Big smile, stopped in for breakfast. Nice store lay out, clean bathrooms, good parking and drive up. Had some great food. I had a chicken, egg and cheese on a muffin. Hash browns nuggets. Everything was tasty. The people are great, one person was cleaning table but she made time and effort to interact with the guest, and the children's too. Placed a curbside order during our travel home to NY. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AY ANY OF THE CHICK-FIL-A's I have visited. The traffic pattern and curbside pickup parking is a joke. First to get to curbside pickup we waited in line for over an hour, one person was attempting to control traffic and parking but not in the least effectively. I would have thought that once a person recieved their curbside order, he could have stopped incoming traffic to let that customer back out & leave. The entire set-up from drive thru (I only saw one person with an iPad & I'm not sure if she was even taking orders) to curbside was a huge "0" rating from me. If you're interested in improving your process, maybe consider visiting and mimicking the Lancaster NY Chick-fil-A! Those people have their act together. Friendly staff, good food. Our fries were cold and they had one of the dirtiest bathrooms. The restaurant/eating area was immaculate. I went to change my 8 month old and was disgusted. Some old diapers were lingering on the changing table. The staff was smiling and I'm sure if I addressed it on 6/5/17 one of them would have been happy to tidy up the women's bathroom. Being two stalls it shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. We were making a Pit stop for good food/bathroom break and gas and so many other restaurants on Peach, we chose Chik Fil A. So the food is good but there is ALWAYS a line in the drive through and in person (pre-covid). I wish it was more easily assessable for the average person who doesn't have 20-30 min to wait. I have friends who rave about Chick-Fil-A, and tell me to try the chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and peach milkshakes. But there don't appear to be any Chick-Fil-As in Canada, and in fact I had never even seen one until this trip. But I decided to seek one out. It's only a couple of traffic lights North of the I-90, so it's easy to get to, but a sign at the exit telling me whether to turn left or right would have been nice. As a lot of people have pointed out, deep fried chicken isn't the healthiest thing you could eat, but there are a number of lighter items on the menu, and it's the first fast food place I have ever seen which actually lists the salad dressing choices up on the board. I tried the chargrilled chicken sandwich, which was very nice. The waffle fries are tasty, too. My meal came with a sachet of honey mustard, and I wasn't sure whether it was to go on the sandwich or on the fries, but since the sandwich had mysteriously disappeared by the time I found the sachet, I tried it with the waffle fries, and they worked very well together. I didn't try the peach milkshake, because it was a roasting hot day, so the iced tea was simply too tempting to resist. The service was... different. I can't point to specific instances of particularly amazing treatment, but all of the staff seemed to be genuinely interested in serving their customers, rather than just cranking out the food as fast as possible. It's not like the staff at other places are snarky, exactly (well, at least not most other places), but dealing with the staff here was noticeably, if subtly, more pleasant than at most fast food places. read more

When my parents told me they would be heading to Erie, PA for the Lake Erie Fanfare, a DCI show sponsored by the Lake Erie Regiment drum corps, my first thought was: CHICK-FIL-A I had my Dad get me a ticket so that I could finally get to Erie for some chicken strips and honey roasted BBQ. Though I can't say I agree with this company's CEO's politics, I do love their chicken. And hopefully, to improve my karma for eating here, a monetary donation to the Give A Damn Campaign can offset my purchase of Chick's chicken. Erie is seriously like the Northeastern HQ for every fast food place imaginable. It thrilled me that Chick-Fil-A was a part of the smorgasbord. I ordered chicken strips with honey roasted BBQ and a side salad with ranch dressing. Also, a diet lemonade (so I could put those calories toward a shake after dinner). The chicken strips were delectable. Ample, tender, juicy chicken with the perfect breading. The honey roasted BBQ is my favorite sauce. If you've never tried it, you must! I don't really care for fries much and especially not waffle fries so I got a salad and it was awesome! Chopped nicely, dark leaf romaine, tomatoes, cheese, these little red pepper crunchies, and tasty ranch. The diet lemonade was delish! I ordered a chocolate shake after that I could have done without. It was okay. Very thick, reminiscent of a Wendy's frosty. We brought a cooler and took home some sandwiches and tenders. Ha! This is so worth the 2 hour drive... But only once per year for me. When is WNY going to welcome Chick-Fil-A?! I need my fix more often!!! Chick-fil-a has great food! It is a little pricier than other fast food chains, however the food is way better for you - they make many of the items fresh (filet and coat the chicken, cut the salad materials, make the chicken salad, coleslaw, and biscuits). They have healthier options for a small upgrade fee. This is a great place to eat with a family or alone. Employees are nice (sometimes nicer than waitresses at casual dining restaurants)! They have lots of coupons and promotions and are active in helping the community. There are few fast food places you can feel good about eating at, but Chick-fil-a is definately one of them. read more

Fresh to this place, we were hungry and didn't know what to eat... while driving on Peach Street I noticed Chick-Fil-A and suggested we try it. My sister's co-worker ranked Chick-Fil-A in his top 3 burger/sandwich joints. So I had to see what the fuss was about. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe w/ a side of Chick-Fil-A sauce. I stop here a lot when driving through Erie. It's always packed with long lines, yet I'm always through exceptionally quick and my order is always right. There is a distinct demeanor in their employees that you will not find at ANY other fast food restaurant. They want your stop there to be the highlight of your day. Yeah, it's "pricey" when you compare it to the Wendy's value menu chicken sandwich, but the food here is of much higher quality. They have all kinds of sauces, which are all delicious, and you can have as much of them as you want. I visited this one and tori was the girl whom helped me at the counter and she was nice and made eye contact. This is important in customer service and people do notice. My kids will not ever eat at McDonalds because of the supersize me movie. I like you can get fruit instead of fries, my kids like this option very much as they really do care what they eat. I've noticed that and I try to make sure they have a choice. The play area was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned a good amount. This is very important as kids are dirty, not just my kids but all of them. This is their job and they are very good at it. I'll visit again..... read more

Just as you expect from a Chick-fil-A: good food and excellent service, which is never a surprise. What makes this one so great is the excellent service they provide to those of us, like me, who like to stop and bring food home to Buffalo, since this is the closest location (two hours way). Let's say that you are driving home and would like to bring some food home to your family and friends. It will make you quite popular, more so if you also stop at Krispy Kreme across the street for some donuts. But what do you do? Go to the counter and order a dozen chicken sandwiches to go? Well, you can, and they will take care of you. However, there is an easier way. When you are about a half hour away, call and place an order over the phone, and the food will be waiting for you. In fact, you can order the sandwiches deconstructed: chicken in one wrapper, sandwich buns in another, and pickles in a third. The sandwiches do not get soggy on the ride home, and you can put the chicken in a cooler if you would like, and the bread stays fresh. The restaurant has provided this service for a while and call the deconstructed sandwiches "Buffalo style." Not for hot sauce associated with chicken wings but because the sandwiches are for people taking them to Buffalo. When I did so recently, I called the night before and was told about calling the next day when a half hour away. Upon calling the next day, I learned that the manager to whom I had spoken the night before had notified the next day's manager on duty that I would be calling. We went in and ordered food expecting to have it right away...this is not what happened we had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food. Once my food came out it was brought over by a waiter who was kind enough to give me a coupon for a free sandwich for the next visit because of my wait...this is all fine and dandy but my friend still had not received her food which she had to ask about and was told that they accidentally bumped it off the screen and they brought it over a minute later with yet again a coupon for a free sandwich and now a free cookie. With my friend waiting at least 15-20 minutes I think a little more than a free sandwich would have been nice... With that all being said the food came out and was amazing, I cannot complain in that department. All the workers were super nice and they up and beyond their duties. read more

This was perhaps my biggest let down of the day and it started with me visiting my ill father in law in the hospital who isn't doing so well! Let's start off with service - where it seemed obvious that those running the front were a bit new as no one seemed to know what their job was! After we finally placed our order - which took much longer than normal - we sat down at a dirty table, which I've never seen at other locations. The flowers on all table were pretty ragged and the place seemed a bit on the messy side! The chicken and fries were perfect as always - the slaw was a not so good - the standard sweetness I've tasted at ALL other locations was missing here - same texture - same flavor - less the sweetness! Not good because I CRAVE that stuff! Today was also free coffee - and knowing it was free we expected to wait. However, we did not expect to wait and then have to ask for it after we had completely finished our meal. In addition the creamer must have been really bad - yes it was bad and you had to be blind to not see that it was bad - two strikes here - one of the bad creamer and one for not seeing it! Chances are I will not return, but I'm not giving up on them! read more

We arrived on a Friday afternoon just after a tour bus unloaded and filled up the line ahead of us. The line went back and forth and all the way to the front door of the store and I thought it was going to be a mistake to stay, but we decided to wait in line for a while and see how it would go.
