Pros: Best tasting chik fil a sandwich I've had in a while, it was seasoned very well which was a pleasant surprise. If you are just eating here, great chik fil a location! Cons: My problem is with how they run this location. I went through the drive through and ate in my car. After eating, I had to use the bathroom. So I walked to the bathroom which just happened to be the area where the employees take breaks. One of the supervisors was back there and I overheard them saying to another employee "You just let that lady in the bathroom without making sure she bought something?" Apparently you have to buy something to go to the bathroom because there is a code lock on the bathroom door. I left my receipt in the car. So I went to grab it and asked to be let into the bathroom. They told me the bathroom code is on the bottom of the receipt. So I punch in the code and the two stalls were taken by employees changing for their shift. Okay, nothing wrong with that, but they were in there for a while. I waited quite a bit and no one came out the stalls. This chik fil a needs locker rooms for their employees so the bathrooms will stay clear for customers. Two stalls isn't enough for employee and customer needs. I never got to use the bathroom since the people changing did not come out. Anyways, food wise, great location to stop at. The way it's run was a bit of a headache. read more

I got a to-go order of 2 chicken wraps. I get home and knew something was different about my wrap. It was soggy. I peeked inside and realized it had tomatoes. Not typical so I looked further. It was a veggie wrap instead of a chicken wrap. So I went to make the second unnecessary drive to chic fil a to exchange the two wraps for a regular sandwich meal. But bc my order was less than what we paid. I wasn't offered my additional money back. I had to ask about it... from the FOH MANAGER. (Susan) in which she said. Would you like to order something else. No, i want either the additional money back. Or placed on a gift card. She said they couldn't do that bc she needed cash for the gift card (I payed using visa). But putting the remainder on my card wasn't an option nor was giving me cash or a gift card. So she said. What would you like.... ? I told you what I wanted. Nope. I had to have additional items that I didn't want to begin with. No apology was offered and I'm tired of this location always being a headache. I will not return and I will never be a happy customer of chicfila ever again! I caved when the kids wanted Chick-fil-A today during the lunch rush hour. The two lines were backed all the way to the street. Surprisingly the line went super fast. They had ladies walking between the cars taking orders and payments as well as the drive thru order speakers. Then another guy with receipts further up and one lady standing outside handing food to cars and another inside the window. Everyone was super sweet and friendly and worked well together. Props to the manager and employees. I have never had a great experience with service like this at a fast food place before. Yay! read more

Came here twice in the last two days. I've always loved the service at this restaurant in San Diego, but this location took it to the next level. Mouthwash in the bathroom, table side technology to call workers, but what impressed me the most was the individuals at the register. I unfortunately didn't get the cashiers name, but the taller, slender African American at the register was amazing! He was pleasant, kind, but what impressed me the most was that I witnessed him speaking sign language to a customer. I leave Chick-Fil-A more satisfied than when I eat out at fine dining restaurants. If this location had unhappy employees, you wouldn't know it. Employees all seem to have a smile on to the point where it's contagious. read more

The drive thru at this location is slow. Lunch rush happens everyday why is it 15 cars deep at 230pm? Why would I do a mobile order at this location? I still have to wait in line for people to order. This operator doesn't understand how to use mobile. read more

The restaurant is clean and the people are very friendly. The food is good but the sauces are what makes the meal complete. While we were watching our children play a child went to go buy an ice cream cone and the manager asked her if she wanted to come into the back and make it. I have been to the one on Northglenn and Hampden Ave and this location is far superior. Angel is amazing along with Belle, George, Susan, Carmen, Stacia Jazzmine, Jeffrey, Leah and Patrick. I am sure I am missing a few names. They are all exceptional people. They welcome me every single morning. Every time I go there I have been given excellent customer service. everything is right on point from thank you and my pleasures and if they make a mistake they fix it fast and extremely friendly. Not at this location almost every time I go here they are rude. Other locations put your cream in your coffee when going through the drive through, here they fill your cup to full so you burn yourself taking off the led driving. Then give you attitude when you ask for creamer that they didn't put in your cup or in the bag. Here they seem to always be making mistakes on your order and forgetting parts of your meal. At the Chick-fil-a on Quebec and 36th I did not see the sign and accidentally pulled into the mobile order lane which by the way is new and I have never experienced before. There were 4 employees standing outside and no other cars in either lane. We got the attention of one of the employees and let them know we were in the wrong lane and needed to place an order. We asked if it was best to back up and they said no that was not allowed. We asked okay can you please take our order. The gentleman said no but proceeded to direct us to the kiosk where he said our order could be taken. We pull to the kiosk and the employee says he can not take our order and we would have to wait in line and drive around back to the beginning of the drive-thru for our order to be taken and refused to take our order even though he already agreed he could have. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am a value points holder and have been for 3 years. 5 people standing around servicing no others and refused to help or take our order. Never in all my years of being a customer at chick-fil-a have I experienced this kind of rude survive and lack of accommodation when I know that is what you pride yourselves on. When rolling out a new policy, especially one that involves reducing access to a whole lane it would be nice if there was grace given ESPECIALLY ON 4th of July to valued customers. That is the closest chick-fil-a to where I live and now can no longer go there. I am very disappointed. read more

Of course you can typically expect 5 star customer service at most chik fil a's...but this one is newer and so far has been great. I tried the curbside service through the One app for the first time today and it was awesome! They brought my order straight to my car about one to two minutes after I placed the order. I even forgot to request honey mustard and the girl that brought my order out was happy to go back and get me some. I mean they actually make you want to tip them the service is so great and the food, fresh. Nothing like your normal fast food experience. Thank me later! read more
