I really hate the operation management team for this specific location. Their GM employes young teens 14+ with no proper customer service training. Several times I have tried to redeem rewards and yet still have to pay FULL price (with different employees)? I just don't understand how complicated it could be to scan a QR code on an app. I've worked in fast food so I try to be patient with these young women, each time i never receive an apology and they act like it's my fault for correcting them. This Chickfila is ran like a McDonald's but at least their employees are nicer! This has happened FOUR times now with the different young women, which makes me think employee turnover rate must be horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here, food isn't too great as well. This Franchise owner should sell and consider purchasing some McDonald's real estate, I've filled out multiple surveys reporting these incidents and never hear back from him. I'm not sure how it's even possible at this point. Like you would have to try to be this bad at fast food... My son only likes Avocado Lime Ranch dressing to dip his nuggets in. He's autistic. We literally eat Chic Fil A 4-5 times a week due to him being so food selective. They didn't care. Completely unprofessional. Never again will I patronize this location. Ordered a salad and it had actual bristles from a cleaning utensil inside my salad! Still, I chose to return. Management couldn't assist with an offer I was emailed and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The manager on duty (Janay) actually walked away from my car (I was in the drive through and she had asked me to pull over so she could help me )and back into the restaurant! When I walked back into the restaurant to speak with another manager, the woman who walked away was laughing with colleagues in front of me about the situation. I told the other manager on duty what had happened, and she was disinterested and unhelpful. Even the store manager is not well-versed in customer service. This location is a sad example of a Chick-Fil-A store. I ordered 4 items they repeated everything back to me incorrectly and the complete opposite of what I asked for. I took my order to two items to help lessen the confusion. For a company that really tries to show how kind and great their service is, unfortunately, a lot of the young women in the drive thru line or working the window have been considerably rude or have had an attitude over the past 24 months I have been coming here. It's eye rolls, non-answers when asking pleasantries, and blatant unkindness given to me as a someone driving thru by myself, or myself in the passenger seat still seeing this to the driver. I understand that this may be a fast-paced job, and also understand that they are 16-17 year olds, but when I get mocked to my face about a speech issue I was having, I cannot stay quiet. Visited on 8/8/2022 to grab a meal for myself and the little 4 year old human I was watching. She loves Chick-Fil-A however, had some sassy employees. Ordered quite a bit of food and 2/5 of the order was correct. Mainly, I ordered a CRISPY chicken wrap (with sauces) and fruit cup instead of fries. The original Latino employee was taking down all the notes saying "of course, yes. Got it" and the proceeded to repeat it back to me. Awesome! When I drove through... I was given the regular grilled wrap, no fruit, and no sauce. I pulled back around to the drive through. Asked for a correction on my order. The employee told me that wasn't on the menu or an option... well my Significant Other works at Chick-fil-A but just a different location and it is absolutely something they could have made/altered. If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Justin was very unhelpful when I asked for no apples in my fruit cup as my child can't eat apples. I even offered to pay extra for the change. He outright refused and I've never had this issue with any other Chick-fil-A a store as they are typically very accommodating. They don't even offer a healthy alternative other than applesauce! Doesn't work when my child can't eat apples, so now the apples just get thrown in the trash - what a waste and makes me not want to visit this store again. I feel like Chick-fil-A stores are usually pretty consistent across the board. Yes, they're a fast food restaurant, but the quality and customer service is one step above the rest. This particular Chick-fil-A? Eh. Chick-fil-A stores recently, as a whole, terminated spicy chicken as a breakfast option (because they apparently wanted to destroy my soul). They replaced the spicy chicken on a biscuit with a grilled chicken egg white on an English muffin. So now I like to order a completely customized breakfast: the chicken bagel breakfast sandwich with a grilled patty and pepper jack cheese. Other stores haven't blinked an eye when I order this amazingly delicious concoction. The first time I tried to order it here, I got a "We can only do grilled chicken on the English muffin sandwich." I, of course, asked for confirmation since other locations had been able to do this. After the person on the other end of the speaker box asked the kitchen, he let me do it. My sandwich had grilled chicken, but American cheese, not pepper jack. Since that first time, I've received the actual English muffin sandwich, but with pepper jack cheese and I've gotten the bagel sandwich with grilled chicken, but with egg white. Not once have I received my correct order. Maybe it's because I grew up in a Starbucks world, where customizing every aspect of what you want to digest is completely acceptable, but this Chick-fil-A location clearly can't handle that. This store is 2 blocks from where I live so I will end up there sometimes. However, there are stores closer to where I work which I definitely prefer going to. read more
