Here for a good, quality burger. Drive thru was many cars long, so I parked and went inside to speed up getting my order to go. Order taker is quick and we are done in under 30 seconds.with the ordering process. While waiting, I watch the many employees cleaning, prepping, cooking, and frying. The restaurant is attractive, clean, and simple. Within 3 or 4 minutes, I have my order. Food tastes great! The well done fries have a clean crisp flavor. The burgers have great flavor between toasted buns, crispy iceberg lettuce, near perfect tomato slice, tasty cheese, and the precision grilled meat. Price is reasonable for consistently made food.

    3 by 3. Super tasty.

Great fast food burgers, served lots of different ways. The meat is super juicy and the cheese is very melty. That makes for a great burger combination. I like that they do protein style which is wrapped in lettuce. The lines are usually long, but they do their best to move people through quickly.

Classic. Delicious. Must try. Make sure to make your burger and fries animal style! Best enjoyed fresh.

Very very busy. Prices are still decently cheap and I enjoy the food. The burgers are good and the fries are not good. They have a lemonade also that is good. Haven't had the milk shake in a while but I believe it was also good. The atmosphere at this location is busy, but the staff is good. The staff was cleaning the tables fast and was able to get a clean table when I sat down. The place in general was very clean and friendly. Food - 3 stars (fries eh and the regular burgers greasy) Staff- 5 stars

I've been to this location a few times. It is always a mixed experience. The restaurant is invariably clean. The cashiers are friendly and seem to be happy to be working there. The burgers are at the good end of fast food burgers, as countless people have already described. 5 stars. But the fries are consistently at the lower end. In fact, IMO they are the worst fast food fries I have ever had. They are not crispy. They taste stale or maybe they are not cooked long enough or at a high enough temperature. They just are not pleasant to eat. 1 star. I am averaging the rating for the burger and fries to get 3 stars.

One of the better In-N-Out places here in DFW. The buns are crispy and the presentation is spot on. Service is standard, tables are clean, and it's always packed. I always come back to this location though because the food quality is always top tier.

Maybe it's the hype, but I really enjoyed In-N-Out! It was my first time having it and even though I was not at a California location, I felt it met the hype even still. The workers at this location were friendly and quick. I noticed many of the cooks in the back cutting french fries from potatoes at that particular time so I at least know they were pretty fresh and the taste matched! Animal style is obviously the way to go! Something about the sauce and the onions together really make the burger and fries and push it over the top. To me, it's comparable to what I like about Five Guys but I think I might've liked this more.

My actual first dining in at In-N-Out. The first time I order the basic, but this time I got the animal style. The original doesn't have that zow factor. At least the animal version has a bit more flavor. They were pretty busy, but we got our food pretty quick. But if I had to choose I would lean more towards Whataburger. It's just a matter of opinion, but Whataburger has more flavor with different options. At the end of the day this is your typical burger and not worth the hype. Would I go back, sure if it's convenient and I get out voted by my daughters.

I was too lazy to drive around to look for dinner so settled here for a quick pick up. However, they were busy & I had to wait for a while for my food. However, when I was called to get my food, they didn't put it in a bag even tho I told them it was a to go order. Took the staff a little more while to find a paper bag to put my food in. I guess the food has been sitting out there for a while too as the fries were not hot & not crispy.

The most bland stale fries you'll ever taste in your life. They tasted like they microwaved them before they put them in the bag.

I ordered a cheeseburger and was surprised that there was more lettuce than meat on the burger. I will never return.

This unassuming restaurant tucked in a corner of nondescript row of stores has stood the test of time. My first review of the place was in 2013. Here it is 13 years later then it is still going strong. I went for lunch with the family on a snow day. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No numbers, they just remember who you are. I always get combo number 1 and add sweet potato fries. The prices are great and not much more than McDonalds but the difference in value is significant. The burgers are not thick but this time I noticed the double burger (#2) is just a couple of bucks more than the the single patty in #1. Note to self for next time. Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

The neighborhood may continue to change around it, but Chip's remains the same. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Chip's has an old school, nostalgic feel. The restaurant has an iconic sloping roof with a yellow outdoor exterior and a big green sign with its logo. Inside, there are plenty of booths, a bar, and even outdoor seating. Chip's has grown and expanded over the years but to me that adds to the nostalgic charm. 1 Star. Service - Chip's may have invented counter service. Upon entering, you look at the menu posted on the wall and place your order. You'll get a number (or they'll ask for your name), and you grab a table, and when your food is ready it comes out. Fast, efficient, and the staff was super friendly. 1 Star. Food - Chip's is known for its poppy seed hamburger buns. While it's pretty and tasty, the most important part, the patty, is pretty average. Honestly, there are many other great burger joints in Dallas. On the other hand, the fried onion strings are a must order for your side. While I wasn't a fan of the burger, the fried onion strings saved my meal. The Oreo and Fresh Banana shakes were also a nice cold, creamy, sweet ending to my meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. I hope Chip's never changes. The restaurant has an iconic look, it's part of Dallas history, and the staff is great. 1 Star.

We ordered the fried mushrooms to start, and they were so hot that one of us severely burned her lower gums on them. Seriously! A prescription from the dentist was sought; mea culpa but damn. Once they were less volcanic, they were good. We split a burger with fried onions, and it was dry. The meat was overbooked, the bun was over toasted, and the whole thing needed plenty of beer to go down smoothly. The fries are fine, and we did appreciate that they had some steamed broccoli on the menu. Our daughter was happy with her kids cheeseburger meal, and she did like the chocolate-caramel malt shake she scored at the end. A main reason that we're landing on three stars is the ice cream situation. One of us ordered a soft serve vanilla, and nobody told her that the machine was down, so what she got instead was a cup of half melted Blue Bell soup...are you kidding! Thanks for the prompt refund, but letting your customer know what the situation is in advance goes a long way. So, we tried it. Add a notch to the Dallas belt. We wish them well, but we won't be returning. There are better burgers in DFW.
