As a giant Chick Fil A fan, this has to be one of the worst locations in the country. I order from this location on door dash around 2/week. They mess something up around 1/2 the time. This morning I ordered 2 burritos, 2 hash browns and 2 iced coffees (certainly not an overwhelming detailed order). I received 1 burrito, 2 coffees and that's it. There is not the care and the attention to detail that you get used to with this brand. Additionally, tortillas are always dry and old, and it is clear that the food in the breakfast, especially the nuggets are not freshly made. I wish they would do better. read more

Why did they build a chick fil a that accomodates 2 lanes for the drive through but then they force everyone into 1 lane? I use the mobile through feature a lot of the time for convenience, which is also a convenience to the restaurant, but it never gets you through the line any quicker than had i just ordered through the ordinary way. Often times i scan that I'm here, get backlogged in mobile through, and people who order well after i checked in make it through the line first. This issue with this? My food is made first and i end up waiting for the car who ordered after me to get through the line. Consider using the 2 lanes as they were designed. read more

I'm just about to celebrate with my family and I'm going to celebrate with my friends and in this time I will be focusing on celebration. Usually I'm celebrating Christmas in this time but this morning I want to celebrate my experience at Chick-fil-A where there is amazing customer service. Consent to describe my story? (Consent granted) My brother and I had a very very very confusing order. I was in the car with my brother. And the waiter was outside the car. We're not really sure what you call them at Chick-fil-A, but he was standing there with this big phone looking thing that wasn't a laptop, but it wasn't a phone because it was bigger than a phone probably four times the size of a phone that has a touchscreen doesn't even have any buttons but you can touch buttons on the screen and access buttons but it's just a screen like an iPhone but it's a lot bigger. The guy holding the big touchscreen thing his name was Asher. We had coupons and it seem like it was gonna be really confusing and Asher was not sweating. He played off super cool. He didn't even care that we were being complicated he was like oh yeah I'll take care of that. That's no problem at all. I was like that's awesome and he did. He was hooking it up and I was like hey man, this is awesome. Christmas season can get stressful or crazy and I know that's not what we want but there's a lot going on and that's just life. If you're feeling that and you need some thing or someone to cheer you up go to the Chick-fil-A and hope that you get Asher and maybe he'll have his big iPhone thing that's not a laptop And he will brighten up your holiday season. read more

This was my go to restaurant, until today. I sat in line for almost 25 minutes....for ONE chicken sandwich. I ordered ahead of time through the app. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served quicker. I will no longer waste my money at this location. This is the closest Chick-fil-a to me and I stop in about once every other week. The dinning room is always clean and the food is consistently good. But what motivated me to leave a review today was the excellent service on my latest visit. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, but today the cashier went above and beyond my expected level of customer service. Always great service. I like to order thru the app and pick up curbside. The drive thru can get crazy busy. The biscuits are not as good as they used to be. The top of the biscuit I s always so much smaller than the bottom piece. Their biscuits are not golden brown. They do a a lot of events and giveaways in the drive thru but I haven't seen any giveaways when you do curbside. The peppermint milkshake is delicious. I have to say the best Chick-fil-A I have been to is the one at 6335 Promenade parkway in Castle Rock next to the 7-11 Gas station. They make the best biscuits which are golden brown and the eggs taste like eggs. When you get condiments they put them in a plastic bag along with napkins. The curbside service is super fast. Where I come from, we either all do, or we all don't. I'm a bus driver for a local school district. I brought over 30 students and adults to the location at 391 Spectrum loop in Colorado Springs. As a driver I have always been comped a meal at chick-fil-a EXCEPT HERE!?! Maybe all the other locations I've taken students to are doing it wrong, or maybe they were just showing gratitude for the extra business? Please let me know the corporate policy on this matter, and I can go from there. This is the closest location to our house, which is why we give it our business over any other. That being said, it's getting harder to do that. There always seems to be something. I feel like they just don't care. We ordered here 2 days ago and got 2 sandwiches and not a single napkin in the bag. We did curbside and I had to then go inside for napkins. The staff here were friendly. The food was below average in every way. Salty, warmish chicken with soggy breading inside warm buns. The waffle fries were undercooked, limp, and over-salted. This location is slipping. They have a mobile order line that is almost always empty, while the regular drive thru line is almost always full. I think we don't do the mobile order because your customers are DRIVING while on they way to your restaurant. The mobile lane process is very off putting. Usually the order accuracy and food are fine, but it seems to happen more and more that one of the sandwiches in the order has a very small piece of chicken vs the others or the waffle fries portions aren't as full as they should be. That means that the cook staff in the back isn't doing their job for prep and the expediters in the front aren't doing their job well. This used to be a five star location. Now it seems like when a good manager isn't there, things start slipping. This used to be ok with prices from two years ago, but with inflation as it is now, you have to do better to keep your customers. read more

I am horrified at my customer service experience and the complete denial of my order placed 20 mins before closing. I was told no record of my order and denied service when I showed up to get it just before closing. Why did it go through on the app and ask for payment and everything? I have been frequenting this location since it opened. The theme for the drive thru is, "Welcome to the Jungle" by G&R. The drive thru has two lanes, each lane fills up differently depending on the time of day. When you get to the, "Take Turns Merging" sign all hell breaks loose. The taking turns part escapes anyone in the long line when for reasons out of anyone's control a car happens into the shorter line. The sign states, "Take Turns Merging". That seems pretty simple, but insert the human element... any given tool at this location is apparently keeping score, so when the take turns merging part happens to put you in front... remember your just another tool trying to get lunch, so you are just getting there and not keeping score. You turned into the shorter line, and can read. I literally had some tool get out of his vehicle to inform me that he was next. He was not, but you know reading it's a thang, he missed that. On the face of it, I do not care. What I do care about is that the perceived patron was confused, to the point that the rules the vendor set didn't apply and they felt I was the guy tfw. I am not that guy. The kicker, my order was for online pickup, but I wanted human interaction --yeah I got it-- I would have been in front of this dude from nowhere Tennessee anyway once we passed the choke point. The clientele that frequent this location are entitled beyond belief... it's a more affluent part of town. Who in there right mind gets out of there car at the zipper point to let you know you shouldn't zipper? A db from Tennessee is who. If you're from Tennessee and moved here as a transplant, well you just jumped ahead of California and Ohio for gtfb from you came from! Alright so after dealing with entitled Out of Staters from Tennessee in the, "reading area" of the choke point, then you deal with kids who just punch buttons and charge you for whatever. IT IS A DISASTER! First if they are going to expect the entitled side of this town to follow basic common courtesy on the rules they set, they are naive. Second, I want my money back for the meal I wasn't served... they TOOK the money, they just do not know how to GIVE back the money! This place is crazy busy but it is a well run machine. We wanted to sit down and eat but could not find a place to park our car so we instead opted to order via drive thru. They had people standing outside in the drive thru line ready to take our order so we did not have to sit and wait to talk to someone through a speaker box. Chick-Fil-A is a staple in our home. We always get the sandwiches. Love their waffle fries, salads, strips, lemonade, Arnold Palmers, frosted coffee or lemonade, and seasonal shakes. The Academy location is always faster than the Garden location due to the remodel. The remodeled stores have updated drive through windows converted to doors. They always walk to the cars now. The non-updated sites stick to driving to the window, but I wouldn't let that deter me. They're always faster than any other drive through. Even In-n-Out can NEVER beat Chick. The speed they offer always stands out from any fast food business. Great update. It sets them apart from other drive through. Customer service is essential at all their stores. We had one bad experience. I notified the the company, and our next visit was restored. read more

I really love Chick-fil-A but this location consistently misses the mark on something every time I go. Literally twice I had these tiny little pieces of pickle, another time the chicken breast on my sandwich was half the size as normal and the texture was tough, the other day they forgot give me a chocolate milk in with my daughter's meal, and today I got not only a tiny piece of a pickle, I didn't even get two tiny pieces, honestly might as well have been no pickle it was so tiny.
