I really try to avoid leaving bad reviews, but the burger I had tonight was so disappointing and that seems on theme with others who have left similar reviews. The burger was extremely dry and overcooked. Others have written that these patties may be from Sysco, or flash frozen - that all tracks. There's no flavor, the and the meat was crumbling apart when I bit into it. I hope that they can improve. read more

Food was amazing and would be THE spot in the area to go. Lunch, Dinner, it wouldn't matter - there would be a wait. With every visit over the last decade or so, my experience continues to decline as the food and service has suffered with time. What once was a staple meal has become a poor iteration of what once was. Bread is obnoxiously thick. The flavors on the ingredients feel off. It's disappointing. Still feel like there's a chance this spot recovers in time but with their expansions - this location has suffered. read more

Consistent favorite of the whole family. Great food with lots of options including wood fired pizza. Servers and managers went out of their way to take care of us. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The main dining room has the look of an Irish pub, with an open kitchen so you can watch the pizza chef in action There are outdoor tables and a beer garden in back that is great for families with young kids. We ordered barbecue smoked chicken wings. The barbecue sauce was in a cup. So they were not cooked in the barbecue sauce. The smoked wings were burnt. I had to scrape the blackness off of them. Highly recommended! Everything was delicious, and the service was impeccable. ( My only complaint is that they were out of artichoke dip. Oh no! Guess I'll have to go back sometime to try it!) Their pretzels and dips are delicious. The 'Bolis, especially the Cordon Bleu, are an absolute must try as they're super tasty, but not drowned in sauce or whatnot like other places. Perfectly balanced would be an apt description (and they make great leftovers, always a plus). Chicken tortilla soup and a salad was quality above what I've come to expect from places lately....in essence, regardless of if you'd like a lite meal, or something more hardy, if you're looking for quality delicious food at a reasonable price, you must try this place!! As for ambiance, we found it comfortable, not too loud or obnoxious. Did observe another party who wanted a different table, and the staff accommodated them with no question. I've been to this particular U pick 6 location before, my girlfriend was craving a Margherita pizza and a Rubaeus beer. The place was fully packed, so we decided to sit at the bar. The barmaid offered us the food menu and the beer menu. Unfortunately for my girlfriend the Rubaeus beer was not available on tap, but at least they had it on bottle. I asked to sample a blonde Guinness, a harp Lager, a me & Julio, Mexican lager, and a Blood orange sky. I decided to stick with the blonde Guinness because it paired well with the Margherita pizza. After the pizza we order a Guinness cheese fondue. Which was delicious, it was served with pretzel knots on the side and apple slices, and when we finished the knots and the apple slices and asked for an additional order of apple slices to finish without fondue and another Margherita pizza. The manager brought our pizza piping hot, and again it was perfect! This place has the best pizza in Erie! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. As an Erie native I have been coming to this location for years, and it never disappoints. I usually get just the classic pepperoni pizza or the turkey rachel and both are excellent. The pizza was only $11.99 and it's more than enough for one person so it is a very fairly priced. They have a very wide assortment of things on their menu. Burgers, wood fired pizzas, strombolis, sandwiches, bowls, salads, pasta, flatbreads, wings, and more. The mac and cheese side is nothing to write home about, but still good, I wish there was a little more elevation. Our service this time was a friendly man, seemed a little awkward, but he was extremely catering. The atmosphere is a bar-like restaurant, very dimly lit at dinner time. Not to mention they also have a ton of coolers with beer from local breweries to take home. Overall, love this place. read more

Another disappointing Erie food wasteland. The meal was brought so quickly we knew something was suspicious and we were right. From the old, cold, stale fries to the dry overcooked burger to the canned soup. This place is a hard pass. Service was great and pleasant. The absolute worst service I have ever recieved. the service is usually very good but we were told a 10-15 min wait ... waited over 45 min. and when we asked where we were on the wait we were told another 10-15 minutes after we had waited 35 minutes. Then the manager told us that they will get us one when he can. Very rude.Then the waitress took extremely long to get our drinks multiple times. she forgot our appetizer.messed up our drink orders. the person who brought out our appetizer spilled sauce all over my $400 car seat and was not given an apology. read more

Visited while taking a weekend vacation to Splash Lagoon. Had a nice vibe and it had an awesome beer selection. They also sell beers both local and brand names by the 6 pack in the front of the restaurant. The food was ok, just ok, nothing to note on. The pizza muffins where very good (but the highlight) of my meal. My burger was bland and had very little flavor. House made chips where good but not amazing. Our waitress was friendly enough but after our meal was served, she was no longer attentive. My husband would have got another beer, but she never came back. I haven't been here in a few years but not much has changed besides a few things on the menu. The latest being the smoked salmon flatbread instead of the ahi tuna and this did not disappoint. There was much more salmon on the flat bread and the combination with the Brie cheese was delicious. The beer selection is always pretty good but my only compliant would be it's the holiday season and all the taps on reserve were the actual holiday beers so maybe those should be switched out. Otherwise this is a great place for food and drinks always. They should bring the happy hour special back too! read more

Great local pub with lots of beer selection. There's an outdoor area and a refrigerator area with plenty of beer selection. I got the carbonara pizza for $13. It was more than big enough for one person and was surprisingly tasty! Service was quick and the decorations inside gave it a homey vibe. There are also plenty of TV's to watch sports. read more

Such a disappointing experience. We loved the idea of a cozy, upscale, neighborhood, pub, and ventured out on a chilly night. I had called and reserved a table for two. The front room was quite pleasant, but we were shuttled to a back "family" room. Bright lighting, and filthy, with kids running around unattended. We couldn't find a seat out front, so we stayed. The food was very disappointing. The "spicy burger"consisted of a flavourless beef patty, some cheese and tomato and quarter inch thick rings of jalapeño peppers. No real sauce or flavoring. No love. Fries were OK but a bit cold and rather skimpy. My husband had a Reuben and soup. Reuben was fine. Chicken tortilla soup tasted like it came for it from a can/bag. Beer selection was good. I'm afraid we won't return. The indifferent service, lack of care in the food, plus the gross backroom atmosphere was a real turn off. read more

My wife, sister, brother in law and I all came here for a late night dinner on a Saturday night. We were in Erie during COVID and were looking for a place to sit down and eat. When we arrived it wasn't long before we were able to be seated inside. I ended up ordering the Philly Cheesteak Stromboli with a cheese dipping sauce and a side of fries. The Stromboli was excellent and the cheese sauce was amazing! I thought that the portion size was just right. The fries were meh but dipped in the cheese sauce they were much tastier! We always enjoy this little local chain of restaurants. My partner and I visited this location last Thursday at dinner time. We were immediately seated, even though it was a bit busy. Our server was BilliJo. She was wonderful. Friendly, attentive but not overbearing, very professional. We ordered our go-to meals from this company. Mine was the classic Italian boli (their name for a Stromboli) and he got the cordon bleu boli. We've never found another restaurant that makes the cordon bleu style, so it's a must try when you visit. I will say it's always rather cold (at any of the locations), so if you're like me and hate the cold, be sure to bring a sweater or dress warmly. Keep an eye out for the owner, and grab a custom 6-pack to go on your way out! read more

Nice place by the airport, deceptive in appearance from the outside, but warm and Pub-like on the inside. Very spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was quick , nice pour on the Guiness, food was good as well, chicken Alfredo was tasty, apps of smoked wings and artichoke dip with plenty of chips and bagel slices for dipping. Son liked his meatball hoagie and the pizza rolls. A little pricey, but what isn't these days. Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Great spot. read more

It was obviously a frozen patty that had been precooked and warmed up. Slightly. It wasn't even hot and very dry. (the menu states well done, but juicy!) The fries had been sitting for awhile. Like, a long while. While everything was edible, the burger was as dry as the frozen burgers your buddy does on the grill for the cookout, fries were sticking together and as I said were sitting for a long while before being served. Did I eat it, yes. I was extremely hungry, and as i said, it was edible. And while this place is mostly a beer joint, they have quite a bit of liquor behind the bar, but no cocktail menu? That's a waste of money. But hey, it's not my business. The two stars are for the good service I got. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Maybe my expectations are too high.
