We just landed in FLORIDA and had the bumpiest plane ride ever! Because it was raining and so grateful to our dear captain for landing us safely in Tampa tonight and we were STARVING... CHICK FILET was the closest dinner spot to our hotel so we walked right on over and ran into the BEST CHICK FILET ever!!! The CASHIER was so sweet, kind and helpful. She was a wonderful social butterfly! I don't know her name but, she's a cute little chubby sweetheart. She helped us decide what's good to order and made a super cool drink for us called the SPREAD which is off the menu and is Powerade and Sprite! MAC N Cheese: 9/10 I was hungry and it was not too salty! Hard to go wrong with Mac and cheese ;) CHICKEN SOUP: 4/5 It scared me at first because it was slimy and thick but, had a nice flavor and I added the hot sauce to it for a nice KICK ;) CHICKEN NUGGETS: 9/10 I wish they were bigger because they kept teasing me to go back for more. You could dip it with tons of sauce! Mayo, ranch, honey, Polynesian, buffalo, chicks sauce, honey mustard and more!!!! AMBIANCE: Mostly families with children. The kids seem to love it here! Went here again on Friday May 16th 2025 with my parents to get a quick bite to eat before heading back on the road to home in South Carolina. We actually got there a few minutes before closing, and closed the restaurant, but the manager took care of us and was polite. I ordered my usual Chick Fil A Deluxe with a meal, and wanted Dr. Pepper with it. My dad ordered the same thing and the nuggets, and instead of soda ordered a chocolate shake. My mom ordered the regular chic fil a sandwich, but unfortunetely they were out, and gave us extra nuggets. Which was nice, being that it only gets thrown away anyways. Because they were closing soon, we did not get to eat inside this visit, but that was alright. The staff here clearly don't want to be there, and the management doesn't seem to care either -- which shows in the overall attitude and service. Thanks for not including the salad dressing with either of the two salads that were ordered when I went through the drive-through. It's really wonderful to eat a salad without any dressing on it. Feathersound location is my favorite spot. The entire staff is kind courteous respectful and very attentive. Sitting inside is also pleasant and you can order sit and the staff pleasantly serve you! The salad is yummy and the chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato is always fresh and nice and hot. The place is clean and has great seating indoor and outdoor. Thus location used to be awesome but new management took over recently and you have to spend a minimum of 1/2 hr in the drive-thru and it's completely disorganized. It's bad enough waiting in line 30 mins but then to get your food and it put together sloppy and get uncooked and old fries is a crime. They even turned off being able to pick up in store or even eat in the restaurant because half the staff left. Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible now! read more

On February 26, 2024 I'm the second car in line at the drive through 5 minutes before the open. I place an order for a Chicken biscuit and cup of coffee. They open at 630, take them 25 minutes to complete the order. Completely unacceptable. Today 2/29, I stop in and use the restroom before ordering, did not realize the floor was soaked in urine that saturated my pant when I sat on the toilet. I'm an Uber driver and because of this I had to call my morning short to go home to change and shower as it got on my skin. Not only is this cause me to loose revenue, the thought of this happening disgusts me. It is apparent the location is understaffed and does not meet the quality standards set by their franchise agreement. Corporate should consider removing the current franchisee and replacing them with someone who actually wants to run a successful business. read more

Worst CFA I've ever been to. Cameron took our order and rang in an xtra meal that we didn't ask for. My husband specifically told him he wanted two spicy chicken sandwiches with xtra pickles and pepper jack cheese and a cherry berry lemonade. The guy rang in two meals and didn't repeat the order back. My husband went back to the counter and asked for a refund on the meal he didn't ask for and Cameron said "Oh, well I asked if you wanted two meals", so I heard this sitting in the dining area by myself and immediately went to the counter after hearing how rude he was to him. I used to work at CFA in my highschool years, honestly they should shut this location down if they can't focus on quality and giving the CFA experience. They also put our order down for Carry-out, but they didn't give us an option for dine-in, which I thought was VERY rude because we went to sit after we paid and they called our name out and refused to bring it to us, so of course I had to get up and walk over to the counter to get it. Erica was the manager/director and wasn't any help when my husband asked for a refund for the extra meal. No other chicken sandwich from any fast food place compares to Chick-fil-A. I get the spicy deluxe chicken, pepper jack cheese, no lettuce, and it's always tasty. To spice it up I'll sometimes add their name brand sauce or even their honey mustard sauce to the sandwich. I also enjoy their waffle fries. Another trip to Chick Fil A Feathersound and yet another botched order. Our business is just less than a mile away so we visit frequently. The last eight or ten times I have been there the order is always wrong when I get back to the shop. It is getting where you have to hold up the line and go through every item and check it. you order fried and you get grilled. you order grilled and you get fried. You order salad and they asked what dressing but there isn't any. You order condiments and there aren't any. You order a shake and there is no straw. pretty simple stuff but always botched. In the past I just vented and moved on. My mother always said if you have nothing good to say than just keep quiet. Enough! I do not blame the workers as this is just poor management. Chickfila...yum! I have always liked Chickfila for the great tasting chicken options, lemonade, and chicken. noodle soup. This location is close to my work so it makes sense to stop here when I get a craving. Like most locations, the staff are always beyond nice and helpful and I never have problems with the food. However, this location gets a star docked. It may not necessarily be their fault, but the drive thru line is INSANE. You basically have to circle the store twice to order, pickup and leave with your food. They do their best to mitigate traffic, but it's a consistent 10 to 15 minute wait, sometimes longer. The traffic also makes it harder for dine in customers to park and leave due to the space constraints. Have no clue how they can fix this, but I'll still stop by as long as my lunch hour is an hour! read more

How hard is it to get a drink correct? At least 75% of the time I go through the drive through, my drink order is not correct. So in addition to the long wait at the drive through, I have to turn around, fight the crazy parking lot, dodge cars at the drive through and wait in yet another line to get my drink corrected. This is a huge inconvenience when it happens every so often- never mind when it happens nearly every time I go there. And don't get me started on the health affects some of these errors can cause. I cannot tolerate caffeine- so giving me caffeinated coffee when I ask for decaf makes me sick for the entire day. I also am sensitive to sugar, so giving me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet makes me sick too. Its not that hard to get this right. The inconvenience is one thing, but the sugar and caffeine are an even bigger issue. read more
