This has quickly become one of my favorite burger restaurants. I stopped in for lunch expecting a decent meal, but I ended up getting one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The meat was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the cheese melted beautifully, and every topping tasted incredibly fresh. Finding a place like NBB that delivers excellent food and service isn't always easy, but this restaurant absolutely does. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu because if the burger I had is any indication, everything else is probably just as good. read more

Amazing breakfast burritos! They are big and a really great tortilla. I have been going here for years and used to love when my parents would bring home breakfast burritos for a treat on the weekends. Now that I'm an adult, my opinion still hasn't changed. The one thing I don't love is the salsa. The reviews are correct that it is very ketchup-y so I like to take it home and eat it with my own. I have always loved this place but tonight they came through when no one did. We went out to grab dinner at 8:30. Everywhere from Rodrigo's, Hero's to Derby Room and everyone said their kitchen was closed at 8:45!!!! stupid!! But hey they all led us to Norco's Best and had the best meal!!! I was pretty disappointed with this breakfast burrito. I ordered it with bacon, but it was mostly one huge wad of hash browns. There was very little egg, bacon, or cheese, so all I could really taste were potatoes. For $10.65, I expected a much better balance of ingredients. The burrito was a good size, but it was basically filled with hash browns. If I go back, I'll definitely ask for light potatoes and extra egg and cheese. Stopped by Norco Burgers in the city of Norco, right off Highway 15. It was pretty busy when I got there, which is always a good sign. The customer service was amazing. You place your order at the counter, and they bring your food right to your table. I ordered the cheeseburger combo, and it had great flavor. Everything tasted fresh, and it definitely hit the spot. There's plenty of seating inside, making it a comfortable place to eat. From the outside, you wouldn't expect just how much this place has to offer. Besides burgers, they also have a large breakfast menu with lots of options. Overall, it's a really cool local spot with great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I was recommended to come to this place for the chilli cheese fries so I ordered with added pastrami. I drove home with the box closed hoping my cheese would be melted by the time I got home. I live 30 mins away from this particular location. When I got home there was no cheese on the meal very disappointed. I called in the explain that my order was wrong. They request that I send pictures because the cooked was sure that he piled cheese on top... I sent the pics no one called me to say they reviewed the picture. I call the next day and explain the same situation. The manager asked if the food was good although my order wasn't correct I explained I didn't eat the food because it wasn't what I ordered. He said that I could come in and get another order. I came in to get the free order of chili cheese fries and just as expected it was disappointing. All, I can say is everything was so delicious! Grilled cheese was buttery and cheesy (bread was perfect and not burned), and their crinkle cut fries were fresh, hot and crunchy. Now, let's talk about the massive bean and cheese burrito! WOW! I'm guessing this is at least 1.5 lbs and cheesy all the way through. I dislike burritos that only have cheese at the top or bottom of the burrito. I also asked for salsa and it had good flavor. It was not hot or spicy at all, but did have a strong tomato flavor. I am basing this enirely on the food I ordered in the drive through. The staff is good and friendly. Easy parking, not much traffic noticed. The double cheeseburger I had was cooked a bit too much (dry thin patties) and lacked any flavor. Mostly just tasted the condiments and vegetables. which I would rate as a 2.5. I love me some large onion rings and these were just plain bad. Not sure if it was due to the batter or the oil, but after eating these, they coated my tongue with a greasy like feel and also did not have a great taste. They were crunchy still when I ate at home, buit would rate these as a 2. For the price, I would rather go elsewhere. Sandwich was salty and overloaded that you can't even hold it. Bread was soggy to start with so useless to use the dip. Service was ok just like any fast food place. The ambience is nice and comfortable. I gotta say though, just before I threw this away, a manager saw it and did say if I was not happy to take it back. I will start by prefacing that I don't like to leave a bad review. When a merchant's product or service does not live up to my expectation, I tend to just quietly move on to another establishment. Having said that, I am sad to leave this review as I thought that I've finally found a good, local, reasonably-priced, down home burger joint. Since moving here, my family frequents Norco's Best at least a couple of times a month. The food is great & I've never had an issue...until now. Tonight, I placed a phone order for my kids to pick up. I was told that they must use drive-thru, which is fine eventhough it was only 9:03 pm & the restaurant doesn't close until 10:00 pm. What bothers me is that I believe my kids were overcharged for this order. Correct me if I'm wrong but does 1 regular hamburger combo (w/ soda substitution to a large vanilla shake), 2 Pastrami Sandwhiches on French roll & 2 Steak Sandwhich dinner plates now cost a total of $80.79? According to the current menu on Yelp, the Pastrami sandwich is $10.99, the Steak Sandwich Dinner Plate is $12.79, a regular burger is $4.89 & a large shake is $4.99. I don't know what the regular hamburger combo costs, but surely it can't be $33.23! The prices on their own website menu are even lower than what I've listed here. Even adding tax, the math isn't mathing. What's more suspicious is that the staff at the window ran my kids credit card & didn't give them a receipt or even anything to sign. The only thing my kids received was this attached order slip w/o any pricing I invite Norco's Best management to contact me to clarify. Until then, I will leave this review up. Thanks read more

Food came out fresh. The fried foods were perfectly crispy and stayed that way until I got home (after an hour). I appreciated that they were not salty (I usually order lightly salted but forgot to tell them.) Had I known they were that good, I would have ordered full sized instead of half an order which I thought wasn't enough. Next time I will! Went to the drive thru at around 9pm. Looked at the menu, and went for their pastrami and a side of 1/2 onion rings and drink. I also saw that they have spicy chicken sandwiches 2 for 7 dollars. Pretty much my bill was around 26 dollars. The place is like a normal fast food place. Order at the counter, pay and get your food. Pick your own table as well. Ambiance was fast and casual. I gotta give props to them. The quantity of the food is a lot for the price. I mean, usually for the stuff I order , it would have been a smaller serving size in other places... Service wise, it was pretty good. The guy at the drive thru was pretty much lively and nice. The food came out after a few minutes. So it wasn't that bad. Now, I guess I should have went earlier. Since I went an hour before they close, i felt as if, the food wasn't up to par based on the other reviews here. The pastrami serving size was pretty good, cut in half... the meat was overflowing.... The only thing though is that, it was too salty. It seemed that it was placed on the heat a little too long. The spicy chicken sandwich though, had pretty much sry and tough bread. The chicken came with lettuce , mayo, and tomato. It was pretty decent considering it was 2 for 7 dollars. The 1/2 order of onion rings were a plenty. It came with ranch too... unfortunately the coating / breading of the onions were a bit dry. Pretty good burger out of here. Definitely satisfies the burger cravings. I definitely like the crinkle cut fries. They have some other items here but I came in for the burger. Some of the other items seem hit or miss, but the burger is solid. It definitely has that burger shack taste that we all know and love but I feel like there's something holding it back though from the other burger shacks I've had. However, if I'm in this area again for the DMV or whatever else I definitely would pop in over stopping by a chain restaurant or something. Just under $12 for the cheeseburger combo too. I was craving a good charbroiled burger so my husband brought me here. It did NOT disappoint! My son took one bite out of his burger and his eyes opened wide and with mouth full of burger he said, "this is the best burger!". I tend to agree! I got the cheeseburger combo with fried zucchini and both the burger and zucchini were delicious zucchini was golden on the outside and not mushy inside, and in short thick strips, not quite zucchini fries but not the "FarmerBoy" type giant thick strips either. Don't get me wrong when I want a good fried zucchini, Farmer Boys is still my spot, but I really liked these. My son got a double cheeseburger (no lettuce tomato or onion because he's 11 lol!) and hubby got the double cheeseburger with seasoned fries and all was prepared the way they ordered it, no problems there. The cashier was friendly, fast and efficient and employees all looked clean and friendly. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the men's restrooms no joke, the men's looked like a crime scene (as told to me by husband and son), I did not visit the women's. I typically will not eat at a restaurant with bathrooms that bad but you can see the food being prepared and as I said employees all looked clean. In closing my only note to the manager would be to get the men's bathroom cleaned up, I deducted one star from my review because of the bathrooms. Other than that? Perfection! read more

Burger joints like this just don't really exist outside of Southern California, so when we come back we always have to satisfy our cravings. We're usually in the San Gabriel Valley area but our family moved to Ontario/Eastvale. I was looking for a good burger place nearby and none of them really seem to hit the mark... until I found Norco's Best. Sure it was a little bit further than the ones down the street, but I just knew this place was it. It's not fancy, but in my opinion, that's one of the main qualifiers for the best burger joints. You can tell it's been around a long time. It feels like home. It's incredible clean and well kept as well. Early morning mid week, and it was busy with locals enjoying breakfast. Everyone who worked there looked like they were family. There were young adults who had exceptional customer service, it very much felt like a family owned business that prides itself on exceptional experiences! One thing I noticed straight away is the reasonably priced menu, wow! You just don't see prices like those anymore... it was a breath of fresh air. When we actually received our food, it was EXCELLENT. The steak was great quality and cooked perfectly! Restaurants like this are a dying breed. And it was so affordable.
