Especially for the price. The hostess is friendly and helpful. My waitresses have been attentive and kind. The service is good and consistent. The food menu is very limited in options for vegans & vegetarians. They serve beer, wine & spirits. There is a drink menu available upon request for beer, wine and spirits. There was a guitar player playing beautiful live music for the duration of my first visit (Feb 2026). During my most recent visit (8 April 2026), I ordered the Pecan Crusted grouper with red cabbage & seasonal veggies. The grouper was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside & topped with a strawberry mango fruit compote. Both the cabbage and veggies were overcooked which was disappointing bc I appreciate some good texture! The flavors were good though. So if completely softened veggies are your thing, I think you'd enjoy them. To drink, I ordered a mocktail that is new to the drink menu -- a Triple Citrus Paloma. It was refreshingly tart & garnished with a honey dipped Tajin rim! Shoutout to Lucinda for curating it. They don't have a reliable system for tracking order issues, and they clearly don't double-check bags before handing them out. When I spoke with the manager, she had a nasty attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the item I already paid for months ago. She even said "Just take it, I'll pay for it." But let's be clear--you're not paying for anything. That was my money. The customer service is terrible, and this place clearly doesn't value its customers. My love for Jim 'N Nick's started years ago when I first tried it in Denver, Colorado. Since then, I've kept it in my rotation, especially at the Conyers location. When I moved to Fairburn, the closest spot was Sharpsburg. It took me a little while to warm up to Sharpsburg because I was so partial to the incredible service in Conyers, but they eventually won me over. Today, Fayetteville proved that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like I was in a sit-down restaurant -- even though the setup is order-at-the-counter. They walked the floor, checked on guests, and made sure everyone had what they needed. I was so excited I even told the GM Chad that I literally pulled over on the side of the road and screamed: "It's a "&$??&@#^** Jim 'N Nick's in Fayetteville!" This location just earned a loyal fan.
