Out of every Chickfila I have been to this was by far the dirtiest store ever. The floors were dirty and smelled wet and mildewy, especially on the side with the bathroom. Every single trash can was overflowing and stuffed. The window blinds and ledges were covered with stains and food. The booths were peeling. It was really bad. Then, on top of that, there were only 2 employees running the front, and they were obviously stressed and messing up. This was not b/c of lack of staff as there were at least 8-10 other employees either outside, at the drivethru and standing around the employee storage area. The one visible manager was working the drive-thru and never came to help them at all. They were mixing up orders, forgetting items, setting ice cream and milkshakes on the shelf when people were waiting on them. At one time, there was a group of people all waiting and frustrated, and I felt so bad that these two needed help and never got it. I also had to go up there b/c I never got my milkshake. They gave me someone else's and once that was realized they said they would make another and never brought it and it was sitting on the shelf melting again. I will say the food was good , although expensive. Chickfila has increased their prices a lot in the last few years. A family of 4, two kids, cost $40 for fast food! I won't return until they have fully remodeled and staffed.It's better to try a different location! Note: I filled out the receipt survey with this same response. I received a prompt phone call/voice-mail from a female manager (or owner). She apologized but did not clearly read what I put b/c she blamed it all on the old store in need of a remodel, which she said was happening next month, and the lack of employees. Just about every issue - from the restaurant being filthy to the lack of organized help at the front counter- could have been fixed. They had employees milling around the back employee area, outside, and the kitchen and they had a manager not delegating and helping at the front and putting all her attention to the drive thru. read more

There is something to be said when the drive thru line is over 30 minutes long! In my opinion no one should love the chicken that much..... but.... ! Holy shit man, how the mighty fall. I went to chick fil a this AM in hopes of getting some chicken mini's when I arrived I was happy to see there wasn't but three cars in front of me at the drive-thru. However my mood was turned when I sat in the same spot for FIFTEEN MINUTES...in the drive through... finally we scooted up inch by inch. Until I was next to get my food...only one problem...NO ONE HAD TAKEN MY ORDER. I sat in that line for a total of 30 minutes and not one person took my order. I pulled into the drive-thru to order a kids meal and watched close to 10 cars who came AFTER me get their food and leave. I ordered a KIDS MEAL. Finally when he came out to my car he said "what's ur order" and I reminded him of the kids meal- he handed me a small drink (no straw of course) bag with fries and mac NO KIDS MEAL. I had to find parking and walk in to get what I paid for because there was no way I'd be sitting in that lineup for another 20 minutes for 5 nuggets. Another thing is I heard the customer service at Chick Fil A supposed to be great here but I didn't receive one "thank you" or "have a good day" not even the famous "my pleasure" lol. I absolutely LOVE this Chick-Fil-A location. All of the employees are so professional and very kind. The food is exceptionally great and I love the music that they play in the background. It's never too loud and instrumental so when having a meal with someone else, you're not easily distracted by the words or volume. Also the drive thru may have a line wrapped around the building and I've always gotten though the line in 5-7 minutes. This is HANDS down my FAVORITE fast food chain. Yo this Chick Fil A does not live up to the name. If you're going to primarily sell food through the drive through you must have more than one line. This Chick Fil A always takes at least 30-45 minutes to get your food. The employees are all teenagers that don't seem to have any urgency. This is a horrible location. They buried in the back corner of a parking lot that is grossly undersized for the square footage of structures. Chic-fil-A has a maze set up to get you through the drive through, but it is confusing to many of their customers. They truly don't have enough space for curbside pickups. Now, on with my rant! I ordered a large unsweetened tea for curbside pickup through the app. This took 3 attempts, as the app was not responding after the order was placed. Once I finally got through that hold up, then came the huge traffic jam that was encircling the aforementioned maze around the building. Since all of the curbside slots were full, people were assuming that they were supposed to just sit there, holding up traffic, until one of the spaces magically opened up. Well, they didn't and the curbside deliverers were having to waive the people on the aforementioned parking lot. After checking in, I waited 30 minutes before finally giving up and leaving...WITHOUT MY SINGLE LARGE UNSWEETENED TEA THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!!! So, kudos to you, Chic-fil-A, for complicating such a simple process, one that all of the other local locations have nearly perfected. You outgrew this location years ago. So I love Chick fil a, that being said this location sucks. Two staff members had some attitude today. Plus they did not give us any straws, and while waiting for our food I over heard that they didn't give any straws to one of the curbside pickup orders. Then while we were at the window waiting for our food they gave out three orders behind us. That seems to keep happening no matter what or how little we order or at what location we are at. I visited last Thursday and there was a line to out to College, but the staff managed to get me my order within 5 minutes of entering the line. As most people know, it should come as no surprise Chick-fil-A has amazing service! I work just down the road and love coming here on lunch because it's never an issue. They have several employees outside working the drive-thru and I am in and out within just a couple minutes (seriously, not even five!). Today I dealt with two employees (in total there were three outside) and they were so polite and friendly like every other time before! An added bonus? They were wearing bowties. I don't know any other fast food service that has the people or presentation skills. I have honestly never been a big Chick-fil-A consumer until starting at my new position.
