Noble Crust is one of my go-to spots when I'm near downtown St. Pete, but today came with a bit of a letdown: the Noble Pig pizza is off the menu, replaced by the Figgy Piggy. It was fine, but no substitute -- the honey made it a little too sweet for my taste. Still a solid pizza, just not the same. For apps we went with fried green tomatoes, truffle fries, and crispy fried wings -- a great spread to share. The tomatoes were excellent, still a little firm and not soggy, with just the right amount of crisp on the coating. The wings had a nice hot-and-sweet buffalo glaze, and the truffle fries were so good we ended up ordering a second round. The kids went with sandwiches. The Triple Smashburger was massive, towering height, though I'll note the patties were thicker than a traditional smash burger. The crispy chicken sandwich was excellent -- moist and crispy in every bite, and we upgraded to hot honey on the waiter's recommendation, which was a great call. Came here after my bodybuilding show for pizza and thankfully my friend and I were able to get seated immediately. The pictures looked super good so we were excited. I got the Works pizza. The Works - The center of the pizza was pretty soggy when I picked up a slice probably because it was thin. The crust was crispy though. It felt overall a bit too oily for my taste but I liked the spicy honey that was drizzled on top. Not the best pizza I have had and service was slow too. This was such a great brunch experience! Came in on a Sunday morning. While the restaurant was crowded, we really didn't have a weight to get a table. Our waitress was so sweet with us and answered all of our silly questions that we had about the menu. She was very patient during all of that. We decided to split some entrées and that was definitely a good choice. There's so much on the menu that sounds delicious. I'm a sucker for anything that has pimento cheese on it. So the breakfast sandwich was perfect. The breakfast pizza was also made very well, with a great crust. Luckily for me, I had leftovers and ate the rest of the pizza for a midnight snack. Made a reservation for dinner after my recent bodybuilding competition, so you already know I was ready for some good food! We started with the burrata appetizer and a Caesar salad with an extra fried soft boiled egg. Both were excellent. The burrata was so fresh and the eggs on the Caesar salad were perfect. Next, my husband and I split the pepperoni pizza with a side of the Calabrian chili oil (order a side of this oil! It's a must) and the chicken Parmesan entree. Both were so delicious. Highly recommend. Service started off great! Our server was so sweet and got our drinks and took our order so quickly, but then we never saw her again and had to flag her down for our check at the end. I think they may have just been short staffed. Ambiance here never misses though. This place just feels cozy even when it's busy. A very highly regarded establishment so I had to see what the hype was and it surely lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, it was a Wednesday evening where they were doing 50% off on wines. The place was packed with a waitlist. Luckily, I came by myself so they offered barstool seats on a first come, first served basis. I ordered the Rigatoni & Beef Ragu ($23), which came with a burrata ball right on top I was not expecting. The dish was soo freakin good, I cherished every bite. The place was absolutely packed. Once seated, we were served water and our drink orders were taken. We are not big on alcoholic beverages so our party ordered unsweetened tea, coke, and sprite. The coke and sprite come out in a can along with a glass of ice. We ordered the sweet corn arancini and F.G.B.L.T. as appetizers to share. Each were brought out quickly and were incredible. We walked in during peak time and still managed to grab a table instantly - huge win! They've got "Cream and Sugar, Please" from Cycle Brewing on tap, one of my all-time favorite local beers. My hubby agreed, despite his initial "ufff" at the app price. We also ordered the figgy piggy pizza to share together with the appetizer. Pizzas are personal 12" size, 6 slices yet definitely shareable w an app. We loved this pizza! All the ingredients blended so well together and the warm cheese was like a hug for my tummy and heart lol! We left full and content. Checkout was super fast. Come to find out their "brunch/lunch" menu is different than dinner, but that the items we ordered today are also on their dinner menu. Deceitful 'Bottle' of Wine ! Never experienced something so dishonest at ANY restaurant! Ordered a 'bottle' of wine. Guy shows up with a 'mini carafe' that 'looks like' a wine bottle sorta.
