By far the WORST Chick Fil A I've ever been to in my entire life. If you're on your way to work or anything important and don't want to be late -- or want a TRUE Chick Fil A experience with good food, DON'T GO HERE. Decided to go to Chick Fil A for breakfast before an appointment. It was the least busy Chick Fil A I had ever seen, so you would think their service would be faster than ever. I was totally wrong. It took me 15 MINUTES just to take my order with only TWO CARS IN FRONT OF ME. And then when I was next in line, another employee came outside to take orders and took the cars behind me. Extremely disrespectful. Then, I had to wait ANOTHER TEN MINUTES JUST TO GET MY FOOD, and the lady had the audacity to tell me when I pulled up to window that it still wasn't ready and I had to pull forward. So I pulled forward, immediately went inside myself, and there it was sitting on the counter already ready with no one bringing it out to me. I was given no straw, no sauce like I had asked for, the chicken was very overcooked, and the iced vanilla coffee was so bad I just had to throw it away and go to Dunkin. I left super early so I could get Chick Fil A and be on time to my appointment, but needless to say after wasting 30 minutes I was late to my appointment. I am highly disappointed in Chick Fil A's choice to hire such poor management and employees. I will not be going back again. read more

Horrible service. I made an order to this store on Uber eats and even tho I was 10 minutes away they made the driver wait 30 minutes and then told him that they didn't have my order and after more waiting they eventually just canceled the order outright. read more

Great service on my one stop here. Location is excellent off of Ulmerton Rd. and Hwy 688. Just a drive thru service, but everything was awesome from the order taking, correct order, check out woman was over the top sweet and on our way. I am a big Chick-fil-A fan for a reason and that is the consistency of what you get. It is consistently above any fast food dining option that I have ever found. read more

Talk about fast service. I had CfA today again, different location from the other day, and both times it literally took about 30 seconds to get my food. The employees are the best too. They're always so nice, courteous and clean. I love CfA's spicy chicken sandwich and the nuggets. Real pieces of chicken, not ground up and reshaped. And their sauces. Omg. I can drink the honey mustard. And of course, the waffle fries. They're not always crunchy, but when they are, they're so good. 1 less star because half of the time the fries are not crunchy. But as far as fast food goes, Chick fil A is the top dog. read more

Worst chick fil a in the state of Florida. Every time I come here it's at least 20-25 minutes and then you get handled cold food. A joke. Nobody is moving quickly, nobody is organized. You must always repeat your order because they never hear you correctly. Nobody asks if you want sauces. The dinning room is randomly closed due to short staffing. Great location, terrible management. Figure it out. Even the 4 star review says slowest drive thru ever. Someone needs to figure out what is happening over here and fix it. I dined in at this Chick-Fil-A hoping for better costumer service than the nearest McD's. Nope, I was wrong. Everyone that worked there looked miserable. I waited in line for a while until I got acknowledged because everyone was busy doing something else. This place is good, nice & clean. They even have condiments holder for yur ketchup, mayo, honey mustard packs, I had no idea what it was when they handed it to me but it's cool. Got the #1 combo which is just a chicken sandwich with fries plus a lemonade. All was good & they seem to do some good business but ever Chick-Fil-A does. read more

when we first pulled up we asked the cashier Misael if we could do 2 separate orders and she told us no and that we could only do one. At any other Chick-fil-A I have been to they have always done that for me if I needed them to. I would get if it was busy but at the time we were the only people in the line. we rolled up to the window and they did it for us. First impressions of here were definitely not good. Usually chick fil a is quick, efficient, and organized. Sadly I cannot say the same about this one. It took me 40 minutes to get through the drive through. I get it's busy but management should realize that and take action to hire more employees. Every other chick fil a is a great experience. Absolute trash location with an even worse proprietor that doesn't understand how to manage. I live her in Feather Sound and after numerous interactions complaining about waiting in line for 30 mins, trash routinely not taken out and soap and paper towels not being in the bathroom. The straw that broke the camels back was my trip for breakfast this morning. No soap amidst a virus outbreak is unacceptable. The "supervisor" on duty took five minutes to even acknowledge me after I asked to speak with her. She simply stated "yeah, sometimes it doesn't work". This one statement sums up how this place is ran. Please go to any other location and i'm sure it will still be somewhat better. The food is fine. The management is awful. They are unable to train and oversee the poor staff to get the food out. Place an order at the counter or mobile order? Better hope there are zero catering orders or the person doing the catering order will finish that 15+ minute order before even looking at the order board to prepare any other food. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service is awful. I went there for lunch one day and what do I find? Lo and behold, in my coleslaw was a large, metal hook! (see the photos I posted) To make the situation worse, when I go to show the employee (who said he was Supervisor) all he did was say, "Sorry, would you like a couple of coupons?" Are you kidding me?!? I could have ended up in the ER. Can you imagine if a child had swallowed this? I was livid by the attitude and sheer lack of concern. That day's batch of coleslaw should have been pulled off the shelf. I should have been shown a much greater level of concern. My meal should have been comped. But, no...all I got was an offer of a coupon! Needless to say, I left with saying a few choice words and most of the customers in there hearing exactly what had happened. The next day I received a call from the owner (Gus) to apologize. He was a bit more professional and seemed sincere. Although, all he did was mail me some coupons for a couple of free meals. He did say that he was going to train his staff to better handle such situations in the future. A few weeks later I decided to give them a try and use one of the free meal coupons. I have never encountered a more rude manager at a CFA in my life. The front of house manager in the checkered shirt was so rude I will never return to this store. I placed a mobile order on my app. Not only do they refuse to do curbside they also refuse to honor their own mobile order sign in the store. This jerk insisted I must wait in the long lunch line to place my order again! What is the point of actually doing a mobile order if they refuse to honor my order or do their job. It would be much faster to go to a different store than to wait in this overly crowded, dirty store for them to decide to do something! This store is a joke. Oh yeah, parking is a nightmare and the parking lot layout is another joke. Just avoid this store unless you have time to waste. read more

This is our neighborhood Chick-filA so we eat here often. There is a lot they do right, because of the corporate culture. I'm here today to talk about what they do wrong. Breakfast and lunch are always on point. But dinner time is almost always a disaster. Last night was a perfect example: All booth tables and most of the other tables were dirty, and for the hour that we were there, no one came out to clean them. The floor was dirty. Restrooms hadn't been looked at in hours. The compactor trash door doesn't open wide enough to be helpful, so as usual, there was trash on the floor in front of the bin, including spilled soda. In response to a previous complaint, they've stopped closing the other trash bins too early, so kudos to them on that. When I spoke to the manager about the mess in the dining room, she sent someone out to start cleaning, but he did what they always do: focus on trash which was not nearly as bad as the uncleared tables. And there are a couple of booths that are ripped up and have been that way for months. We've complained about the night crews before, and they usually respond well to the complaints. But it always goes back to substandard. read more

Worst dangerous parking lot ever. Exit has huge pot hole. The parking lot is jammed. Too small. Too tight to turn. Amazing gentleman in the parking lot trying to help the traffic. I have never encountered such a concentration of entitled, rude drivers. Driver's cutting people off, cutting line, backing up and driving waaay too fast. One accident and two almost accidents observed just while in drive through. As far as Chick Fil A's go, this one is just a great as any other. The only downside is it's pretty difficult to get to if you're on Ulmerton, due to the Roosevelt exit ramp being on the right hand side. People are generally rude, aggressive drivers who won't let you in, therefore causing you to go down to the light and entering through the back way. Even with all the awful Ulmerton Rd construction, that still doesn't deter me from visiting to get some wonderful chicken tenders or a small cookies and cream shake. Delish! read more

I am a Chick-Fil-A fiend, but this location on Ulmerton is my fav! Of course they sell the legendary Chick-Fil-A sammich and my orders have been consistently accurate, hot and tasty at this location. The location is super convenient to the many businesses in the Feather Sound area, but that also means that they are crazy busy during the lunch hours between 11am-2:00p. Now, what makes them outstanding to me is an effort to reduce your wait time in the drive-thru, they equip their staff with a handheld device that they use to take your order from your car instead of you having to wait to inch your way up to the speaker box to order. You can also pay on the device if you use your debit card. I'll probably go tomorrow during lunch to feed my addiction. :-) read more

A group of coworkers and I decided to go here one day for lunch. One in particular had said to me that, " You must try it. DUDE! its run by Christians! That's why its not open on Sundays! SO GOOD!" OK, sold, lets go. I was told not to be weary of the long line that steered awkwardly out the door. Once cued in, I barely had time to squint at the menu above before I found myself ordering a spicy chicken sandwich meal. My feet just knew where to take me; led to the counter perhaps by an unexplainable force looming over head?? I'm sure it was the glowing fluorescent milkshakes and visions of a Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis meal that led me on my path... Now having meal in hand, I was dismissed from the counter with a genuine, "Bless your day" from my mysterious patron saint server, Gwen. As much as i would like to say my meal was beyond the scope of fast foods, it wasn't, just because fast food in general is catching up to consumer preference. However, this Chick-fil-A was clean, prompt, and friendly. Good food, smiling staff, and a spiritual awakening, that's what I want for lunch today!! read more

Chic-Fil-A isn't what it used to be. Back when they first opened a store in Elizabethtown, KY, the people there freaked out. They went there every day, after work, after school, after breathing, but not me. I tried it and I liked it but the prices seemed a little steep for what you get. I'm convinced at this point that Chic-Fil-A has a machine labeled "waffle fry stale maker". Every. single. time. Always stale or just cold waffle fries will greet your mouth when you while you're driving away. The chicken is extremely decent. By that, I mean it's bad for the price. I find tendons and rough spots in the meat all the time. I like their methods of alleviating the crowds but it does nothing to help their food quality. Essentially I equate Chic-Fil-A to Cluckin' Bell from Grand Theft Auto. Just listen to some of the commercials sometime on YouTube and you'll get it. read more

Being from NYC, the concept of a restaurant being closed on Sunday was surprising to me. I understand it, but it can be frustrating at times. I understand Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest, but not eating? Unimaginable. So isn't making food work? Never mind - I digress. Hands down, this is my favorite choice among the drive-thru options. The service is better than what you would expect and the food simply tastes better. Usually, eating fast food is a necessary evil where you are traveling, in a rush and starving. You grab that happy meal to go to satisfy the hunger pangs, but then regret it an hour later.
