I love chick fil a, my issue is their catering service. It's pretty bad. I've order their catering four times.. The last two times, I've picked it up.. It's never ready when you arrive. Each time, they have started making my order after I arrive. I literally called yesterday to be sure if would be ready when I arrived. I sit here writing this review while I wait for 175 biscuits. The last time, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes approximately for my order because there was a "glitch" in system and they didn't get my order (which is why I called this time). So what's the excuse today? If you are just grabbing a small normal order, this Chick fil a is great. If you are placing a big order and need it in a timely manner.. Don't bother, unless you have an hour plus to wait while they make your order.. 30 minute wait this time at least it wasn't as bad as last time but not acceptable in a time crunch. read more

This may quite possibly be the slowest/rudest Chickfila ever. The customer service is awful and the employees don't seem to care at all. Our order was wrong, we were missing an order of nuggets and no one seemed to want to correct their mistake. When we asked for condiments, we were ignored. Chick fil a is just a really good restaurant all around. I always come to get the nuggets and fries for lunch. Occasionally, I will come for breakfast but have learned that their chicken biscuit is really gross and falls apart and the patty is about as thin as a piece of paper. Overall, great for a fast food joint. This one is always clean & friendly. A good example to the rest of the fast-food industry in that regard. The only rant, I have with them is there sweet tea has dropped in quality. It used to taste great, like good brewed tea but now has succumbed to the rest of the industry and just tastes like colored sugar-water. When we decide to buy a drink, it should justify the exorbitant price. Too often this is considered a clear profit-center since few complain when given low quality drinks. I may be biased because I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A, and to me opening a box of 12 nuggets is similar to looking at a sunset over the mountains with the sun glistening off a patch of snow and creating a mystical colorful fog, but this location is a fantastic establishment. Everytime I am there they have a large crowd, but that doesn't stop them from putting on a smile and cranking out good food with relative ease. Whether you go through their multi-car drive thru, or head inside, the staff is friendly and maintains their pace. The food is delicious and sometimes they even pack in an extra nug or two into your box...(shhh). Overall I don't know anyone who doesn't like Chick-Fil-A, and the Collierville location is right up there with the best of them. read more

I stop by here every work day. Their service is good and fast. Everyone on the staff is very kind. The store is clean. I never have to wait long for my order. They have 2 drive through lanes. Over all it is a great place. However, their coffee is HORRIBLE! The coffee tastes like the cardboard cup in whichbit is served. It's not because it has sat in the cup long, because I pour it directly into my Yeti cup immediately after getting it which is before I pull all the way out of the line. They need to fix this. Its not a one off situation. I have gotten coffee several times to see if it is better, but it still tastes like cardboard. It never changes.I would give this place 4 or 5 stars, but something like coffee should not be messed up on a consistent basis. Please fix this problem. Yum yum. Chicken good. One of the best yum yum places. We always get the calendar from here for Christmas from my Mother-in-law and this year are really loving the new way they do it. You use a pre-loaded card each month instead of ripping off coupons from the calendar. So good. I really love the Grilled Chicken Club that my wife got last time with pepperjack cheese. I used to take the kids I babysat to this location all the time because of the play area. They of course love going anywhere with a playground, but I came for the food. This is the only fast food I will eat. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I love that they also have two lines in their drive-thru. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and a manager is never far away. The only thing I'm borderline upset about is they no longer serve the spicy chicken biscuit. I know its not this locations fault, but I love all things spicy. Now I just have to wait for lunch which isn't that hard since they switch at 10:30! read more

Consistently rude service at the register. No greeting, no smile, and they won't even look you in the eye as if to say, "I don't want to be here." Slow service. I love chick-Fil-a. Consistently the best fast food out there with friendly servers. The chicken is high quality compared to other fast food restaurants and my drink of choice, lemonade is the best anywhere, hands down. I use this location a lot and my advice is, be prepared for a line in drive thru. This location does not have consistent order takers outside when busy and the line drags. They appear to not have enough employees on hand at busy times, but the employees are always cheerful and nice even so. The parking lot design is part of the problem here with the line usually out into the street. read more

Like all CFA's it's extremely busy between the hours of 11:30-2:00. Line out onto Poplar busy.. it moves fairly fast, but wish there was another CFA somewhere else in Cville to lighten up the demand. Honestly all kids love their chicken! I personally think it's overly salty especially at this location but this is the place to bring the kids. I like the healthy fruit cup option instead of fries and the service is beyond friendly and fast. The drive through is a machine but the parking lot is always crowded. This a poorly run Chick fil a. Zero customer service. They yell out your name until you come and get your food while there are many workers behind the counter that could deliver. We only come here if in a rush, otherwise we drive the extra miles to Germantown Rd Chick Fil A and enjoy the service and meal. I really love chic fil a, but this experience was awful. My order was incomplete. The drive thru was slow and it wasn't very busy. The employees at the window were unprofessional, spending more time chatting than giving my food and payment. Normally, I never have to check my food before I leave a chi fil a, but I guess at this location I have to now. I paid for two sandwiches and only got one with two fries. I would have gone back, but I drove all the way home. So be warned, please check your order before you leave the drive thru here. My boyfriend had a similar experience at this location the same day, but he noticed it right away. He would have paid for four sandwiches and only got two if he didn't. They need to train their new employees better. I will be going to another chic fil a instead of this one. read more
