After I asked for the refund, an employee brought my meal about four minutes later and apologized, explaining they were out of syrup and butter for the pancakes. Though recently revamped the design did help with the increase in business need. They did include my extra cheese and sour cream that I specifically requested, but the spiciness of the nachos ruined my entire meal (not to mention the dip in general and the chips were WAY too salty!
