Went through the drive thru a few weeks ago and both employees outside walked by me and did not take my order. One finally realized it and took my order after a few minutes. I drove to the window and waited for about 10 minutes for my order(for 4 people) while I watched one employee move to the side of the building to play on her cell phone. I got my order and should have checked it before I drove off but I did not. When I got home we were missing a sandwich. I called and spoke with the manager who said to come back in the next month for a free sandwich. I drove through yesterday and tried to get my replacement sandwich that was missing a few weeks ago and the employee taking my order charged me for a whole meal and said drive to the window and they will fix it up there??? I also ordered a lemonade which was overlooked and forgotten. Got to the window, got my meal and asked about the sandwich that needed to be replaced from a few weeks ago. The girl looked at me like I was crazy and told me to park and they would bring it out. They brought the sandwich out about 10 minutes later. So masks are required. 99.9% of the time whenever I go to Chick-fil-A I see that their employees are wearing masks. Today, going through the drive-through at the Northlake location, one of the employees has her mask on but it's around her neck. Not covering her mouth or her nose in anyway. And, on top of that, before she hands you your bag of food she opens it, looks inside (I assume to make sure that it is the right order) but nevertheless potentially droplets could be landing on your food. As I pull up to get my food, I asked her "Is there a reason why you aren't wearing your mask?" She replies, I am wearing a mask. I say, no you're not, it's around your neck it's not covering your mouth and your nose. She then says to me "have a nice day ma'am". UNACCEPTABLE! I asked to speak to the manager who just happens to be walking up. I asked him why isn't she wearing a mask. He said he didn't notice because he just came outside. He offers to replace my food I decline but I said what I want you to do is to enforce the mask policy. He states that he will. Her funky attitude is extremely out of line with how Chick-fil-A normally treats their customers. I don't know for sure, but based on how she was dressed, I'm thinking that she may be opposed to wearing a mask due to her religion? She had on a very long skirt, hair pulled back in a bun etc. She looked as if she was very conservative. Again, I have no idea but I don't care what your religion is if you can't abide by the policy you should be working there. read more

You're better off going to the one inside northlake mall. They are polite but the food is always off somehow. This time I ordered the chicken noodle soup. Easy right? Every chick fila I order it from it's always good. But from this location it was nothing but broth and celery in it. The was literally ONE piece of chicken in the whole soup. I'm not sure If they are saving money or what. But no other location I've been to is like that. And it sucks bc chick fila is already pricy compared to most fast food. Really annoyed!! I ordered breakfast before it ended through the mobile app( it's time the app won't even allow you to order if breakfast has ended) at this location for whatever reason you still have to wait in a long line even after ordering online ! I wait for about 20 minutes, get to the window and I'm told "breakfast has ended" well obviously which is why I ordered and paid prior to it ending. This used to be my go to Chik Fil a, I wouldn't consider this chain an ordinary fast food restaurant because of their reputation with their extraordinary service and especially the workers responding back with "my pleasure." As far as customer service at this location they are alright, nothing too extra or bazaar but definitely tolerable. But for my orders, the last couple times I've been they've messed up my orders completely. I'm not sure who the food runner has been but you guys should definitely get it together. No one wants to get home to expect something else other than what they've ordered in the bag! read more

Just to sum up all of most of my review, Chick-Fil-A is a great place to go for both breakfast and lunch. The employees are caring and always checking to see if you need anything else. I pulled into the drive-through line at exactly 10:15 AM, 15 minutes before they stop serving breakfast. By the time I get to the order platform to place my order, it was 10:32 AM. I proceeded to order a breakfast burrito and the person tells me they've already switched over to lunch. This is never happened to me at any other location, because I was in line before they stop serving breakfast I should still be able to order a breakfast item. It was two minutes after 1030, I find it hard to believe that they couldn't serve a single breakfast burrito. I wont be returning to this location and I recommend you don't either. read more

I visited the Northlake (Charlotte, NC) location on Saturday, September 22. I ordered a hasbrown scramble bowl, in addition to a few other items for myself and my daughter. I always check my food before leaving, because I have a dairy allergy and have to make sure the scramble bowl does not have cheese on it. After pulling the bowl out of the bag, I was not pleased. It was about 1/4 of a container full and looked like it had been half eaten. I was disgusted. I showed the manager and told her "this does not look right." Referring to the portion size. It was completely unacceptable. She took it from me, went to the bag and had whomever fill it with EGGS. Nothing else, just eggs. She did not apologize for this issue when she took the food or brought it back. If I wanted just plain eggs, I would have ordered that. There was VERY LITTLE sausage and little to no hashbrowns. I'm not sure what's up with the manager who was working at that time, but I expect way more from Chick-fil-A. Customer service and actually caring for the customers seems to be going downhill and they're not as friendly as they "used" to be. I want to start by saying I love chic fila. Today I went to get an egg white chicken grill. I waited in line for the drive thru for about 12 minutes. I paid and was told to pull out front and wait for it to be brought out. After about 10 minutes I went inside and didn't get my food for another 10-12 minutes. I had to go find the manager and finally got my food and it had the smallest piece of chicken on it. See the pic I left. I'm just a little bummed this morning because I ordered a chicken biscuit for breakfast and got home and opened it to find something I didn't even know was on the menu after looking it up it looks like it's the egg white grill. I think this location beats all other locations across the U.S. That I've been to. Right away I was greeted at least three times with smiling faces. Order taker was super nice and made sure we had our order right. Food was brought out to us, was asked how it was and even had a lady fill our drinks for us from out table. The store on the outside of the mall. I ordered a side salad as I always do most of the time and it is almost full every time. This time it was only 1/4 full and I showed one of the manager (which is the nice one). There is another there that is not nice. Anyway, he said let me check , came back and said maybe this one is better. It looked like the same one. He said they were going back to the amounts that chic-fil-a goes by of quantity. I have never seen a salad so small as this and I've been going everyday for years for lunch and for breakfast at another location. Unbelievable I think that they are getting greedy too much for as much as people spend at there stores. So sad. Not my first time with a problem with there salad. This location is wonderful! During the drive-thru lunch rush, they have employees with tablets that take your order while you stay in your vehicle. At the speaker where you usually place your order, you pay there, and simply pick up your food from the window. I had an absolutely fantastic experience here today and would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Great service from beginning to end! Ordered while on the way on their mobile app. When I got close by the app asked if I was ready to pickup. Walked in and immediately was greeted. The food was in my hands within about 15 seconds. Actually sat down to eat, and was asked while at my table if I needed anything. Clean restaurant with great atmosphere of service and friendliness. I am a very frequent Chick-fil-A customer and I have to say that this location is awesome. They were super friendly and very accommodating for my family's food allergies. They were more than willing to make the grilled chicken such that my family and I could eat there. They checked on us several times and were just incredibly friendly all around.
