Thought I try this place and I have to say my experience here was excellent and I would highly recommend. The place was extremely clean and the staff were not only extremely efficient but were very polite and helpful. The food was extremely good and well with the cost. I purchased a French Dip without cheese and I have to say I definitely got my monies worth! They put a lot of roast beef and it was delicious so was the dip. I love your French Dip, but it seems that every time I order it for delivery, you forget to send the aus jus sauce which is supposed to be included. It's not really a French Dip without the dipping sauce, right? If this happened only once, I'd understand, but it seems like you just don't include it with to go orders. read more

McAlister's didn't disappoint! I always try to stop here when in town. I called my order in ahead and Chris served me when I got to the restaurant. He oozed positivity and happiness and you could tell her really enjoyed working there! He was very pleasant to interact with! I got the Italian sandwich with potato salad, my go-to and it still tastes like I remember as a kid. If it's not broke, don't fix it! I also go a black cherry sweet tea and that was enough to keep me up all night (I'm sensitive to any caffeine though!) One would think management would pay attention to the trash outside the entry door. Also address the employee standing at the front counter playing on their cell phone having no clue a customer is standing at the front counter. Also after my wife said the place has a foul smell and was not sure she could eat inside we turned around and left. A quick phone in and grab it order. I was craving a French Dip and salad. The quality is almost always good at this location as it was this trip. The service can be good and terrible here, but this trip, it was decent. When calling it in, they repeated my order but probably could have upsold me on anything as I was starved! It was ready when I arrived. There was enough au jus this time (sometimes, it is significantly not enough). The taste was nice and salty with a taste bud pleasing beef flavor. The salad was good with decent quality lettuce. It was all well packaged and temperature was perfect after the 10 min drive home. read more

Running late for work and I should have went with my 1st mind and went to Chick Fil A. The first encounter felt a little rude and rushed but I overlooked it. So when I got outside to my car and seen how thick the dressing was I went back in to get more or another kind. The same cashier (Jay) looked over to the lady behind the counter with him and whispered "what she want" as I was walking up. When I told him I read his lips he acted surprised and tried to clean it up "naw I was just saying like I wonder wat she wants". That's the most unprofessional and rudest demeanor to give off especially when u get CAUGHT doing it! Like seriously do better and my salad was full of the hard middle pieces , not leafy at all! read more

Used to be my favorite lunch spot- sad to say that's no longer true. Over the past year the service has been pretty awful unless dining in and you get lucky on staff. Main disappoint is that the last 3 times I have tried to order over the phone, I end up just going to the restaurant where I see they leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to 'deal with calls'. When I ask, the employees usually say something like, 'how funny'. Additionally, I have had a number of issues with orders- today they got all right but the wrong sides- has happened a lot. If you want a healthy meal here, make sure you go to dine in so that they can correct their mistakes and not leave you on the phone for 20 min thinking they will pick up - they will prob not. read more

I ordered curbside pickup and it was not brought out to me. A little after 10 minutes past my scheduled time, I went inside just thinking they were pretty busy or it was just an oversight. I was met with a slightly dismissive attitude from the young lady at the register. She had my food sitting right in front of her. There were no people in line or waiting and barely anyone in the restaurant period. She just looked at me and slid my order over to me without saying a word. McAlister's is a combination of Panera Bread, Jason's Deli, with a pinch of Potbelly. The place was clean (including the bathrooms) and the staff was very nice and helpful when it came to making a selection on the menu. I took advantage of their choose two option and got half a smokey bacon turkey sandwich with the black angus spud while my wife had the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and a side of mac n' cheese. Both sandwiches were good but my wife enjoyed my smokey bacon turkey sandwich a lot more, especially when dipped in ranch. The mac n' cheese wasn't anything special and a bit bland. I wish there was an ingredient like bacon to take it up a notch. We also had the half and half lemonade that comes with free refills and what was more awesome than that was that you can change out the flavors for free (other lemonade flavors include strawberry and regular lemonade). Overall, my experience was pleasant and we will definitely be returning back. I will add that this is a new establishment but we hope that the cleanliness and the service remains the same in months to come. read more

I've never been to a McAlister's before, and it was a positive first experience. The store was clean and upkept. I decided to order the Turkey Cobb with Colby jack cheese instead of the Gorgonzola. I just wasn't sure how it would taste and couldn't remember if I liked that kind of cheese or not. You get to pick from a variety of sides, which I wasn't aware of until ordering and I was pleased to find that fresh fruit was an option. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. Huge fan of their grain bread. They aren't stingy on portions either! Which is a big deal, especially for Anthony containing avocado in it. While checking out, they have giant cookies displayed, of which I saw chocolate chip, peanut butter, and macadamia nut. I think there was another but I forget the name. Only observation was that the menu style was a little confusing at first, mainly because of so many options available. Service was good.
