I ordered a sandwich to go, but bigger orders placed after me were being called, as I was waiting near the cashier for good old 10-15 minutes. Finally, someone else asked me the name on the order and my order was found to be sitting on the counter for God knows how long. I visited on 10/13/2025 at 2:25 pm. This is the filthiest chick fil a I've ever been in. The front doors were COVERED in fingerprints. I walked inside & planned to use the restroom first before ordering. When I walked in, it felt like the AC wasn't working properly, the floor was dirty. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, trash inside the stalls overflowing with used pads & dirty diapers. I didn't even stay to eat, got right back in my car & headed to a different chick fil a up the road. SO NASTY! There is no way I'm eating in a place like this. If the parts we can see are this dirty, imagine how bad the kitchen is. Ugh. I'm really surprised, I've never seen any chick fil a this dirty before. They need to get it together. read more

BEWARE OF THE SALAD! Yesterday I purchased a Cobb salad and saw a bug just before my third bite. As I was looking at the bug closely it looked like a fly, but had coloring of a honey bee. The fly is not local so it could have been prepackaged before the store got them? I called the care center and they insured I would get a manager call back and refund by today. I was told to not throw the salad just incase they requested to see (but after this review it is going to the trash)! Chick-fil-A seems to hire kids who have no drive to do a good job; there have been a few occasions where our orders were wrong or missing items. We pay high prices only to be disappointed getting home and finding out that our order was NOT fulfilled properly. Hire RESPONSIBLE adults who can do a better job. read more

Convenient fast food spot in the neighborhood! I've been here a numerous of times now. I do wish the food was hotter and fresher. Often times the fries at this location taste terrible, the chicken is lukewarm and the drinks (i.e. frozen lemonades in particular) are never filled. This was the first time I tried a Chick-fil-A although I have been aware of the hype for many years. I must say, the mystique escapes me. My spicy chicken sammy was indeed spicy and I liked it. But to be honest, it was not heads and tails better than other fast food chicken sandwiches. I would order it again but I would not go out of my way to return to this Chick-fil-A or any other for that matter. It's pretty similar to other fast food places. The waffle fries were rather soggy and not crisp. I did not like them. The parking lot at this location is insane. The drive thru is packed and the lot is completely full so it is hard to get in or out. The whole experience was not for me. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but this is a bash at the catering drivers. It's been way too many times that I've been driving down garland road and the driver decides to swerve into my lane. No blinker no nothing and almost hits me. Driving home today at the light on garland and grand Ave. I was getting into the turn lane and the Chick-fil-A driver desides he wants to be in that lane and nearly side swiped my car getting over. So I honk and decís yk imma let it go so I go to get into the farther turn lane, but the driver again desides to go into that lane and nearly hit me again. Are you kidding me did nobody teach them how to drive. Especially a company vehicle. This is disgraceful. This is the car and it was around 2:30 on June 7th. Considering myself a regular, this location has come so far in the time it has been opened! The demand is high and at the beginning, it was definitely difficult to navigate through the parking lot especially during busy hours. They have been able to add an extra lane for the drive thru, expand the entrance/exit area for smooth(er) traffic flow outside and it's so nice to have a child's play area for children that is sound proof! All the staff here is so friendly and hospitable, willing to serve each customer. Their tagline of "my pleasure" is so seen and true! We are thankful for CFA! read more

Great new location. The neighborhood needed this addition. We popped in here after a gender reveal and had held off on eating too much earlier thus we were famished. I ordered my usual Deluxe and large lemonade. Although it was late, our order was ready almost before I finished my Yelp Check-in! All was fresh, hot and very tasty. Absolutely disgusting! I had ordered for me and my coworker and we found a dead fly in my fries, I threw up a little in my mouth. It's clear to us that this fly was in the same fry basket they use in the fryer. I put in a complaint and hopefully this issue gets resolved since I don't think anyone wants to find dead insects in their food! read more

Went to this Chick-fil-A today, and I looked down at my phone for one second because the line was not moving, and I look up to being a car distance away from the car in front of me (no cars were behind me) and one of the workers from the outside was pointing at my car and screaming at me from the outside. I motioned to her that I was so sorry, but she just kept yelling at me profusely and as I passed her, I watched her go to coworker and point my car and scream. This is my favorite chick-fil-a location. They usually have a shorter line at the drive through, and are faster when it comes to service. They have all of the standard menu offerings. I really appreciate their community commitment also. They went above and beyond for the LHJH football team in donating meals. We will continue supporting them as they support our schools. read more

I don't know why this location has a rating of 3.5 stars because this location is amazing. I am a regular customer, and when i say regular i mean almost every other day i go to this location to get food for me and my boyfriend. They do have long lines but their service is amazing. I don't think i have spend more than 10 minutes ordering and receiving my food. Which to me is amazing considering we have spent almost 30 minutes at the nearby jack in the box and McDonald's. We only live 5 minutes away and it is always our go to place when we want to have great food. Their customer service is on point, even though they are wearing masks we can see their smiles.
