Food was mid, the whole point why I'm writing this review though is a public service announcement because the young lady at the drive through register took my credit card to purchase our food and also purchased a Lyft ride and to pay for her Boost Mobile phone bill. She committed credit card fraud and should be held accountable. I will no longer be eating there and advise everyone else not to as well. Manager literally told me that she is guilty of taking my information and the Lyft support emailed me saying that the young lady is the one who made the purchase. I think every KFC is different. Our favorite when we were out in California was the 5 piece tender combo. We ordered one out here at three different locations and basically the size of one tender is more like two very little nuggets but together. So for now we will wait to go back to California. One woman tried to go inside but the door was locked, the employee looked right at her walked the other direction and turned the inside lights off on her! Some was gettin they food before me even tho I was the first one there. Got people walking up to the window to finally get somebody attention about their order. He had a doordash order he stated was sitting there getting cold and advised me to go inside to get mine. I finally go in after waiting 30 minutes! My order was still not made! So I demanded a refund. They said "we can make it real quick right now" why couldn't you do that before I waited 30 minutes? Absolutely not, got my refund and left with nowhere but McDonald's and Taco Bell to choose from since I waited so long that all the actually decent food places were now closed. Never going back. I was picking up an order for delivery with Grubhub. None of the workers wear face masks and the female employees was picking up the chicken with her hands. She was wearing gloves but she was also touching everything else with those same gloves hands. She should have been using tongs. I had no idea that they pick up the chicken with their hands.
