I was visiting family in the area and we decided to come here since they said it was a great spot to get "diner" foods . It did not disappoint when it comes to the American food . I got a steak sandwhich and zucchini fries plus a side of fries! Everything was delish and a huge amount . Could have fed two ppl . We also ordered burgers which were pretty good as well. The asada burrito was huge and had lots of meat but miss the mark with tasting "Mexican" but this is coming from Mexicans that are maybe pickier when it comes to Mexican foods . Mason took our order and helped us out with whatever else we needed . He was very nice and helpful . He is a great worker / employee . I think this please has a good balance of price and quality. The quality is definitely above average for a typical fast food joint. However I do see that the prices seem to be creeping up from past mentions. But overall if I had to choose between this and other fast food joints that are typically known I would pick this place because the ingredients are much faster and taste healthier cooked. My son-in-law had a breakfast burrito there this morning and by noon he was already throwing up. I highly don't recommend this place maybe perhaps they need to clean their kitchen better I don't know what it is but My son doesn't throw up. He does not have a weak stomach so for him to be throwing up praying or the porcelain gods is pretty serious and it was immediately after he ate the burrito from there it's the breakfast burrito. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were nice. My mom got a burger and it was really good, but then the club sandwich that I got was really bad. The cheese was very cheap and the ham was really cheap. It was just really disgusting. I've never seen a white turkey before and it messed my stomach up. read more

The burger was packed with flavor, and their in-house sauce was mighty delicious -- it complemented the patty perfectly. I decided to stop here on my way home to grab food for the family. I got the Chicken Avocado Combo and decided to splurge and substitute zucchini fries and I do not regret it. My husband got the Cali Burger Combo, delicious. My son went with the classic Chicken Tender Combo, they were a tad soggy from sweating in the box on the drive home but he still enjoyed them. The prices add up quick but the portions were worth it, the window service was friendly and they accept Apple Pay. 10/10 will come here again to try some other options. read more

Love Tom's Burgers Jr. the fried chicken is my favorite but they have some good deals on Wednesday for a 6pc and also the burgers and the steak sandwich and the pastrami sandwich are also pretty tasty the chicken burrito is good especially with the avocado salsa, thats bomb they have a $2.70 fried chicken sandwich... can't beat that and the taquito plate is also REALLY good it's pretty chill and it's clean and the decor is very Norco which is horsetown yeehaw nice the cooks are pretty on it read more

An old school hamburger joint with char boiled hamburgers. The ambience gives lots western paraphernalia. When first entering, you are greeted by friendly staff members. I ordered the special which was similar to a big Mac only 10 times better and I also got an order of curly fries. Everything was made to order super fresh. Super delicious. They do have specials Monday through Thursday for chicken burritos they may have other specials. I just don't remember what they are. This place does not serve Fresh Food! Came in at 10:45 am to order a Chicken Burrito and I clearly see one cook pull a paper wrapped burrito that was either made by mistake or a cancelled order. He unrolls the burrito and places it on the grill to heat up. I then see another cook add something (what appears to be maybe onions). One of the female Cashier made eye contact with me and notice I was paying attention and looked semi worried they were doing something wrong. I was the only customer in the lobby and at least 4 employees know what they are doing is unethical. As soon as they rolled it back up and wrapped it is when I asked for my money back. It's really sad that I did hear some words and "Chinese" from one of the 4/5 staff members. I honestly don't know what they said, but I clearly heard "Chinese" in reference to my Nationality. It's 2025 and clearly an unfortunate situation where they choose to serve old food to a customer in a visible OPEN KITCHEN. Furthermore, to use the description of someone's race as "Chinese" should have no factor or any place in the vocabulary for any type of restaurant. However, that was the only thing that was good about this place was the cleanliness The food was disgusting and when we tried t to order coffee, they said they were done for the day. Came here a couple of days ago. Saw the sign that said $5 chicken burrito supreme Monday-Thursday only. So I got 1 to share with my daughter... to find out how delicious it actually is and the price is a bonus. Came here today to buy 4 burritos for each of my family. The burrito is big but it won't be one that you want to share... get one for yourself don't share... bc it's sooo yummy. And cheap enough to buy more. I haven't gone inside to eat. I use the drive through. It does take a little longer but only bc they make it fresh. I have yet to try anything else but one day I will they have great customer service so far through the drive-through. And I've yet to know the ambience in the restaurant. Came home later in the evening after everyone has already eaten their burritos and it was a hit!! Everyone loved it. Might just become a weekly treat. $21 to feed the whole family! We've been wanting to try this place for a while but never had a chance until today. It's located in the plaza across from stater bros and dollar tree. Super easy to find. Parking is decent and there's a drive thru if you don't want to get out of your car. The restaurant is nice and clean. Definitely representing Norco with its decor & music taste (country of course!) We ordered the super burgers, medium chili cheese fries, curly fries & the 2 piece chicken strip combo with comes with a drink & fries. The workers were nice & brought our food to our table when it was ready. It was nice since we didn't expect that. We assumed they would call out our number or something so we can go grab it. Anyways...let's talk about the food. The burgers are a good size for $3.50+tax. It mimics a Big Mac but has a charred taste to it since burgers are grilled. It was a pretty decent burger. It was messy since the sauce dripped everywhere. We loved that it came with shredded lettuce and I personally love the amount of pickles inside too. Gives it a nice crunch! The chili cheese fries were good too. It was a lot for a medium and was topped with a lot of cheese so it was nice to have that cheese pull when it melted. The curly fries were ok. The 2 chicken strips were dried and my kids didn't enjoy it. For sure we'll be coming back. There's a lot on the menu including breakfast (which ends at 2pm daily from what we're told) but we look forward to trying other items. Definitely try it out. read more

Easily some of the best I've had--unos de los mejores chilaquiles y es neta! The country fried steak is fantastic, and the hash-browns are perfectly crispy and flavorful--definitely a must-have. Beyond the food, the service is great, and the restaurant is always clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Inside is pretty clean and spacious which I like. They have some pretty good food at a good prices compared to other fast food places and they also have good deals like 2 cheeseburgers for 5 bucks and after 3 pm you can get a hamburger for 1.75. The service is a tiny bit slow but not too bad. You can actually see them grilling up your patty in the back which is pretty cool. They charge extra if you use your debit or credit card. They don't tell you that but just a heads up if you want to use your card. I ordered their 2 cheeseburgers for 5 bucks and it comes with the usual condiments with their secret sauce. For the price I paid, the cheeseburger was pretty good and hits the spot. It's not like amazingly good but it isn't bad either. I feel you get more with this cheeseburger than you would at other places which just offer meat ketchup mustard and pickles. I can't wait to try other items on their menu. read more

Not going in on the price too much because everything is overly priced these days but, for the quality $30 is outrageous. The pastrami tasted sour and pickle or vinegar like, just flat out horrible. The steak was rubbery and tough with a bunch of fat on it. There French fries are some of the worse I've ever had. Tom's Jr has a pretty decent sized menu with a huge variety of things from breakfast food to burritos and burgers. Prices here are very reasonable which is partially what prompts me to come back; we all know fast food has become so expensive these days, it's hard to even get food for 2 people and stay under $20. Well, I mainly come to Tom's Jr for the Super Burger! For less than $4, you get pretty much an equivalent to a big mac but tastes better, IMHO! I really like the charbroiled taste of the meat. The onion rings come out fresh and hot - pretty tasty too. They have spicy ketchup and that seems to be a pretty popular condiment but I haven't gotten the chance to try yet because they always run out or the staff is way too busy for me to ask. The drive-thru moves pretty quick but can get busy during peak hours (lunch or dinner) so there may be a 10-15 min wait sometimes. Overall, not a bad spot! read more

We have been going to Tom's for quite a while and are always blown away by the unbelievable persona and just incredibly upbeat attitude of one employee in particular who is in a league of her own when it comes to positivity and taking are of the customer and pride in her job. We see her every time going above and beyond what we would expect to make the customer experience a great one. With her glowing personality and a pretty smile she really gives your establishment the icing on the cake it deserves. This amazing individual is Jolleen. My family loves French fries from here so I ordered some food and a couple extra French fries. I don't know who was working tonight but they were barely cooked (hard but not crispy) & literally had zero salt. They charge $3.99 for a small bag of fries and they taste worse than the store bought frozen bags.
