When I asked THE GENERAL MANAGER (who is running the register...the one who was in the bathroom) why I was charged, she told me they upcharge "walk-ins". WHAT?!!! I did not see any sign that says this is their practice and it just doesn't sound like something that should be happening. This practice is deceptive and as far as I'm concerned, it's THEFT. Just think how many people are being CHEATED and don't know...that is a lot of STOLEN money this location is receiving. I got a refund and I am reporting them.
