Visited this location on my way to Atlanta. Dined In for my meal, and had a simple question for a manager- nothing bad- just something I was curious about. When I asked a Team Member who didn't know the answer to my question if she could grab a manager real quick, she went to the back, came out a few moments later and said "They're really busy right now, can you leave a message". I have been going here all my life and it has been fine. But for the past couple times ago I get the same person. And the person who takes my order always gets it wrong. For example I asked for all my meals large. I pay and get my food and when I get home I only have 1 large drink, 1 order correct, and 2 small fries. All Chick Fil A's are great. PArking lot here is a little tight. Sometimes I wonder if Chick Fil A owners really know how popular they will be because many of them can't handle the parking. But the food was awesome as always, the service was remarkably fast considering the crowd that was there. The drive thru went around the building and there was a line inside that was real long. Worst customer service to the point where even the manager was incompetent. I went to get replacements for two milkshakes I was given that were pure liquid and spilled ALL OVER my car. I called originally but got no one to answer and the voicemail box was full. When I talked to them over the speaker of the drive thru they said all I needed was the receipt. When I arrived at the window they asked for the milkshakes and looked at me crazyy because the milkshakes were almost empty. The manager then talks down to me in a rude, accusatory manner telling me the shakes were drank Frustrated, I tell her I would not be waiting in another 20 min drive thru if it wasn't for the fact that I paid for two bad milkshakes NTM that spilled all over my car. She just gave me attitude and tells me they cannot replace my shakes in the future LMAO like I'd come back to the most ghetto chik fil a I've ever encountered Pleaseeee and the only damn reason why I went through all the trouble was because they were for my drill sergeants milkshakes who they had a long day at work....don't come to this location. Great good, a bit more price wise than say McDonalds but I enjoy the environment more. The staff are more than just friendly, they go out of their way to help in any way they can. The play area is outdoors, a bit small but my kids enjoy it. I love their waffle fries!! read more

Hi I went to this location today after leaving Walmart. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter or the chicken nuggets. The fries and drinks were fine. The chicken had a bitter taste to it like the batter may have been old. I did not realize it until I got all the way home off of Parklane Dr. I called back and spoke to the manager who stated he would check the chicken and batter. We drove all the way back to this resterant and when I arrived I went through the drive through because I recently had surgery. The manager came to the window, very rude after I greated him, stating he went in the back and check and nothing is wrong with the chicken, as to say I was lying. He then took the bag of food and told us to pull around. A worker came out and brought us a fresh bag of food with no sauce but she was really kind. I have never had a bad experience with chick fi la and this really made me think different of the chain. read more

I have never been to a fast food restaurant that gives you table service. I've been to this location several times, and only had like two decent encounters. First, the parking lot and location and flow of traffic is the worst I have ever seen. The restaurant and parking lot are crammed into a fairly small property. Try to picture the layout (it's complicated): the building is in the center, and the drive-in lane wraps around it. Then there is the general traffic lane (for getting through the parking lot), surrounded by the parking spaces. The problem is that the general traffic lane only flows one-way, counter-clockwise around the building. So when you finish at the drive-thru, there is a stop sign because you "T" into that lane, and the only way out is to wait for incoming parking lot traffic to let up so that you can take a left (remember, it's one-way). The result is that when the drive-thru line is long, it gets backed up all the way back to the front of the building, so if you're stuck at this stop sign exiting the drive-thru, you're blocked in. Even when incoming traffic lets you make the left turn, the drive-thru line is still backed up enough to block the way (it's supposed to be wide enough for two cars, but it's not). SO, since you who are leaving the drive-thru can't move anymore, then the drive-thru line can't advance very much, and so it stays backed up in front of you, and NOBODY is moving. Ridiculous. I know that there are fairly tight restrictions on parking lot design, so I assume somebody screwed this one royally in the design. Or, Chick-fil-a tried desperately to take an undersized lot and force it. Either way, the only way I got out of the parking lot that day was for an employee to come help us all navigate out, inch by inch, with side-mirrors folded in. The trip was literally about an hour. Add in that the serving staff have been fairly rude on a few occasions (which is really rare at a Chick-fil-a in my experience), and that they jacked up my order the last time I was there, and I'm never going back. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in town. Every other one seems like it runs very smoothly and fast. This one is much more like a McDonalds or Bojangles. The staff are friendly enough, but they just can't seem to get it together. The food is as expected from Chick-fil-a, but expect to wait much longer here than any other Chick-fil-a you have been to. This is by far my favorite fast food in the area. Even when they are packed they are fast at serving food. I can go in and out in 10 minutes when the drive thru is packed. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on their faces. They are constantly maintaining the area clean and the food is always amazing. read more
