Here's the deal. You order at the drive-thru, they read it back perfectly, you pick it up under your name, and go home. Only then do you find out they messed up your order and didn't pack several of the items you ordered and paid for. I went ALL the way back, thinking they would simply replace the missing items, but NO, the "manager" Justin refused to refund or replace the items THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE, because I had the credit card but not the receipt. Oh gosh, I'm nervous to give such a high rating now that I see the other low ratings... I've come in three times. Twice to eat and work (when there are a lot of tables available), since it has a really nice cafe atmosphere. There is service here (wahhh?!), a lady usually comes by during lunch time and asks if you need anything and sometimes hands out napkins. Super impressed with that, and the nice employees in general. Also I typically get the sandwiches and they have always been hot, fresh, delicious. I'm a frequent chick fil a customer and have visited multiple locations. This is the first location that I've been to where the employees aren't very welcoming. They aren't rude but not the chick fil a standard whatsoever. I understand we all have bad days so I gave them the benefit of doubt but I've been 3 times now and each time every employee I interact with gives McDonalds level customer service. I am a truck driver, we typically do not have very many options for food. I was delivering a load nearby and walked to the Chick-Fil-A Sloan's Lake. I walked in to make an order, 30 min before they closed, they told me to download the app and order online. As a truck driver, I dont have too much time to dilly dally to get my food (not everyone is savvy with the smartphones). I told them I am a truck driver and would just like to take an order since I already walked there, they told me no, must be done via the app. Then I tried to order in the drive up, but they wouldnt let me order as I didnt have a car. Love this location. They are always super nice and accommodating, even when I come in and have to order 10 breakfast sandwiches for work. The location is also extremely clean. Tip: If you want more than one sauce per meal, you should say, "Can I have 4 (or however many you want) Chick-Fil-A sauces?" They will give them to you - you just need to be specific. Also, if they ask you if you want sauces when you place your order, make sure you remind them when you get to the window. Sauce problem solved. :) read more

What sets this experience apart, is one employee, Marianna, I hope the management knows and appreciates what a valuable asset they have with her. Marianna keeps the lobby spotless and offers a higher level of customer service than any fast food establishment I've ever been to. She's always busy, helping guests, cleaning, replenishing the condiment bar, this location ribs smoothly because of her. Need a refill? Sauce? A friendly hello? She's got you. Was asked repeatedly if I wanted the meal, said no several times, then was still asked what I wanted to drink - nothing, as not ordering the meal. Finally picked up the order, was only given one 12 count; asked for the other. Wasn't until I got home that I realized they'ed given me the fried nuggets not the grilled. Drove all the way back and was made to pay the $2 difference for their mistake. Seriously? Eat the $2 when you get it wrong. I never even write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one, that's how disappointed I am in this place. They have messed up (missing/wrong items) the last FIVE orders we placed, today being the SIXTH. I thought maybe they just hated me till I saw other reviews saying the same thing, which makes me wonder how much money these people have straight up stolen from people. I have never experienced anything like this at another Chick-fil-A or honestly any restaurant before.
