I visited today with my children and was pleasantly surprised with service given the plethora of 1-star reviews at this location. The drive thru line moved at an average pace --- not speedy but not slow. Both of the window attendants I encountered were very polite. The employee at the first window actually took the time to ask how I was going before extending the card reader to process my payment. That's a rare occurrence for fast food drive thrus nowadays! Jessica, at window #2, wished me a blessed day. I also appreciate that both ladies were wearing hair nets. I ordered happy meals for my children, who are currently collecting the FIFA World Cup Squishmallow toys. No complaints on the food or the toys. This location has a playground. I'll return for my crew to check it out bc they were disappointed we didn't pop in today. read more

I stopped coming to this McDonald's, but since we were on this side of Fayetteville I came to get my grandkids some lunch. I ordered 2 kids meals at 1:39. We didn't get the food until 2:13pm. This is definitely UNACCEPTABLE! My husband said that he had to ask them where was our order? The employee said she see the number on the board but not on the screen. Whatttt? That makes no sense. Finally my husband had to show her the order was placed on mobile and our grandkids were waiting on their food. We definitely won't be back. :-( read more

Honestly. 0/10 stars but I have to give at least 1. This McDonald's has rapidly went down hill the year I've lived here. I was sold an under cooked burger and when returning for a refund the girl told me she couldn't give cash refunds? I still got my cash refund but for only half the order I asked to be refunded. Long story short. I can't give this place 0 stars. The food is not edible. I waited over 15 minutes for my food in line after I paid. The smoothie was like it was made a long time ago. It was room temperature. My daughter vomited the smoothie. That's when I tasted this lukewarm trash. I called the store. I received poor customer. A so called manager by the name of " Lisa" said no refund. She said I are the food. You can see receipts and photos dated between 7:57 pm and 8:54 pm. I called corporate, but they close at 7 pm. I came to McDonald's for a quick happy meal for my kid, and I sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes+. I would have gone somewhere else, but my kid was adamant about this happy meal. Not sure if the place is understaffed, but they should consider hiring new employees, resolving current issues, or closing the establishment--restaurant wait times for a four-piece kids McNugget meal. read more

This McDonald's has really went down hill. When I went to pick up my order the drive through was closed but there was not any signage to let customers know. When we pulled around to the window they had an attitude like we should have known. They were also are supposed to close at 10 but had the door locked at 8. This location says it's open till 11pm. Came through the drive threw with a friend at 9:45pm and was told they only had drinks and ice cream available. Once we were at the window we asked why there was no food available and the associate said they closed at 10pm. This McDonald's can not seem to get it together. Every time we go they are out of everything. We went the other day they were out of sprite and purple Fanta and lemonade we ended up with apple juice. Plus we ordered a cheese burger and received chicken nuggets. The nuggets were rock hard. So drove across the street to chick fila to get the sprite we all wanted and so better chicken nuggets. Thank god Chick fila never lets us down as they operate like a well oiled machine. I will pass McDonald's up moving forward and go to chick fila instead.
