OK so I go in this morning and I get some chick minis and a yogurt perfay right! Okay well yogurt parfait it frankly looks separated. So when I called in to the store to inquire the first person to answer gave me a bunch of reasonings and excuses and then without further word hands me over to somebody else didn't tell me that he was doing it just did! It was like he got frustrated and said to heck with this I'm not talking to this person! Just wow; then the manager I assume that is who she was tried to explain that's what happens when yogurt is allowed to sit there it will separate. Okay well then why aren't you keeping the fruit and yogurt separate till ordered if that is the case? Honestly they both made excuses never offered to remedy the issue and I don't think I will be returning since when I sat down to eat my chicken mini bites I found a total amount of chicken that was just despicable; if I pay almost $10 for a meal with two items and they are both subpar and minuscule your restaurant has failed to do its job! This particular restaurant had a huge line already at 11:30 am. We waited about ten minutes inside to order. The staff was very nice, and the food was hot. For me, it wasn't anything special. I'm a Cane's fan and the chicken strips couldn't hold a torch! They were small, but tender. Excellent staff and clean restaurant though! read more

I've been to so many Chic-fil-a in CA and with each visit it was the best customer service. This time to the Fargo Chic-fil-a was my 3rd visit and it was the worst. We came in with no one in line, ordered 2 milkshakes. A family of 4 came in after, they ordered meals and milkshakes to go. Then a cop came in, he ordered a milkshake and a meal to go. Two milkshakes came out after 4 minutes of waiting and it went to the family of 4. Shortly after another milkshake came out and it was for the cop. Obviously annoyed and upset because I ordered my milkshakes first. I confronted the lady who works there. She said they were busy and they're already making my milkshakes and nope out came someone else's order after the cop. I really cannot believe them!!! When our milkshakes finally came there were no cherries on the top which I specifically requested. I regret not asking for a refund, walk out and forget about the milkshakes! read more

I came here to visit about 9 hours away from home and they had very poor service and we didn't receive a portion of our food. It's god awful here ...... I am dissatisfied by this. I love Chick-fil-A, but they gave a bad name for the franchise itself. Very disappointed! read more

I love chick-fil-a, and I was so excited when they opened a location in Fargo. Usually, the service is exceptional but my last experience here was disappointing. On a prior drive thru visit, they had given me the wrong order. I didn't realize until I got home, and we let the manager know. No big deal, we understand mistakes happen and they were busy. The manager that took our call offered to replace our order the next time we came in, which we said wasn't necessary. But she insisted and sent us gift cards that would replace the spicy deluxe sandwich that we ordered. When we went in with these gift cards and the handwritten card that the manager sent, a different manager (Gabrielle) who was there that day did not want to honor the cards for the spicy deluxe sandwich. She eventually gave in but was incredibly argumentative and condescending. She treated us like we were trying to game the system which frankly was embarrassing. We didn't ask for our meals to be replaced, chick-fil-a insisted, and when we came in as they asked, we were lectured for their mistake. Because of this, I have to give this location 3 stars. read more
