When I'm looking for a quick sandwich this is a great spot to stop! It's one of my favorite "fast food". Service was fast and precise I was in and out in about 4minutes. Casual dress and can easily eat there for under $10, I'm a big eater though so 16" sub for me. Went when it was slow and we were the only customers. The drink was bad and messed up our sandwich making the wrong one. Took forever, so not fast at all like they claim. Jimmy Johns's is my go to delivery place when I'm at the office. Their online ordering system is a true time saver. All you have to do is log in and build your sandwich, then it's quickly at your door. My pro tip is to order their lettuce wrap "unwhich." It makes eating healthier a little bit easier and tastier! I had placed an order for delivery. One of the items wasn't delivered from our order. It took a while for the item to be re-delivered. I called and spoke with the manager, Ashley. First off Ashley apologized about the mix up. Secondly she gave us a store credit for our sandwiches. It just showed how important their customers are to them!!!!!! I know that things happen sometimes but it's nice to know that they really value their customers. I really appreciate Ashley for going above and beyond for us. Went inside and ordered twice for takeout. Good stuff. First visit, beyond freaky fast. Second visit, kind of slow. But no big deal. Sandwiches, chips, and pickles are all excellent. Ordered 2 grinders online, very convenient - able to choose a time. One was lettuce for the bread, roast need, cheese tomato and cucumber with an avocado spread. Other was a colossal , but nothing colossal about it. Looked like a normal grinder, cheese turkey tomato cucumber, it was not HUGE like you would think it would be with the name. Shame on the team at the Huntersville Jimmy John's today! After taking our order in the drive thru their system shut down rendering them unable to take credit/debit card payments. Since we rarely carry much cash, we had just under half the money to pay for our order. This team determine it was better to THROW AWAY the food they prepared for us rather than to take what cash we had. Their slogan is 100% true. They are freaky fast! I like using their drive thru for lunch because I can be back to work and enjoy my lunch without losing time waiting. Fantastic service. I submitted an on-line order and an hour later I did not get my delivery (they did try to deliver). I provided the wrong contact number, so entirely my fault. When I called to see what happened, the employee who answered the phone was extremely helpful and they re-made PLUS delivered my order at no additional charge. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have been to. They mess up your order if you make special requests. I have been here twice and on both occasions they messed up my order. Came here tonight with my son. We went inside rather than the drive thru so I could take a look at the menu a little longer since this was my first time. We ordered, the associate was very polite and even helped me rearrange the order a bit to save me some money. I paid and went to fill up our drinks, before I could finish filling the first drink the food was done. I was definitely caught off surprise how quick it was. But I was thrilled b/c there is nothing worse waiting for food with a hungry two year old getting antsy. I didn't realize until I got home that their slogan was about making it fast. Well very well suited! I am so excited they have a drive thru (with said 2 year old it is so difficult sometimes to go into a restaurant and get food). I really don't want to get unhealthy fast food so now I have a very good option for a very quick meal without getting out of the car. Oh and on top of all that the food is really good.
