I order a chicken scramble bowl and ask for extra cheese 4x and every time I receive it, there's not much cheese for what I'm asking and paying for. I've been there a few times which is enough for me to know that they serve bigger portions and they put a good amount of cheese and I only have to ask 2x of cheese and not 4. Apart from that, the employees are friendly and they provide quick service. There are times drive thru slows down but it's because it gets packed which is normal. This is the second time I've ordered just a simple ice cream cone at this location and had to wait over 15 minutes to receive it. Today, after waiting about 10 minutes, I asked about my order and then waited another 5 minutes. Usually I have pretty good experience here I always get carry out in the mornings , however today my boyfriend and me went through the drive-through he order a 30 count meal, with the drink and fries, we waited till we got home to eat when we are half way through the nuggets there is a long ass black hair. I'm a blonde. So I called the store to get a refund, that it wasn't that big of a deal said I would come at later because I live 20ish mins away. When Iget their they gave me an envelope with my boyfriends name gave me with $14. The meal was $22 and if I try to go on the app and order a 30 count it's $17.50 something. I try to give this Chick-fil-A ample amount of chances because the location is convenient but today was my last straw. Firstly, the line is obnoxiously long which is a known fact but when the employees are talking and not taking orders consistently like they should, that causes a even more delay. We place purser just to be told after sitting at the window for 10 mins they have no mac and there's a delay on grilled chicken. It's literally just 1230 and any fast fast food business should know this is lunch hour. If you're out of an item, be sure to relay that to the employees taking orders to avoid the delay in the customers food. I had a pleasant experience here. As usual for Chick-Fil-A, the food was good; the dining area was clean; the atmosphere was pleasant. They have flowers on every table, and even in the restroom (which was also clean). This Chick-Fil-A was recently remodeled, so it looks great. It was a play area and outdoor seating. The employees were fairly pleasant, though not as pleasant as some Chick-Fil-As. It was 7 in the morning; maybe they were still revving up. My only complaint (which is not a big one) is that the positioning of the doors means you have to walk through the drive-though line to enter the building. Not the end of the world, but a safety hazard I'd rather not go through with my kids, given that Chick-Fil-A drive-throughs are almost always wrapped around the building. I don't really have a good solution for this minor dilemma, though. There are two ordering stations for the drive-through. The landscaping and overall outdoor decor also look very nice. It's a good Chick-Fil-A and worth visiting. Oh, they also do a lot of fundraisers and such for the community, so kudos to them for their service. read more

Worst Chic-fil-A I have ever been to. The staff is not properly trained and the management lacks experience. After having an issue with the store and speaking to the store's and district management I can say that this Chick-fil-A is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I've been to many Chick-fil-A's and other fast-food restaurants, but my experience at this one in Dallas, GA. is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or retail business, and the message I got from this location's management is... "Go to Chick-fil-A Cares.com and file a complaint if you want to". I didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the store's manager regarding what had happened to me while in their restaurant. I would have given them no stars if I could. This is the first and by far worst experience I've had at Chic Fil A. I kept forgetting for write a review. Not only was the young lady who took my order absolutely out right rude (didn't even say my pleasure) after I told her to have a great day but, then lied about scanning my QR code. When I called customer service to tell them what happened in hopes I would be able to receive my points when I got home and checked my order they told me there was no way to verify my purchase because I paid using cash. Even though I read them the information from the sticker on the bag. To them later find out my order was wrong. They "made it right" by giving me a coupon for a free cookie or ice cream. I have never had an incident that was negative at this location that the staff and management weren't reasonable and willing to make positive. I LOVE CFA, love the food, love the service and for years have had consistent and wonderful experiences. I consider CFA to be the BEST fast food restaurant with the BEST service and I am proud to be a customer. Which is why it blows my mind that every single time I go through this drive thru they get my order wrong. I always order the sandwich with "no butter" & they always leave off the butter AND the pickle. The sticker on the sandwich wrapper is correctly marked "No Butter", the receipt is right but 100% of the time the sandwich is prepared wrong, with no butter and no pickle. I always have to pull into a spot and wait for a new sandwich. On my last visit it was prepared wrong, I pulled over and waited for a new sandwich and the second one they brought me was also wrong. I just don't understand it. So, I decided I just won't go to the Dallas, GA location anymore, even though it is closest to our house. Today my husband drove further away to the Villa Rica location to pick up our lunch and you guessed it...he came back home with my sandwich and it had no butter AND no pickle. I couldn't believe it! I feel like I'm on a hidden camera show only it's no longer funny. I understand a busy period or occasional mistake, but to get it wrong 100% of the time - what's going on? Giving this location 3 stars because of this...if they could get my sandwich right it would be a 5 star experience, without exception. UPDATE: Justin Day, owner/operator of the Villa Rica location contacted me and was very nice. While he assured me there was no conspiracy :-) he agreed that it is a concern that this has happened at multiple locations and apologized. He said this should not be happening and gave me a great tip for ordering in the future: he said when I place my order to also ask for a side of pickles...there is no charge for the side of pickles and while the sandwich should be made correctly, in the event it is not at least I do not have to pull over and wait. GREAT TIP & I will do this. I was surprised that it was the owner/operator of Villa Rica and not the Dallas location that called me but Justin was great and I was happy to have spoken with him. I will visit his location more in the future. They also sent me a CFA Cares card for a free CFA sandwich. I am kicking myself for A) stopping at this location which is closest to my house and B) for not checking my order.
