She placed the order for a completely different chicken sandwich (which, of course, was a more expensive one than the one I was ordering) and I didn't realize it until I got home. I had a coupon, I was hungry, happened to be near this Panera YES! What a lovely experience. Addison was my cashier, she was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a lot of questions and she was also patient with me which I appreciated. I wasn't sure how to use my coupon so she asked for help from the asst mgr who worked it out. I ordered a Tuna sandwich and wanted a different bread. I ordered it on Focacia bread. the sandwich was awful; there was more Bread and lettuce than tuna. The tuna looked like it was used as a Spread instead of actual tuna to be on a sandwich. I called to speak to a manager; however one of the staff members proceeded to tell me what Tuna actually was; which was insulting because if I ordered it I obviously know what it is. This Panera was very busy when I e visited however we did get our food in a timely manner. The fact that Panera now has flatbread is mind blowing as I've always ordered salad, sandwich and/or soup. The expansion to flatbread is a great one as the margarita flatbread is full of flavor and made fresh. The breakfast is also good here. I just went into Panera after having a horrible experience at McDonalds nearby. Panera ended up running out of espresso for my coffee but one of the sweetest workers gave me caramel to make my own iced coffee there and a free pastry. It was one of the best salads I have had in a long time. Trying to eat healthier which is a challenge, but giving it a chance. Ordered the new Southwest Chicken Salad. Added seared chicken thighs. It came with romaine lettuce, fresh avocado, cilantro, grated parmesan cheese, Chipotle aioli drizzled and topped with blue corn tortilla strips. Babee dat salad was excellent. Went with a friend for lunch. We ordered two turkey sandwiches on French baguette. About 10 minutes later, a friendly woman came over but it was the wrong bread. About five minutes after that, a guy came over but it was the wrong bread (same bread as before). On the third attempt, we both received well-done bread, dry turkey, and barely any mayo. It very much felt like an assembly-line sandwich (no heart put into it at all). The pickle looked sad. If you could imagine what a sad pickle looked like, that's how pickle appeared. I ate it to take it out of its misery. Chips were good. Company was great. Friendly service even though they kept getting order wrong. This is usually a reliable Panera, but I guess there's too much traffic now for them to really care about each meal. Another Panera, another disappointment. I'll give this spot another chance. Always a great option for healthier fast food! The food came out quickly and the staff was very nice. I got the BBQ chicken salad, m&m cookie, chips, and charged lemonade. All of it was delicious. Consistency here is an issue. I've figured out a "whole" sandwich is basically two sandwiches -- four pieces of bread. Where things get interesting is the half sandwiches. A kid's grilled cheese have been one whole sandwich or a literal half sandwich. The same with other half sandwiches. My spouse and I each had the pick two with the same sandwiches but his had added bacon. My sandwich was made with two whole pieces of bread and his was a literal half sandwich made with one piece of bread cut in half. When you get the same meal and one meal is obviously smaller than the other one has to question who is getting ripped off. Basically I never know if I want to get a half sandwich because I will not be happy spending six dollars on a piece of bread with toppings. Cool... I ordered the Pick 2 where I got a half turkey sandwich and upsized my southwest chicken tortilla soup from a cup to a bowl. I also got a side order of chips, a small cup or fruit and a piece of french baguette bread. The southwest chicken tortilla soup is new on the menu. It was very salty and gave me more of a chicken chili taste than chicken tortilla soup taste. I probably won't get it again. My fruit cup was fresh and mainly filled with cantaloupe with a few pieces of strawberries and grapes. I placed my order through the Panera Bread app and it was brought out to my car in less than 15 minutes. This Panera is tops due to its efficiency! I'm a huge fan of places who know how to deal with heavy lunch crowds and this location fits that bill. Now that I work in the area, I find myself stopping by here at least once a week. Thankfully, every time I know that I'll be able to pop right in and out should my schedule call for it. This location does fill up on the inside during lunch hours so be prepared to grab your lunch to-go but there is also a small outside area that is nice. I came here after stopping by a Dunkin Donuts with no Wi Fi and figured why not Panera.....again. They have an awesome Pick Two Lunch Special with a side item for $6.49 and they list the calorie content clearly for you to see and make a smart decision. I always say I'm going to try a different kind of soup but their broccoli-cheddar keeps me coming back for more! The place was bumping, even before noon on a Friday! It was difficult to find a table but I found a small booth nestles in the back for some privacy and just enough room to get some work done and enjoy my grub. Panera is as Panera does and this place Paneras pretty much as expected. Getting parked is pretty straight forward: use the east lot because entering the store from there is just that easy. Center Lake Drive is right out and the connect 'em road isn't much better so just park on the east end. Once you're inside there's order kiosks or real people ready to trade cash for food and stuff. The bread wall is pretty standard as are the counter displays; the prettier the item the closer upper it'll be to encourage an impulse buy. Coffees are close by but still get-to-able from the dining room. Coffee black and a scone is my choice when the souffle is gone which is half the time before work and always after. Dining room is kind of a jumble and doesn't look to do well with groups, apparently someone isn't a fan of lines. The dual patios means options for soaking up sunlight but getting out there can be a chore; might be easier to walk around the building to the outdoor seating. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the chicken salad sandwich. I ordered the side Caesar salad a few times as part of the You Pick Two and it was just ok. One time, the dressing was just plain sour, but I didn't have time to complain and wait for a new one because I had to get back to work. I also got a burned shortbread cookie once, but they quickly replaced it when I showed them how burned it was on the bottom. Don't go to this location if you're looking for peace on the weekends either. Anytime I've ever come on a Saturday afternoon, I've always regretted it because screaming kids just love sitting next to me. Northlake location used to be a great restaurant. I have watched it decline considerably in the last five or six years. Several weeks ago I ordered a pepperoni melt. The sandwich was on a really long loaf of bread and I counted five slices of pepperoni on the whole thing. I was there today at around 2:30, with not many people in the restaurant. It took them more than 20 minutes to prepare my order. I ordered a Frontega sandwich, but there was hardly any meat on it. $17 is a ridiculous amount of money for such a small sandwich, a bag of chips, and a small soda. read more

Love the pumpkin muffins and cinnamon crunch latte! Makes for a yummy fall flavored breakfast at the office. I wish they were a little more consistent when it came to checking the orders before they go out on the shelves, are brought out to the car, or delivered. There have been a few times where I ordered soup or a smoothie and would get back to my office and a spoon or a straw would not be included even though I asked for utensils and it was checked and signed off on my receipt by an order checker... Normally not a big deal if I was picking it up or getting it delivered to my house but I don't have spare spoons and straws laying around my office so that is a bit of a large inconvenience when that happens.
