I was making a 7 hour drive alone in June 2018 with my 2 and 5 year old daughters and it had definitely been a long day... we stopped at this Chick-fil-A for dinner and though I didn't think I presented as a total mess (haha), when I finished putting in our order the cashier told me it was on the house, for no particular reason. It was such an unexpected gesture of generosity and lifted my spirits to finish the trip. Of course they can't do this every time or they'll go out of business, but I really appreciate the ethos of a business that will do that once in awhile and we'll try to be back on our next drive to Grandma's house! Yum!!! I'm sad there is not one in Buffalo. Make sure to get a number one...their original crispy chicken sandwich. It is so good...outside is crunchy and the meat inside is so juicy and delicious. I also ordered a 6 piece crispy chicken nugget. They were smaller than I had pictured them being but totally worth it. They are kind of spicy, I really liked them. I asked for one of every sauce, so I had a variety to choose from. My favorite ones were the original chick-fil-A sauce and the honey mustard. I had a sip of my friend's lemonade and it was so tasty and refreshing. The workers were super friendly and we got through the drive thru line very quickly. Okay, so let me start off by saying that my family & I love chick-fil-a. & when the remodeling took place we couldn't wait for opening day... tonight's food & service is the worst I've ever experienced at this establishment.. they ran out of root beer, no. BBQ sauce or chick-fil-a sauce.. which made me not even want the meal.. but because I ordered it I decided to just pay for it... when we got to the window we asked what other sauces there were. Since bbq & chick-fil-a sauce are the only sauces we like.. the young lady told us.. so we decided to get buffalo & Polynesian .. already annoyed.. we drive off.. only to find, she gave us honey mustard instead of buffalo.. not to mention the fries were over cooked.. unsalted & cold... very disappointed.. have been coming to chick-fil-a for a long time & my order has never been wrong, food has never been cold, & NEVER have been told they were out of something.. $20.00 down the drain.. read more

Travelling from Cleveland to Buffalo for business. Left work late and was still in CG uniform when I stopped for dinner. Surprised when the cashier said "thank you for your service and dinner is on the house." Wow!!! Not having a Chick-fil-A near home in Detroit, I try to get Chick-fil-A at least once when on the road and this restaurant is so much like the others: absolutely the best spicy chicken sandwich staffed by the friendliest people in town. The most professional experience I've ever had at a fast food place. Stopped for breakfast at 10 on a Monday. Pretty much only customers there. Our cashier brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for the 2 of us. Delish breakfast biscuit as always. Clean bathroom. Real flowers on the tables. read more

Had the most pleasant experience in a "fast food" environment that we've ever had. The girl that waited on us, Naomi, was so kind. My sister was a police officer and she was just killed in Pittsburgh. Chick-fil-a in cranberry sent food to the funeral. Then without knowing this young girl was the only person to make me smile today. There's more to the story but we ended up bringing her back roses because she was so nice to us. Even though the line was almost out the door, I didn't wait in line more than a couple of minutes. All employees worked together, waited on customers quickly, and seemed very friendly. I never saw one mistake with an order, and even the manager helped deliver meals to the customers sitting at their tables. While eating, we were asked how our food tasted and were given drink refills. When we finished eating, an employee picked up our trays without us even standing up. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. I have never been so impressed with a fast food restaurant!!
