I have to admit I'm a sucker for Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Recently I've tried two of the barbecue smokehouse specials which were very good, I only have the spicy one left to try! The food in this location is as good as any other location. The service in this location is also top-notch, they even had a staff member coming around clearing tables and offering to refill our sodas, which was great and something I've never had happen at a fast food place before. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. This location is however incredibly popular and the drive-through line sometimes wraps around the whole restaurant making parking actually quite difficult and getting back out again a little difficult, so maybe avoid peak lunch or dinner time. read more

Strike 1..2...3, you're OUT chick-fil-A! This is the 3rd and last attempt. I downloaded the app thinking since the order was already placed, it would make it a more simplistic pick up, but that could be my error, I didn't realize you still had to wait in line for over 20 minutes, just to let them know that you had a mobile order at the speaker. I thought I recalled at one point seeing a separate line for mobile orders , but again, that could be my error. So after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I picked up my order and I pulled over to eat it since I was trying to have something quick on the run, but the order was completely incorrect, even though it showed on my mobile order and on the receipt correctly. I parked and went inside? and they said they will correct it and remake it. At that point I chose to just quickly eat it there since it was just a sandwich and nothing else. Well, they made it incorrectly Again! I clearly stated no jalapeños. This was the pimento cheese chicken sandwich with grilled chicken; I added lettuce and tomato; and requested no jalapeños. I have to tell you, it was completely tasteless, messy/soggy, and not worth it. The other times I have had Chick-fil-A, I had similar feelings that it wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be with all the hype of this place. The large fruit salad is mostly apples with very few pieces (3) of strawberry, canned mandarin oranges, and mushy grapes. I got a grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce. The chicken had a good flavor, but the tomato was sliced so thin it was gray looking. I thought it would be wrapped in a lettuce leaf large enough to make a pocket but it was just put in between multiple small pieces of lettuce and was very messy. Welp, on this day I got a little customer service and 100% terrible food. Hubby and I pulled up on shopping center's property and the line was the longest ever. At least a 20 minute wait. As soon a I went to grab the door handle I was met by Megan who stated customers couldn't enter. I mentioned the huge banner hanging opposite establishment advertising "take out" and it wasn't addressed. Megan's eagerness to continue to provide customer service lingered. She asked someone to assist me and allowed me to place my order. I ordered a 4ct kids meal. 15 minutes later... no food. I then requested a refund from Megan stating it had been 15 minutes. She replied "oh I don't think so, I think your order is coming out next". I was unclear on the "oh I don't think so" part but let it slide and didn't question. She proceeded to say I have to wait until all of the cars in drive thru were taken of before I get my order (4 nuggets, kid sized fries & beverage). I explained for the second time that I had no interest waiting another second while surrounded by countless food options. Let me start by saying we are huge Chik-Fil-A fans - just not of our visit to the Easton, PA location. We ate in, clean facility, and nice people taking your order. Challenge is one of our orders for the chicken sandwich we asked for no pickles and it was identified on our receipt. After my husband had eaten about a third of his sandwich he realized there was pickles on his sandwich. We called over one of the staff who was bringing orders to the table and let them know of the error. The staff member instead if apologizing and saying let me get you another sandwich- said to us - we should have checked the sandwich for pickles prior to eating half of it. We said our receipt shows no pickles why should we have to check, she then brought him another sandwich with the worse piece of chicken I've ever seen at a Chik-Fil-A. Customer service not good. I came in to order Chicken Biscuit combo meal(dine-in). The order taking not the problem but what I received. Not one second went by and person behind the counter hands a bag. Found this strange my order was for dine-in. Look inside there was chicken sandwich, 2 waffle fries, and a box of chicken nuggets. I handed the bag back and told person this was not my order. They apologized and handed me another bag. In the second bag, a box of Chicken nuggets and waffle fries. The only reason for my 3 stars is because this chic fil a is very inconsistent and their parking lot sucks. Some days the food will be great! It will be hot and fresh and the workers are on point. Upon entering there was a long line (of course), but there were 2 employees outside taking orders + the drive-thru. I'm not very familiar with the menu so I asked to see it, the employee taking orders outside handed me a paper menu, and he was very fast and helpful. All right from my car. I got some sandwiches and Mac & cheese, to take on my way, and this time I ordered their seasonal Autumn Spice milkshake. The best milkshake ever. Ordered catered food for a 5:00 pm event and was told pick up would be 4:30. When wife arrived at 4:30 they said the order was "accidently" canceled. They had to make the order and we had to wait 35 minutes for it to get done making the event the food was for to start late. Employees didn't seem to care. The customer service here has changed dramatically from when I used to come. Employees all used to be so friendly and accommodating. Now, the last 3 times I went, the people at the drive thru taking my order have an attitude, and rush me expecting me to have my entire order ready the second I pull up. They don't offer me a menu or anything, and when I ask to see one, they stare at me like they are in a rush, and asking me what I want the drink to be before I even finish telling them the order. I understand it is a drive thru and things need to move fairly quick, but I would take less time looking at the menu and deciding if I didn't feel uncomfortable/rushed. I had been going to this Chick-fil-A for years and one horrible experience and I will absolutely never go back. I was there a few weeks ago, the lady that took my order was rushing and got the order wrong, also never asked if we wanted an sauces. When we go to the window we did tell them they got the order wrong. The cashier proceeded to ignore us and only talked to her manager right in front of us. Never once apologizes for the mistake regardless of it not being directly her fault. Then proceeds to ignores us and made us pay for the 4 remaining chicken nuggets. Never one asked us or I wouldn't have paid for the extra nuggets and gone out marry way... Every employee we encountered treated us horribly including that manager. 3/2/24/22 yesterday I ordered through the app 2 Cobb salads and one strawberry milkshake. I waited curbside for approximately 10 minutes when a young man came out the backdoor juggling multiple drinks and bags. When he handed me the shake it felt warm and was melted on top. Like most Chick-fil-A locations, this one is great, but I'd even say this is better than others I've been to. We had just driven about 300 miles from Western PA and stopped here for some food. This location is insanely crowded both inside and out. It is right off one of the major roads in the area. The drive thru line wrapped around the building and the inside was equally packed. They had 2 employees taking orders outside for the drive thru to speed things along, then someone else outside taking payments. It was very efficient and they were moving through cars very quickly. Grayson took our order and I'm always impressed with how nice and well mannered these kids are. He couldn't have been over 16 years old and was very pleasant. Chick-fil-A is known for this so I don't know why I'm surprised but I am surprised every time I go to one. Went with the standard Chicken sandwich meal which never disappoints. Beware of the Saturday lunch rush and traffic getting out, it seriously took 5 mins to exit the shopping center but well worth it! read more

Great Chick Fil A location. Staff is as attentive and friendly as every other location and food was great. My favorite is always the grilled nuggets in their fresh salads. The fat free honey mustard is wonderful - although has a high sugar content if that is a concern for you. My husband loves the original and spicy chicken sandwiches. They also have egg white, grilled chicken sandwich on English muffin for breakfast which I know not all locations have. They didn't have egg whites the morning we went and I would've preferred the English muffin tasted longer but the grilled chicken was good. They don't have spicy biscuits in the morning at this location. This month's calendar free item was Greek Yogurt Parfait and Large Soda. The parfait was alright, it was a little overpriced if you paid for it - its a minimally sweetened vanilla greek yogurt and a couple blueberries and strawberries with 2 small packets of granola with golden and regular raisins.
