Matheew outside at the drive thru line had his tablet ready to take my order and although it was 15 mins to closing today on a Friday they had a really last rush hour and that didn't change Mathew's attitude he was amazing. The last time two girls were out side and one of them complained as I pulled up although I told her co worker I wouldn't leave a bad review that day but today service was amazing. Absolute worst employees at this location. Stood there for 20 mins watching people come in and order their food and leave. They wouldn't give me my food and when I asked for help they'd stop with my order because someone else would ask them about theirs. After 30 mins I just left and now I can't get a refund because chic fil a customer service is serperate from the chic FIL a locations. I usually go to this location as it's close to my house. However, I try to avoid it due to its customer service. Every single time I come in to pickup an order I stand at their counter for a loooooong period of time. Workers passing me over and over, not being acknowledged or ask if I have been helped. Today, sure I was greeted when I walked in, went to the pickup counter only to be overlooked by the same person who greeted me and she helped someone that came after me. Finally after some time I was helped and I asked that person where is the designated pickup area because I never get helped in a timely manner. This responded stating where I was was the spot. This place needs to get it together with service but also a better system. They used to have a pickup area where you'd find your food but they said it was removed due to others taking meals. But now it's even worse, we don't get serviced at all. read more

We went for some lunch at the drive through and ordered, took a few moments to get the food but that wasn't the problem. We were missing the 12pc nugget order, and we had only found out once we arrived home. I went back to Chick-fil-A to get those lost nuggets, with my own food getting cold back at home, and with my daughter waiting for her own meal. When I got there I brought my receipt up to a blue shirted worker and told her what was up. She rudely asked "what was wrong" and I explained before she went over to retrieve the nuggets, barely even glancing at my receipt. She brought a small bag with the food, clearly irritated at their own mistake, and left before I was even able to ask for anything else. Her name was Ximena, I think. I realized once I got home that food was missing. Once I got home, I called the 1800 number and the lady said she will pass the message to the store. I call every week (5 weeks now) and get the run around. This has been going on for more than a month and nobody has contacted me by phone or email. I have had good experiences at every single chik fil a I have been too. This one was a little bit different. First and foremost, we went to take our kids to the play place but it was still closed. So I come here almost every Wednesday night and am very happy! Going to give a specific story then overall experience story Special incident: My car broke down yesterday in the drive thru! They were so patient and even helped treat my kids that were waiting with me. Multiple staff came to check on us and see if they could help. Fortunately I was able to get the car out of the way a couple minutes later but I'm sure if I had to push my car... they would've come out! Thank you thank you to the workers last night for your patience and extending extra efforts to not make me feel ashamed! It was about halfway in that I felt a sting in my mouth and a really hard piece to swallow. When I told the girl I didn't get my drinks the manager looked over at me. But said nothing.
