I just want to say, the two guys who were working tonight ( 2/17/23 ) at closing time, are amazing employees and deserve a raise. I walked in with my father, 10-15 minutes before closing time, and ordered 4 hot subs. 4 of the most time consuming subs on the menu, right before closing time. We were greeted with nothing but respect and positivity, even after I forgot to tell them I wanted bacon on one of the sandwiches and told them at the very last second. I like jersey mikes, but I'm unsure of this location. I went there last weekend and got sandwiches for my husband and i, and i intended to pay with a fully loaded gift card that my husband gave me (he gave me the receipt with proof of purchase too). When the staff swiped the card they told me there was only $7.82 on the card and i needed to pay the remainder. I told them it was impossible it was a brand new gift card with $30 on it. They didn't care and told me if i had an issue to call corporate. So i had to waste a week of my life getting it figured out. Turns out that corporate looked at the transaction history and they double charged my gift card. They thankfully refunded me the amount and now that i have my gift card back i will plan to use it at a location that knows how to complete a transaction with a gift card, correctly. read more

Now this is for the review of this establishment. I have used both App and walk up service as well as delivery through the App. Well versed on all aspects of business. I have always special requests as I do not eat Turkey and they let me sub pepperoni for it. Other Jersey Mike's locations do not honor this request. I have ordered the giant subs(a little too much bread for my liking) and have had it cut into 1/2's,1/3's, 1/4's with no issues. They do accept coupons and I also utilize both cash and Gift Cards from Jersey Mikes, The meat is a small portion, but when I order double meat it does not disappoint. They have made it the way I prefer it every time. Disappointed they got rid of tomato wrap. Negative one star for bread selection needs to be more diverse. Wraps -which I almost order exclusively now- can only be white-dont eat wheat-. When I go into shop I get greeted with a smile and they listen to all my special requests, (double meat, extra cheese, etc). I have thoroughly enjoyed the wraps as they are very tasty and 2 of them fill me up good. They taste fresh and have not been disappointed yet and I have ordered from here too many times to count. A little slow on delivery-doordash (Avg 40 minutes)- not as fast as Jimmy john's but still the number 17 -Mike Philly-wrap. Still arrives plenty warm and love it as juices flow from the beef. they also have a Cancero Special #12 ( roast beef and pepperoni) that is not on restaurant menu but they know what it is. I can honestly say that using the app is easy and I have picked up through the drive thru as well. Even paid for it through the app. Even with all my special requests, this is my exclusive sandwich place now as they meet/exceed my expectations. Wish they had Gyro meat though. read more

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's chain of subs- and this particular location is no exception. The space is fairly small, it definitely couldn't host large groups, but is welcoming and was very clean. The employees were having a great time working together, were bantering back and forth in a friendly manner, singing, etc. which I thought was a lot of fun. Easily the top national chain sandwich shop that I eat at. Staff is always very friendly and chatting you up. Meats for the sandwiches are cut fresh for you. Choice of veggies and condiments make it nearly impossible to get a bad sandwich. I mean, its your creation after all. One thing to note, any sandwich can be made into a wrap. Recently, I have discovered that the Big Kahuna on a white wrap, uncut, is one of the best steak burrito's I can get in the area. One other note, I love the new online ordering and app they have for their stores. The employees are nice, quick, and efficient. They really look like they know what they're doing while they make your sandwiches. So far this place has the freshest tasting subs I've ever had at any sandwich shop. Also, the subs are huge which makes up for the price, and they stuff them with meat unlike Subway and JJ where they'll just throw down a couple slices. I'm a big JM fan. Though I feel when you pay top dollar for a sub your vegetables should look good and appealing to the eye. Your lettuce shouldn't be brown. So instead of being cheap why not put fresh veggies on there? I don't really want to eat on my sub what expired yesterday or the day before so you can save money. Would you eat brown lettuce on your sub? Especially when a giant sub cost more than your employees earn in an hour. I have been a customer with this location for several years & have been very pleased. The manager was always great. The sandwiches were always made to order correctly. When I use the app on my phone, we can drive to pick up at the designated time & normally we don't even have to get in the drive thru line. They just bring it out to us. However, tonite I am wondering if they are under new management. We were asked to pull up to the drive thru window, even though we were on time to pick up. We waited literally 15 minutes in the drive thru line because they had messed up the order of the lady in front of us. By the time they got her sandwich remade, there were 5 of us waiting in line. I even called to see if they could have her pull up & they could bring her sandwich out front to her & I was told "no, there is nothing we can do about it. We apologize, it will only be another couple of minutes." Heck, even McDonald's has better customer service. I was extremely disappointed. I really didn't expect to like them as much as I do! I stopped in on a whim one day and I have gone back to only them since! Their staff is always happy and friendly. I really like that everything is made fresh. I was very impressed that chicken sandwich was cooked for me, not heated in a microwave, and turkey deli meat sliced fresh. Online ordering makes things so much more convenient to just run in and pick up. If I had one bad thing to say it'd be that one time I came in and the entire lettuce bin had browning lettuce so I was a little put off by this being on my sandwich, but that one instance wasn't enough to make me not want to come back. read more

Always loved Subs from here as I'm a big sandwich guy. I've never had any problems here before and always was treated very friendly and enjoyed my visits. However, today I was a little let down when one of the employees had noticed that they made a mistake, said it out loud, then continued without correcting it. I understand people make mistakes and I really had no problem with it but it irked me that they continued even after verbalizing a mistake had been made.
