I typically stop at Chick-fil-A on Friday morning for breakfast since I have to be at work super early for the housekeeper. I ordered the chicken biscuit combo every week. I like going to Chick-fil-A because my order is always accurate. The food always hot and the service always quick. The bottom line is you can count on them to do what they do best. This week I removed the top biscuit to put on some hot sauce. It made me smile when I saw that the chicken was shaped like a heart. This Chick-fil-A is usually super fast and great but recently they have installed a feature where the mobile order people go to one side on the drive through and the people that still need to order go on the other side. This was an awful idea as it has made the drive through take very long. It does not even make sense because not that many people mobile order compared to those that still need to place an order. read more

This is the 3rd drive-thru order I have gotten around 530pm and they all smelled like overly strong perfume! You can't get away from it. I could also smell it wafting out of the drive-thru door! It smells a little bit like BO when you eat in, I think that may be from the kids play structure inside. Other than that the tables are relatively clean. Service is very fast. They do the super creamy cheese sauce Mac and cheese here, the only place in the area that does it. Be aware that they close the dining room an hour before closing, but keep the drive through open. read more

I will give them credit. They are trying but it still takes way to long to place and get your order. The food is good at a reasonable price but they are not prepared to handle to volume of traffic. My wife tried to pick up a sandwich prior to a Dr. Appointment nearby but ended up leaving because she ran out of time and had to go to Wendy's. I was driving home to pick up my wife so we could go to Concord and get our 2nd Covid Shot. Had a little extra time so I figured I'd give them a shot. They only opened since late fall so still trying to get things under their belt. First you pull in and they spit the drive through traffic into two lanes. You proceed forward and someone is there to take you order. This one is better than other locations I've been to with remote ordering in that the order takers have menus that you can see and make up your mine. I can't think of the number of times that I have driven through the Chick-fil-A Drive Through in Statesville and later regretted it because when I ordered, I did not know what my other menu options were. Pulled ahead and someone accepted my payment which in my case was by credit card. They did take cash. Remember we are talking 2 lines so we are talking 4 people. Pulled up and just before I got to the pickup window, someone came out with my lunch which was an upgraded Chicken Sandwich which I took home and enjoyed before leaving for my shot. All in all, it still took over 15 minutes start to finish but I can't fault the employees nor do I have any suggestion how to make it quicker and maintain quality. First time at this new location. I was happy to see the built in double lanes. I visited early on a weekday and the line was not too bad. It moved quickly too, which was great. I ordered some breakfast items and an orange juice, but when I got to the window the OJ was missing. Turns out I wasn't charged for it either since the person taking my order didn't add it. Cashier apologized, charged me for an OJ and sent me on my way. My food was piping hot, which I was happy about, and it tasted just as good as any other location. I'd return! read more

Many times have a come here and they have incorrectly made my chicken sandwich order... however, on Friday (3 days ago) i placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up around 8:30, they close at 10. I get there and suddenly the store is closing at 9:00 and everyone is in a rush to get the drive through done and go home, little did i know as they are rushing me to get out of their drive through line because they are handing me food without chicken in it!!! ive come to this chick fil a many times and have never experienced this. my order took forever and the lid on my coke was not on tight enough so when i grabbed it, it spilled on my car. the employee didnt even hand me my food, i had to grab it out of the food tray. This location is the worst CFA franchise we've ever visited. On multiple occasions our tenders were burnt beyond recognition and we've had to wait in excess of 10 minutes each time at the drive thru for our simple orders -even when there were very few cars in the drive thru. I've contacted the operator several times but no response. I contacted CFA corporate and they said the operator would contact me but that never happened - you know the place is a shit show when CFA corporate can't get the brain dead operator to respond to customer complaints. I purchased an order from this location through door dash a 30 count chicken nugget and a four piece chicken strip and a large fry and received no sauce for my order. They tried to blame door dash however the bag was sealed. When I got there I ran into the employee who admitted to forgetting my sauces and even though I had a receipt and proof that there were four sauces on my order the employees were still arguing with me that I did not deserve all four sauces. Have been REPEATEDLY blown away at the amazing service of this location. They're always so sweet and welcoming. Noah was in training at the window the last time I drove through for dinner pickup and he was the most respectful employee I've ever encountered. He asked me how my day was going (I was a little stressed) & he seemed to genuinely care to check in and make sure I was leaving the business satisfied with my meal and feeling better than I was when I came. I have love coming to this CFL location Chick-fil-A Cornelius (and I do a LOT) but after my experience this morning, more then likely going to be awhile before I come back. I always get the burrito breakfast COMBO but I don't like soggy hash rounds inside my burrito so I ask for them on the side. and YES..I know they only put 8 in the burrito because I have always ordered it this way. But this morning when placing my order, I was told (by the manager on duty) that I could not get them on the side, I could get them "in" the burrito or none at all. Oh Really.... I've done this for well over a year at this location without a problem.Well.... this morning I did NOT get my COMBO. I got my burrito and 8 hash rounds in the little box. thats right.....8 hash rounds instead of the medium that comes with the combo. Just a stab in the dark but it kinda looks like she was being a smart butt by giving me the 8 hash rounds in place of the MEDIUM that comes WITH the combo!!!
