The BEST restaurant in Fayetteville. Very friendly service. Very attentive (I'll always see managers and workers ask each other "have they been served yet?"). Very very fast workers. I'll often see 2-3 lines going in the drive-thru and will get my order in less than 10min. I've ordered bulk #s of chicken biscuits and sandwiches and they're ready in 30min or less sometimes; on top of serving rush hour. If you want quick food, good food and good service. I was really disappointed at this visit. My grandkids are with me so I stopped by to pick up food for them. We had to turn around, because the nuggets were burned and the oil was smelly. The restaurant employee was really nice and apologized. We were given a new batch, but they weren't the best. Bottom line, they really need to change their cooking oil. :-) read more

I have been coming here for over a decade and literally nothing has changed except the interior and the workers. The atmosphere and pure niceness has been the same since they first opened and each time you dine with them they make you feel like you are apart of their family. Definitely a mood booster for those early mornings. I was getting my car service at Mavis and my options were walking to McDonalds or Chick-Fil-A. No question on what the right choice was. I love Chick fil A but this location is lacking quality at its drive through. This is the second time I've ordered large fries only to get them cold and the container half full. The food is not cheap as everyone knows so they should be sure it is fresh and the container filled. I went there this evening for a sandwich and I had my dog with me and wanted a pup cup. Was told by the person taking my order they should be able to do that. Drove around to the window and someone tells me that they stopped doing that, per their operator, they are not allowed to do that anymore. Told them I understand if they don't wanna give anything away for free but could they charge me for that and let me order it. They stated no, they are not allowed at all to do this for anyone. When I asked for the operators information, they stated they cannot give that out, but the lady at the window seem to pretend to take my number down in her cell phone as if she was going to message someone to give me a call. I can't believe all that Chick-fil-A states that they are and what they stand for that they would stop a service completely such as this. They could at least do a nominal charge if needed to cover their supplies and/or food items for this. But every other chain does this, and is not reasonable that they would suddenly stop. read more

Chick-Fil-A is usually on top of their game. I've never had an issues at any location, until today. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Normally we go inside to eat, but due to being rushed, we did the drive thru. Mistake. We ordered two deluxe meals, and wanted some sauce. We get home (which is less than 1 mile away), only to find out the order is completely wrong. The meals were completely mixed up, labeled wrong, we received no sauce and the fries only had 5 in the whole container, and those weren't fresh. They had definitely been sitting for a long time. We called to ask about the meal, but nobody answered the phone. I called back and it rang for over 5 minutes before someone answered. I shared with them about the order being wrong, and all they offered was a replacement fry and to make sure my sauce was correct next time. Really? Come on y'all, you can do better. Clearly you can see from my order that I frequent Chick-Fil-A and have a member number. Anyways, we didn't have a lot of time, and couldn't make a trip back there due to being busy today. When we finally sat down to eat, we opened the sandwich boxes only to find out that not only were the orders wrong, but the bread felt like it had basically been soaked in water, and the whole sandwich was just thrown together like something you'd expect from McDonald's. Not only that, but when we were there the previous time (last week) the staff was super dismissive and it was like pulling teeth to get any help or for somebody to make eye contact with you. But there was another couple eating and multiple times the staff made a point to check on them. Maybe they had previously had a bad experience and this was the staffs way of making it right? I'm not sure, but regardless you should give everyone the same level of attentiveness and service. As somebody who works in customer service, I expect more. I'm not one to ask for freebies, but I'd say this would be an appropriate time. I'm not sure if it's the management or what it is, but my recommendation would be to not waste your time at this location. Keep on driving north to the Dwarf House in Fayetteville. They'll keep you coming back and treat you how you should be treated. I would like to call back again, but truthfully I don't expect anything to change. read more

This has got to be My favorite chick-fil-a. I have been to this location several times since I have moved to Georgia and they are great. This has got to be the fastest one I have ever been to. I know in Atlanta we loooove this little fast food joint but I'll tell you....this is the best Chic-Fil-A in that I've had in the city. It's very consistent, everytime the food taste hot and fresh. They're open 24 hrs. (except on sundays of course) and they have thse peach pies that are so addicting! I am allergic to apples so I never experienced those little fried apple pies that my dad would stop at Mc D's back in the day just to get his fix but if they are anything like these now I am a believer! I'vce been to 2 other Chic-Fil-A's looking for the fruit pies (blueberry, peach, apple etc.) but nobody seems to have them but the fayetteville location. That lets me further know that this is the best Chic-Fil-A in GA! read more

Services at Chic Fil A NEVER seems to fail. How do they do it? My husband and I get blown away by their superior service, EVERY TIME we dine here. I'm so excited to be visiting Georgia and eating up all this Chic Fil A Breakfast BUFFET! Super yummy! 5 star ratings on food for sure. You get your money's worth by eating at their breakfast buffet every Saturday morning. We have made this a tradition in our family if we're residing in Georgia to come and eat here. Thank you for hosting us always and asking us if we'd like some "sweet tea" to go. I rate this business a success in their employee training. You will be hard pressed to find me having to say anything bad about chick fil a. This particular location is a great option for us. We live in brooks and generally could go either to the south PTC location on 74 ( stars mill ) or go up Hwy 85 to this location. We find that this location is usually not as busy as the PTC store. This store is at a traffic light which makes it easy to get to. The drive-thru is a bit narrow if you are in a bigger car / truck but manageable. The staff is always nice and the food is always fresh. read more

I am kind of torn between a 2 or 3. This place has the worst service. The drive thru line is always long and the staff outside working don't go fast and most of the time don't know what to do. The food is always good except for one time when they gave me and a whole different meal then what I ordered and told me that that is what I ordered but I didn't. Rude people! But some are nice. First they got rid of the cinnamon cluster.... now it's the burrito with onions and peppers... chick fil your running out of things for me to eat in the morning..... I hate it and I'm not happy with the change.
