I ordered the Basic B Hot Noodles with chicken dashi, chicken thigh, soft egg, citrus, greens, and pickles. The chicken was rubbery, the broth was lukewarm and very transparent, and the dish was topped with cold carrots and greens, which further dropped the overall temperature. The result was a bowl that felt unfinished and lacked the comforting warmth you expect from hot noodles. The dish was served with standard plastic cutlery and no proper broth spoon, which made eating noodles and soup awkward and out of place for the style of food being served. There's potential here, and parts of the menu clearly work, but consistency and execution need attention. With better temperature control, properly cooked protein, and basic tableware upgrades, this could be much stronger.
