I love me some chick-fil-a!!! Great customer service with fast service. Went during lunch hour and was in and out!

I ordered early this morning and they accidentally put bacon on my biscuit which would have been ok but I don't eat pork. I came back on my lunch break and they comped me a free lunch combo AND offered me a free cookie. Everyone apologized so many times I felt a little guilty with all the attention but I appreciate the customer service SO MUCH! Especially having not had breakfast and I'm really excited for lunch. The worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Customer service is horrible here! Gave me attitude at the drive thru and got my drinks wrong and took about 5 min to get the correct drink. I love chick-fil-a, some of the reasons is for, they're excellent customer service and of course their food. Unfortunately I can't say the same about this chick-fail-a in particular. The line was backed up past the entrance with only one cashier at he register, I couldn't tell who was in line and who wasn't. Finally when I walked up to the register after 10 min, the employee did not greet me the way other chik-fil-a employees at other restaurants do. They were timid and seemed to have no desire to work there. After placing my order, I waited patiently only to receive my order and have them get it all wrong. This restaurant prides itself on its great customer service. We go here frequently but recently had a baby so hadn't come in a couple of months. My son got a school award for a complimentary kids meal. The manager refused to honor it. She just told the cashier no and walked away refusing to even look at us...WoW! Talk about crappy customer service. Why even give kids rewards if you are just going to deny it. Had we just shown up for the free meal I might understand but our order was over $30 for the rest of our family. We will NEVER eat here again, I'd rather just go to the one in Corona. Everyone else here is super polite but that one manager totally turned both my husband off. Try getting a better manager that isn't going to lose you loyal customers over $4. read more

I go to this location because it's really close to work, because I have such a short lunch break I order curbside and each time they always forget my condiments or they give me the wrong salad dressing. My son won a milkshake certificate through his school and I brought him to redeem it and for us to have lunch together. The manager Christine Garcia refused to honor it saying that they no longer accepted paper coupons. There is no expiration date written on my certificate so I asked that it please be honored because he was very proud to have earned it. She refused. I asked her to offer him something instead and she told me to sign up for the rewards program to earn points as I paid. Insert a huge eyeroll Emoji right here, how is that an offer of compensation when I could have done that anyway on my own? Not wanting to cause a fuss, I paid for our meals but it is safe to say I will not return to this location. The quality of this Chick-fil-A seems to have gone down over the years. The wait is always pretty long, but that is inevitable for it's location and the times I go at. I give 2 stars because the quality of the food is about a 50/50 chance of being good when I go. Sometimes it is great, while other times it taste like it's been sitting out or just in general not as good. I normally get the chicken wrap and sometimes it is very good while other times the chicken is mushy like a canned tuna consistency. It was so mushy one time I actually complained and they asked me to see my receipt which I no longer had and would not reimburse me nor give me another wrap. That normally is not like their service as their customer service is usually pretty good, so I was surprised and not very happy about that since I had spent about $7 on a chicken wrap that was mushy. read more

Driving down Hidden Valley--tummy rumbling- drove thru---got a chicken sandwich and a coke. When the kid in the window gave me the receipt--he said "oh-do you know what the pink receipt is?" Love Chick-fil-a! The sandwiches are great and the chicken nuggets are the best. No ground up processed reshaped chicken meat like other fast food joints...take a bit out of a nugget and it is quality chicken meat. But the best thing of all? The sweet tea. Southern style sweet tea can be a love it or hate it relationship. Some find it way too sweet. For me, absolutely addicting. And I LOVE that you can buy it by the gallon at Chick-fil-a! Fortunately for me the location isn't super convenient so I'm not sugared out all the time. I only go once every month or so. Extra kudos for the customer service here too. Years and years ago, when I tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches, I wasn't impressed so I didn't go back until 2 weeks ago. Now I'm a big fan! I've tried their chicken deluxe and spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches. They were both delicious and I'm addicted to their honey roasted bbq sauce! OK I don't normally write about stuff but restaurants I like unfortunately on this situation the one on imperial Blvd I had to wait for my one sandwich and during that time I got to experience watching 20 employees plus a few were waiting for their food and chitchat and talking mean while why all of these so the sauces dispensaries were empty and the one of the cooks in the back after repeatedly changed out all the metal tins of all the food did not change his gloves after moving the tomatoes which I ended up having a tomato on my sandwich.. with that many people in this building there was no leader ship displayed anywhere the floor was dirty I mean with six people at the front counter one of them could've could've walked around and filled up the sauces picked up the trash emptied the trashcan they had a couple things sticking out of it wasn't extremely dirty but still with that many people in there that place should've been immaculate..the girl that was called peoples name out for orders thought it was funny to figure out how to pronounce the names instead of calling out the name so people can get their food and go home she want to have fun with it doesn't make sense not very professional but again that's management I saw a lot of team leaders but even then they are more worried about getting their food and drink refills then helping out ....dinner stand that we would rather block the line to get out of peoples food then to help out and call people's name out when the girl wasn't there to call people's name out.. I think this store need upper management to visit more and help teach more efficiency this is a busy store read more

No longer on a chik fila kick thanks a lot Corona...so I've been going all week having great food and service at different locations came here tonight and I am so happy I used a gift card and not my money I would have been pissed. I asked for bar b que sauce they gave me a spicy buffalo ranch I asked for American cheese they put that spicy cheese the fries were old and stale. I came here on a busy day with my wife and staff was great and food was amazing. A few mins after waiting in line it started to get really crowded but the staff jumped on it and opened two registers right away. While eating there one of the workers was coming around asking if we wanted refills on our drinks which I thought was awesome customer service. I came her on Tuesday night with my little sister. She had never eaten here before and I was excited for her to try it. Our server/cashier was Kevin and this man was so helpful and kind. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The wait time for the food wasn't too long. The spicy chicken sandwich I got, was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I'm not even exaggerating. I know this place is technically a "fast food" joint but wow! The food was better than most sit down restaurants, heck, even the fries! My little sister loved her food and demanded we come back soon haha. This place is very clean and they even put fresh flowers in a small vase on every table. So so cute! Went through the drive thru today 9/20/18 @ 2:10 ordered side salad and nuggets. I pay with my card with the girl who took my order, I proceeded forward to the window and the girl gives me my order I believe she repeated the order and I drove away. I go down a few blocks and realize I smell no nuggets so I check my bag, sure enough all I have is a side salad. I drive back upset and walk inside and literally was being ignored which is a first any other location someone will ask can I help you. Finally I get a workers attention and I give them the bag and tell them there is no nuggets, the manager comes over tells me well the girl at drive thru was trying to flag you down and you drove away very rudely, I said why would I look back if she said my order was in the bag. Then she tells me I never paid for my order, that my payment did not go thru in the drive thru, I said really and you didn't catch that earlier when I was at the window, she said no we didn't. I checked my bank account right there I didn't see anything posted, but no apologies for them forgetting my nuggets it was more about that I didn't pay for my food, seriously is that my fault the girl in the drive thru didn't process my payment properly and she didn't offer me a receipt. I'm totally shocked at how rude the manager handled this, this was my 1st visit here & my last at this location. read more

Apparently they have no concern for quality. They have served me disgusting over cooked or undercooked fries twice. Even after I told the lady last time the fries were bad please make sure they're fresh they serve me dark brown fries that looked like they were cooked the night before. I love Chick Fil A as much as the next person, and 99% of the time everything is made to the standards I expect from Chick Fil A. Yet one experience left me appalled at the customer service! I came in, ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, and then an 8 piece grilled nugget. Girl at the counter (can't remember her name) didn't repeat my order back to me, and charged me. No big deal, I assumed she heard me since it wasn't that loud and I spoke clearly. Little did I know that once my name was called, I was receiving the original nuggets. So I calmly asked the worker if there was a mistake in packaging because I ordered the grilled nuggets. So he pulled up my receipt and said "no it looks like you actually ordered the original nuggets." Well, it's never a good idea to tell a customer what they "actually" ordered. So I was taken aback by the rudeness and stated that I believe it was your employee's mistake because I clearly stated grilled nuggets. It was a process of about 5 minutes of him discussing the situation with the manager, the girl who took my order, and another worker who witnessed my order being taken. Long story short, finally got my grilled nuggets. The worker even wanted to CHARGE me the difference and I said no way I'm not paying for a mistake I didn't make.
