He is really cheap, food quality has gotten horrible, delivery and customer service is the worst, They get people's order wrong and doesn't make corrections. Looks like he is in the business only for the money and not remembering that chick fil a is a Christian religion operation. People go to chick fil a for customer service and this location has lost that skill since Shawn has arrived. read more

I've loved Chick-Fil-A since it first opened in Greenbriar Mall in Atlanta, GA. While other restaurants have tried to copy their taste (McDonalds comes to mind), they've never been able to capture it. I always always always receive first-class service at all Chick-fil-As and have yet to experience anything different. Beyond that, their menu is great and always improving. Latest addiction is the market grilled chicken salad. I could eat that for lunch every day and never get sick of it. The new frosted lemonade is divine. Totally hits the spot when you want something sweet and refreshing at the same time. Funny thing: I always seem to crave CFA on Sundays. I must make it clear right away that I love Chick-fil-a and have never had a bad experience until today. So let me explain, I ordered a 12p chicken nugget combo for my 3 yr old boy and a spicy chicken deluxe no combo for myself. The line was long and very fast and efficient. Another reason I love this place. So my son and I started eating the fries to hold us over until I got home about 8 minutes away. I set my son up he was eating and I was eating everything was fine and the food delicious as always. A piece of lettuce drops on my lap from my deluxe I pick up the lettuce and underneath it was a little yellowish brown stringy thing that was squirming like a worm. I look closer and see that it's actually a f****** worm that came from my sandwich!!!!! A WORM FROM MY SANDWHICH WTF CHICK FIL A A WORM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I freaked out and flushed it immediately then I realized I should've documented this and took pics but I freaked out. This is not a lie people a worm was in my spicy chicken deluxe!!! And I thought my day was bad before then this happened and just made me feel like dam I must be cursed. I guarantee if I had took a pic chick Fil a would be begging me probably willing to pay a mil to shut me up and take the pic down but I flushed it immediately. Now my yelp is telling me as I write this : "this review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Yeah... far from it. This is a really great place for families... especially those with small children. The staff is really friendly and always end your order with "my pleasure." The food tastes great and the chicken is really juicy. They have lots of options for under 500 calories for those watching what they eat. read more

By far my favorite fast-food chain. Employees are top-notch and super-friendly. They manage to get my order correct every single time, even with the picky requests by my family! Food is always tasty and spot-on delicious! Restaurant is always clean and the drive-thru is awesomely efficient. Trust me I have nothing but good things to say about this place! You should watch your kids closely in the play area so they are not hurt by other kids but that is the fault of other parents, not the restaurant. Several months ago I got extremely dizzy on my way to this restaurant. It also was a very hot day over 100 but was able to get inside and sit down. Once I recovered I ordered my food and the young lady taking my order knew I wasn't feeling well. She rushed my ordered and brought it out to me. My back was also strained so she helped me to my car carrying my food and drinks. I will never forget her and the kindness she showed me. I came to this location, that I don't frequent, and they wouldn't make a salad before 10:30am. I wish all cfa's would be on the same page. Normally this place was great, this week, they messed up on our food 3 times. We are in the process of moving, so cooking for the kids is not really an option this week... I let the first 2 times go, however, today, the 3rd mess up, I called and wanted a refund. I spoke with lauren, who stated to me that the general manager would be in tomorrow and could refund for my meal. I specifically asked if I needed to save the food, which i was willing to do, or if I could throw it away. She told me not to worry about it, snap a picture of the food and go ahead and throw it away. So I did. Kristin (general manager?) called me back, stated she needed the food to give a refund. To make a long story short, I explained the bag is in the dumpster now underneath all of our "moving trash", since Lauren directed me to simply take a photo of the food, which I did and go ahead and throw it away. This restaurant forgot to give my friends and I half of our order. We went through their drive-thru close to their closing time and they reassured us all our food was in the bags. When we got home we realized they had messed up but by this time they were already closed. I called the next day and after waiting 15 minutes just to speak to a real person and not a robot, I was greeted by a very rude customer service representative who proceeded to tell me that the store would be contacting me, which they have NOT. This store has shown nothing but disrespect to my friends and I by not only taking our money and not giving us the food WE PAID FOR, but also by completely blowing us off and not reaching out to offer any type of compensation. I love Chick-Fil-A! The first time I had CFA was in Kentucky and I was so excited when the first one in Norco opened! My family and I come here very often and we are usually greeted with a smile and served high quality food. Tonight we decided on CFA because of its dependability. Our food was great! But, the lemonade was not very good tonight. We were all spitting out seeds and our cups were filled with junk and seeds at the bottom. I come to this location often because I have school and work out here. It is actually my favorite Chic-Fil-A location I've been to. The service is very very good. The drive-thru line is always ridiculously long and the longest I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes at most. Very nice and professional employees who seem like they enjoy their time working there. Great chicken has finally made it to the west-coast. Having lived in other states where Chick-Fil-A is common place, it's great that the company has branched out to the west coast with their tasty chicken offerings. The best are the sandwiches, so tasty, tender and very moist. If you're looking for a super tasting lemonade, look no further. We recently tried their breakfast and enjoyed it too. I used to love this place but now everytime (by everytime I mean the last 5 times) I use the drive thru it's at least a 10 minute visit no matter how short the line is. When I get the the window they tell me it's going to be another 10 minutes to wait for biscuits or a yogurt parfait and then proceed to tell me they are unable to make a parfait and I get down graded to fries while still making me pay for the upgraded parfait and wait for it. I used to get a free meal if I waited over 8 minutes in the drive thru. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant at this point, you will get quicker service for the same price. read more
