As I wrote before this is my favorite McDonald's. The service is always fast and respectful, whether at the drive-thru or inside. It's always clean and quiet. Their coffee is really good. and Brendan, the manager, always brews it fresh for me! I've had their sundae many times, and they always load it up with hot fudge. And for another week, they have the fried apple pies! I'm on my third one! Yummy! They were hot and fresh. Great service! read more

Workers are extremely kind and helpful! Unfortunately some Big Fat Oompa Loompa Gargantuan Whales stole my food, but after explaining to the workers, they thankfully were able to remake my order! Inside was also spacious and clean! read more

not crazy about the updated decor, but the kids play place is still nice. Wish the prices were lower like they were about 10 years ago.

We ordered on there kiosk, two 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries and a drink. We waited 18 minutes for our food, (reason for losing a star) they weren't busy inside and we decided to eat inside. The inside was very clean, and they had a worker cleaning tables right when someone would leave also sweeping the floors. Just waiting that long for our food was out of the norm, they seemed to be busy at the drive through, I think they forgot about us. read more

The food is good and the staff is helpful but it is not very clean. I usually get the double cheeseburger and fries or the McDouble and fries. I LOVE their Sprite!! For Breakfast I usually get a Bacon Egg Cheese McMuffin W/ a hash brown. I will come back! read more

Stopped for a quick large fry and drink and at 930 on a weeknight sat in line for, I'm not kidding, 20 minutes. Questioning my sanity the whole time I waited and vowing to never return. This was a busy place but they handled the crowd well. When I got there the drive-through line was fairly short but when I left it was twice the length. I placed a mobile order which was verified and quickly received. I asked about a coupon I was using that didn't show up on the screen and the employee assured me it would be discounted before receiving my food. He was correct. I ordered two drinks, a chicken sandwich and a cinnamon roll. There was extra pickles on the chicken just as I had requested and everything else was made perfectly. I had a disgusting experience today at the 3rd street McDonald's in Easton PA. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel without the breakfast sauce. That is my usual order. I opened to check and make sure it did not have the sauce since they have put it on in the past. To my surprise there was a hair on the steak part about 1 1/2 inches long. I got up immediately and took it to the counter. First: the register person was not there. No one was there except the repair guy. He told me he would get me help. He called around until the drive thru window worker came over. At this point they asked me what was wrong and I explained that I asked for no sauce but did not ask for this and opened the sandwich for them to see. They both said I can't see anything and the cook came around and looked and said he didn't see anything then I pointed to the spot and the repair guy said OOOHHHH. Then they all saw it. It was a brunette (like deep brown) hair. There were two young men working the food section and both had long hair. One had a beard that was covered but the other guy had neck long straight hair looking unbrushed. I know it had to be from one of them. The register lady showed up and by that time they had trashed the sandwich and began making the new one. Someone needs to tell Mckintre (not sure how to spell it) the owner, that they need to have better sanitary precautions adhered to if they exist at all. This is not acceptable. We went here in the morning after losing an hour of sleep for a swim meet that was moved an hour earlier because of the snow storm. The lady who took our order was super friendly and made me smile! Then the man who gave us the food was sure to make sure we knew which drink was which. The food order was accurate and has extra napkins too! read more

Dining Date: March 16, 2014 for lunch. My daughter loves the play place, but I was very disappointed in how dirty the McDonald's is. The floor had food and paper everywhere and it appeared as though nobody ever wipes of the tables. read more

I had ordered a ten piece nugget meal and they gave me six instead and when I went back and told them they were supposed to give me ten the person gonna day "so you want a four piece" I don't understand how you hear a 10 piece meal and bring up 6 never coming back again read more

Staff is kind. However, I can tell the supervisor makes the working atmosphere unpleasant for the employees. Communication isn't good between employees (somebody forgot to make my frappe) and I could hear the supervisor disciplining staff for minuscule things right in front of everyone...very unprofessional, in my opinion. The play area is absolutely filthy. I went up with my son and saw it for myself. Years of dust, hair, and god knows what just piled in corners and the filth makes it hard to move down the slides. This place desperately needs a thorough clean out. Shame because this McDonald's has one of the coolest play areas around but it's just so filthy. read more

Dirty, disgusting food that is served well past what it should be, and the people are unbelievably rude. That Playland is gross and caked in dirt. I watched a kid fall, cut himself open on he edge of the slide thing, and the people working there cleaned up the blood with paper towels. That's it. Unsanitary is an understatement. read more

Aw, Mcdonalds. There are so many things to say about this titan of industry. I will start of with the food. From the first time you bite into one of the juicy and succulent nuggets, your hooked. The juicy burger are to die for. The staff is friendlier than my own family. If you haven't been here yet, I would most certainly recommend for you to go here. If you haven't been laughing through this entire "review" then you have no soul. If you actually go onto yelp and write a review on Yelp then you have some problems. Go and eat at somewhere other than Mcdonalds. Eat at an actual restaurant my God. Great atmosphere. Nuggets tasted great. Employees were friendly and very accommodating to our needs.

Me and my friends walked in at 10 PM and there were no other customers. We ordered two milkshakes. The one came out in a reasonable time while the other one wasn't even made. We waited 20 minutes before any employee acknowledged us still waiting. All in all it was horrible service and I will never visit this location again. read more
