And higher prices than I'm willing to pay on any regular basis. But this location is a particularly great building, a modern shack with lots of lights and big rolling doors that I assume open in nice weather. This was my first time eating Shake Shack and I must say, it was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the cheese was oozing out and was delicious. Fresh cut ingredients on top. Fries were great too. The downside is the price. One burger and a normal sized lemonade was over 15 bucks. That is just way too much for what the food is, it's tasty but not worth that much. Service was good too. The guy bringing the food out must have been new as he almost spilled our drinks and was having trouble handing us our beers. I love Shake Shack French fries so I decided to try the Parmesan fries with truffle aioli. I can't say I was impressed! I wasn't a fan of the aioli - I much prefer the Shack sauce. After exploring the Rino Art district, I worked up an appetite and decided on a burger. Upon entering, the location appeared clean and new. The digital menus are large enough and the modern touches add a nice feel to the space. This location allows ordering on a kiosk that will request a name for the order. Once it's ready, an employee will bring out your order. There was also someone out front, near the kiosks at all times to assist with any questions or issues you might encounter. After viewing the menu to the left, I selected my items and paid for my order. My order was a simple shake shack burger and bacon and cheese fries. Everything was made to order and hit the spot for a late lunch. I also selected the mango lemonade, and it was a tart, refreshing drink to pair with my meal. All of my food was hot and the fries happen to be my favorite part. The bacon was crispy and the cheese sauce coated the perfectly cooked fries with ease. Honestly, I consumed the fries first! I barely had enough room to dive into the burger. It had just the right amount of patty and toppings. Though, I felt it had the basics for a burger, the fries and mango lemonade were worth the stop! My order took about 8-10 minutes to come up, as there were quite a few orders ahead of my own. You are also able to select dine-in or take-out from the ordering station. I decided to dine in. You already know your shake shack stance: Your in and out friends hate you, your five guys friends try and convince you about peanuts or something, and all the while you laugh as you sit atop your throne of elevated beef elegance. We were craving a fast food burger today & I refuse to go to BK or the like... so I suggested we try Shake Shack since it's only a couple blocks away. The space is well designed, modern & open! There weren't a ton of people when we came around 2:30. We tried the new hot pepper burger, and woooow it was easily the saltiest burger I have ever eaten! Like, why does it have to be that salty? Maybe it is a bad day, or are they always like this?! The flavor profile was excellent with the crispy onions & cherry red peppers, but the salt was overwhelming. The only saving grace were the fries- they are cooked perfectly, each with the right amount of crisp! Shake Shack is the supreme fast-casual burger restaurant, in my opinion. Not only is the food hella good but the company's backstory and insane growth is quite impressive as well. On this particular visit I indulged in a Double ShakeShack Burger (Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun, $8.99) and Crinkle Fries ($3.29), skipping the namesake to save room for booze. I loved every bite. These burgers are beyond delicious. The burger is so moist and veggies fresh. The ShackSauce is pretty much their version of fry sauce which no one beyond the PNW ever has so it probably has something to do with why I love this place so much. You can't skip out of the fries. We were on a morning stroll exploring our neighborhood and we came across this place. I was quick to observe that their signage mentioned frozen custard. It's rare to find, so we decided to try their version out. The place is pretty nice inside and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and the manager walked the place ensuring everyone was satisfied. We of course ordered the frozen custard, they only have two flavors, vanilla and chocolate. My husband surprised me with a late night treat delivery last night and it was pretty tasty. He ordered a cheeseburger (seemed like it wasn't from a pre made patty, juicy), cheese fries (plenty of warm cheese food), salty, crinkled (I'd order them well done next time, I prefer crispy fries), and ice cream shakes. He got me the salted toffee and he got a chocolate vanilla. The ice cream itself was yummy, but I'd give the salted toffee a miss next time as I didn't feel like it added anything. I'd also skip the whipped topping because if I'm going to do it it needs to be whipped cream. This was our first Shake Shack experience but it definitely won't be our last. Man, I'm a little bummed by my last 2 visits. They're always really kind and generally on top of it but I've had 2 mix ups now in the span of 2 weeks. First time I was given an order with my name on it, and the burger was wrong, and today when I went it, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and there was no lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.... Having never been to a shake shack, the hubs and I decided to see what all the hullabaloo was about last weekend. We timed our visit perfectly so we were able to walk right up and order. I went with the fried mushroom "burger" filled with cheese and the hubs went with a single cheeseburger with regular fries. We both got the blood orange Arnold palmers. My sandwich had a perfectly crispy mushroom filled with ooey gooey cheese. A little Mayo, lettuce and tomato in a soft bun, and it was a home run for me. The hubs thought his burger was a classic fast food burger that was exactly what he expected. The crinkle cut fries were good but not the best fries (I like crispier and saltier) we've ever had from a fast food place. The drink was super fun and different - a lemonade with caffeine in it? - yes please :) I enjoyed my burger - I have some health issues where certain things some fast food places put in their buns or meat end up making me really sick - but not at shake shack. They care quite a bit about the quality of their ingredients and I could tell. I did think the bacon cheeseburger my husband got was a little over priced for the amount of food that is there but other than that I was happy with what we got. I didn't get the fries because honestly I'm not a crinkle cut gal - just not for me. I tend to not get fries most of the time anyways - I'd rather get the bigger burger which I did and was worth it - the double burger was the way to go and not too much extra. Pandemic cravings are real y'all. I wanted, no needed, a burger today and went straight to the Shake Shack. I felt a little guilty supporting a big chain when there are so many smaller shops in trouble, but I just wanted consistency today. The service at the Rino Shake Shack was phenomenal. I ordered through the app and approached the employee standing outside. There were about 3 other customers socially distancing at that same time outside. I went a little early as I keep forgetting how good traffic and parking are these days. My order was ready on the dot and the staff member was so friendly. You could see other staff members inside working so hard with all of their protective gear on. The presentation of the food was great but to be honest the meal itself wasn't amazing. The burger was a quite dry and overcooked. While it did the job of filling me up, it did not quite satisfy the craving for a juicy, delicious burger. Of note, one downside of their platform is that it did not leave me the opportunity to leave the staff a tip. read more

Oh man, so sad. Not anywhere near the execution that I became accustomed to in NYC at this Denver location. My shake burger was not juicy - in fact it was crisp and dry as if it had been previously cooked and then thrown back on the grill/flattop for reheating prior to serving. Sound familiar? Yeah McDees does that. Here's hoping that next time I try Shake Shake their execution is better. For now it's back to Burger Fi. PS The restaurant is dirty...tables, condiment area, etc. The lack of attention to detail is disappointing. This was my first time ever trying the infamous Shake Shack. I'll tell you right upfront, it's a lot pricier than you think it will be and I was hungry just a few hours after. I may have screwed up though... I did not order a shake with my burger and fries. I know, I know rookie mistake and that's what most people come here for, but we were on a brewery crawl and combining beer with a milkshake sounded like a digestive nightmare. I got the ShackBurger with all options on it + fries. The fries reminded me of the crinkle kind you get in the frozen section of the grocery store and bake at home. The burger was really good and filling but doesn't even compare to In N Out and is more expensive. The cashier was not having a great day and kept messing up our change but it ended up being all good and she was trying hard to be our friend. The restaurant itself was pretty clean for a fast food place. There was a good amount of seating for small groups. This location is in the heart of the art district of Denver, RiNo, adjacent to multiple craft breweries. Things came out fast, as fast food does, but we were also the only ones there. Overall it was a little pricey for what it is and though I'm glad I finally tried Shake Shack I wouldn't say it's a place I ever really need to go back to except maybe to try their "legendary" shakes. read more

Heard from a real Chicago-an that the Shack ago dog, was pretty legit! The burgers have the fresh off the grill taste, all veggie toppings just add to the flavor !
