Stopped in to this location on my way to the Charlotte convention center. It was about 10am, and I was hoping to get a chicken sandwich to take along with me to have for lunch, but was told they were only serving breakfast. I was definitely frustrated by this, as I know they have the buns, so not sure why they couldn't put the chicken on a bun rather than a biscuit....‍ The location itself was clean, and either recently renovated or newly built, but service was definitely slow. This is the first time I've seen them more focused on the drive thru than people ordering inside, especially for a stand itme like a chicken biscuit. After ordering (I was the only one at the counter) I watched them shuffle food out to the drive thru to 5 vehicles before they could bag my chicken biscuit and let me get going. I'm not a big fan of chains, but I'm a punch, chick fil a will do, but I would not recommend this location. read more

Have never dined inside but a frequent drive thru patron. We don't go Notthlake Mall as we used to but when we did, this was a frequent stop. Much better than the location in the Mall. Of all of the Chick Fil-A locations, this is one of the few that has the Drive Thru Option down to Pat. We went about a week ago for some last-minute Christmas Shopping and for simplicity, chose Chick-Fil-A. Pleasant Surprise because we were in in and out from the time, we placed out order till when we left in slightly less that 1o0 minutes Food is standard Chick-fil-A but compared to most locations, service is good. Very poor service. I placed a order on the mobile app and went to go pick up in store. I waited 1 whole hour for my order AFTER receiving a notification that my order was ready for pick up. I asked employees to check up on my order and still didn't get my order. After acknowledging that my order was missing the employees kept bringing out other customers orders where still have not arrived for their orders. These workers are not efficient, what a disappointment. Disgrace to hear Chick-Fil-a being a great restaurant but my experience was far than the best. They can not handle the rush hours. read more

The drive through line at this location takes longer than other locations, but the food is good and they get my order right (extra pickles, include ketchup for fries). I agree with the other reviewer that the waffle fry container doesn't look full. I recommend ordering on the app so you can earn points for free food. read more

Wow I almost hold chic fil a in the highest regard when it comes to customer service. The Caucasian young man who was taking the money or directing the cars miss pronounced my husband's name. He said Taylon, My husband just responded Tavon... not as a sign of disrespect, but to say yeah that's me. His response was "close enough" how rude. Just say oh okay or no response at all would have been great! Or even... yeah that's it! Close enough... in a very rude and disrespectful tone. He didn't ruin my day, but he pissed me off. First, we LOVE Chick-Fil-A. We are Signature level rewards members which means we spend a lot of money at CFA. After dropping my sister at the airport we stopped by the CFA before driving home. The drive thru was slammed so we elected to come inside. Staff was operating 3 registers and it still took forever for us to place our order. Staff were not pleased to see customers and we did not hear a single "My Pleasure." Very, very inefficient operations. Then another forever for our order to be delivered. I had ordered a cup of soup which arrived half full. When I went to the counter to ask for a full portion, the manager took my soup and threw it away. And then promptly forgot me. I had to ask again if someone was going to replace my soup. I got my new cup and at the table discovered it was short. Don't think I will visit this CFA again. read more

We stopped in here while on a road trip. The parking lot is very large and there was a great area to walk our dog. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. We ordered four different meals. Everything was hot and fresh. My daughter and I ordered salads. They were really good. The only recommendation I wouLd give them is to not put the dressing on top of a hot item. I prefer my dressing cold. Other than that, all was great. The employees were friendly and efficient. We came off the interstate and missed the location initially so keep your eyes peeled if you aren't familiar with the area. I would definitely come back in if I was in the area again. I am thankful that Chick Fil A is consistent and we can count on getting a great meal and service when we come in to any location. read more

Twice this week, this location has been late to opening. They leave the doors locked and drive-thru closed until someone takes the initiative to stand at the doors until they are unlocked. Both times were around 15 minutes late, which is inconvenient when I am trying to get a meal on my way to work. I've never had an issue with my food or any other customer service related issues other than the app sometimes only allows dine-in or drive-thru (no carry out). This location does get busy because of its relativity to the mall, so the wait may be longer during peak meal times. If you can, I highly suggest the Davis Lake location over this one which is a few miles down WT Harris once they are done with their renovations. The service is always quick and the employees are passionate about their work. They also have more options regarding pick-up (including carry out, drive thru, and curbside). read more

I ordered the superfood salad as I was leaving my full time job to go to my part time job so I'd have something to snack on and not be hungry until I get off. I go here several times a week. I've never been disappointed but today was extra special. It was raining cats and dogs, somehow the staff still had folks outside taking orders just as pleasant as ever and working just as efficiently and effectively with a slew of people in line. Paid for 6 total meals (we have 5 children) and we only got half of our order after they assured us we had all of our bags. I've tried calling since we received our order this evening at 4:35, still have not been able to get through. I also have left voicemails and got nothing back. Now we are out over $20 on food we never received. This is the second time our order has been screwed up from this location. I always expect the most top notch from Chick Fil A, but this location just cannot keep up with their standard of service. This location is always bustling but they are pretty good about getting my mobile order out to me promptly! The grilled nuggets are my favorite! The parking lot is a bit cramped however manageable. My food is always fresh when I stop here. The staff is super friendly. I have never encountered a problem here. I usually get the number 1 with a side salad. My sandwich is always hot and tasty. It was slow when my husband and I came in so we were able to walk right up to the register and order. The staff was nice and well trained in the art of order taking and read our order back to us. Bathrooms weren't very clean and there were no paper towels. There was also a super slick spot in front of the stalls that would have devastated as less sure footed person. You know, if I look back on it I haven't had a Chick-fil-A experience I didn't like. This is my choice location and it's like the diamond in the rough surrounded by mostly par and sub-par restaurants in this area. Chick-fil-A has certainly weathered the storm when it comes to the fall of fast food these days. Yeah, their food is still fast and relatively similar to the rest in that it's fried, greasy and fattening. But they've added a few other options to their menu. There's of course your generic fresh fruit cup but they now have a few kinds of soup which are quite good in my opinion. Additionally, in case it wasn't advertised enough already, they've got grilled chicken alternatives for just about every fried chicken menu item. You may have misgivings about eating grilled chicken here but I swear to you: it's good. I'm also a huge fan of their cookies & cream milkshake. And let's face it, who isn't a fan of their fresh squeezed delectable lemonade? The food is good and everyone knows it. But the service? It's above and beyond anything we've come to know for fast food. You will always ALWAYS have a pleasant experience at any Chick-fil-A. If you don't, call them or e-mail them to say so and they will absolutely make it right. This location is no exception. You won't leave here feeling bothered, frustrated, worried about spit in your meal or pissed off in general. In fact you should almost always leave here exactly the opposite: practically uplifted. The prices may be only a thin hair higher than those of competitor fast food chains but for the level of service I'd choose Chick-fil-A any day. Now I just need some places like Wendy's or Cook Out to hop on the stellar service bandwagon so I can get the other things I love to eat without feeling like all is lost for humanity. read more

I come here ALL the time. How is it the first time I'm writing a review? This CFA is extremely busy around lunch time and average busy the rest of the time. Like most Chick-Fil-A's you can't get out of the drive through once you drive into it, so be sure that's what you want to do. They do a really great job of moving the line along, at times having multiple people taking orders standing outside in the drive through. I always recommend going inside if you're in a hurry, as it's usually faster. Service is always phenomenal and some nights, there's a worker who sings. Can't remember his name, but it cracked me up because he was singing an R&B song that was...... maybe not what you'd associate with CFA. Nevertheless, he was very pleasant and didn't sound too bad. The food here is fresh and they change out the menu seasonally, keeping staples, but offering different soups and desserts depending on the time of year. Always a great experience at Chick-Fil-A. Try the Market Salad with Zesty Apple vinaigrette if you haven't before. read more

Very friendly staff at this location! I frequent this location during lunch quite often due to its proximity to my office. The drive-thru is efficient but I find going inside to be even more efficient. There's ample seating but I find that they keep the A/C a tad too cold so I usually take my lunch on their outside patio. All of the normal CFA offerings are to be found. Pretty happy with my visit to Chic-Fil-A today... This location is on the back / corner side of Northlake Mall, but shares an area of "Northlake Commons", which has other shops & restaurants. Therefore, for dining inside, you're sharing the parking lot space with a Red Robin & other shops. For me today, I used the drive through...which is a long lane to just get to the ordering spot. Of course, it was close to 12 PM, lunchtime, so the line was pretty long. Luckily, when I got up to the ordering part (I had waited in the lane line for about 5+ minutes), it was quick to actually get my food. The girl, Erica, who took my order was very pleasant & sweet.
