    Chicken sandwich
    Luke W.

Chicken is an enigma to me, even more so this place where the billionaire owner throws donations to modifying kids in secret while holding back fair pay and worker benefits in public. The food is very expensive considering the unhealthy ingredients, excessive sodium, crazy amount of stabilizers and all sorts of weird stuff clearly labeled on their ingredient lists, and artificial junk and colors, and somehow no one seems to notice these flagrant fouls of products and employees because My Pleasure covers all! Is it just me that feels this is a scam since Chilis, Outback, and many independent places offer the same items within a dollar and often cheaper without all the risky injected stuff? I keep getting pulled into various Chick Fil A locations, like this one in my birth city, by my friends who go wild for the easy to use app, smart selection of crowd pleasing items, and incredible consistency from clean restaurants to personable welcoming staff. I have to admit the breakfast burrito is excellent not just for fast food. Random free stuff showing up in the rewards account easily paints over the rusty molded underbelly of aforementioned issues. I suppose when employees don't really try to unionize maybe it is as pleasurable as they remind us. The chicken sandwiches are up there at the top for many but Slim Chicken's cayenne ranch chicken sandwich at my number one. It will be interesting in the next decade to see how the big influx of bird chains, Raising Cane's, Popeyes, and more, influences this original hopefully motivating to address the skeletons in the closet.

Extremely friendly and exceptionally clean! This team of people must be some of the best working for this chain. The food is great, too!

Salads have nothing on them and size decrease is significant. Portillo right next door.

Staff is mostly young, hard working and eager to do their best. Food quality is good and consistent. They don't force a tip, so I'm always happy to give one!

I don't know if he was having a bad day which I can understand having a bad day but he was very rude and aggressive towards me. I don't come to potbelly often so I will admit I sometimes struggle ordering since I customize my own sandwiches but he raised his voice at me when asking me what kinda sandwich I wanted. I work In customer service myself so I can understand being flustered with customers especially when they are rude but I was the opposite. and I personally think this man shouldnt be working with customers if he can't control his attitude. If a manager or owner sees this will I hope they'll talk to him. I personally don't feel comfortable coming to this location alone after what happened, I will have to go with my father or my boyfriend whenever we want potbelly since as a person, I felt like I was disrespected for no reason and I always have positive experiences coming here. I hope the guy will better his attitude. I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor about this issue while I was at the store but I was with my little one and didn't want to start anything with a child around.

I used* to* love* Kabobs, BUT sadly I fear it's becoming commercialized and the quality is…read moresignificantly suffering. Please hear me out. They have always* struggled with CONSISTENCY issues ever since they started (I've had raw chicken multiple times from them, now it's all burnt/dry), but it's more and more apparent recently. The meats are not only overcooked and EXTREMELY DRY, but the burnt exterior is a genuine *carcinogenic* (fact-check me) issue that leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth that is worse than sand IMO. The gyro meat is more grainy and un-chewable lately. The chicken is overcooked and dry as heck. The rice is undercooked and almost hard. The salads are less fresh, and I notice a distinct difference in the olives lately (more bitter and mushy, YUCK- I love good Kalamata olives, but NO thank you). I genuinely write this in a probably naive attempt to warn Kabobs that they are cutting too many corners that will probably, eventually, bite them. I would be very sad if that happened. I used to love Just Kabobs-- I've had great gyro and chicken and salad, etc, so I KNOW FROM THE PAST that they can do better. The main problem now* is that they are SUPER busy and they probably don't care about quality control because the money is rolling in, but I hope they will reverse course and get better quality ASAP. (PS; at their peak they are capable of 5/5 stars.-- I just feel that the quality has significantly* declined lately and it's sad to see, and waste money on. I couldn't stomach the burnt dry chicken kabobs I got last night and it's going to waste in my trashcan ).

Our sites were set on one establishment then saw another we liked and when we pulled into the parking lot, it was like a guiding light we saw McAlister's Deli. First time visit for this establishment. Ivan could not have made the experience more pleasurable. From the ordering of the food, delivery to the table to the clearing of our table he had exceeded our expectations and deserves this honorable mention. The menu board above the kitchen passthrough looked overwhelmingly extensive. We took a step back to look it over for a while. Iven was there to educate us as we asked questions. I finally settled on one of the spuds (spud max). My wife decided on soup (Chicken Tortilla) no green onions topping, sandwich (French Dip) no cheese, and a side (Tomato and cucumber salad). Yes, she is very choosy when it comes to "what's in it" before eating something. What impressed me was the fact that a young lady emerged from the kitchen area and mentioned that the soup choice my wife made did in fact had an item in it that she asked not to have as a topping (green onion). Here I was left alone to make my spouses decision. Without going into all the details.... It was reported that the soup was great! After ordering you are handed a number that you place at the table of your choice, then it is brought out to you. Leave the dishes as it's cleaned up for you. They have 2 size drinks.... 32oz, and child size probably about 10oz. I suggest you take the time and check out the on-line menu before jumping in. The food was good, the spud was large enough to take 1/2 of it home for another meal. I'll be back.
