I come here with my kid because she likes the play area. Service is pretty fast, and it's normal fast food. Parking lot is tight but not unbearable for the most part. I warn my kid before we go that we will leave if there's no parking but it's yet to happen. I've been to the south where people working at chick-fil-a are more likely to come around and help you with your tray or offer refills, etc. but for WA state this is adequate and they're always helpful and prompt if I need something (walk back to counter to ask). Came in for an event they were throwing. It was a daddy daughter date night. It was an absolute blast. They had a Photo Booth, they had both cows in costumes, all of the sides and the rest of the food set up buffet style. Food was great and came out hot. I have noticed for the last year or two that Chick fil a has consistently gone downhill withthe quality of their chicken. That's the whole point of the restaurant, correct? The chicken strips that were in my daughter's kid's meal tasted awful. The whole recipe tastes different from what it used to. I have continued to eat at chick fil in spite of the chicken quality going down the drain from it being stringy, small, tough or dry filets and I think I'm finally tapped out. Regularly visited this chik fil a but not again. We visited for breakfast and were asked to wait 2 minutes for fresh chicken Biscuits. The restaurant was not busy but we watched car after car get their order. 1 other car was asked to wait the crew kept looking out the window at us came out and gave another car their food. We asked for a refund after 15 mins (time stamp receipt) my husband was upset with the manager but she started yelling at hime and even said "no f*ck you" the other male manager followed us the car to get a picture of the plate to "ban us" and proceeded to flip us off. Southern style chicken sandwiches and service. If you like Chicken sandwiches this is absolutely the best. Other restaurants try to imitate Chik-fil-a but fall short. I love Chik-fil-A's unique waffle fries, too. Try the fresh squeezed lemonade as well, though I wish they'd stop using styrofoam cups for their beverages. The service is consistently excellent; when was the last time a fast food manager came around with free gift cards to apologize for your food taking a a bit? The staff are trained to always say, "My pleasure" whenever you thank them for anything. Try it. It can get a bit busy at lunch, and they do get some young students in, but unlike other fast foods the students are always respectful and I haven't seen any problems. It's just that kind of place. I now understand why this location has less than 3 stars overall. I wish I checked before ordering, but you expect a relatively consistent food/experience across a fast food chain. I ordered 4 combo meals for delivery. Total was over $50 before fees and tip. Delivery driver delivered to the front desk perfectly, as I asked. When I went to gather the order, there was no drink holder. I had to make 3 trips trips just to get 4 drinks and the food. I messaged the driver to ask what happened and he said Chick-fil-A refuses to give out drink holders for delivery orders. I clarified and asked if it was just they were out of the drink holders - but the driver replied there was a big sign. Apparently they're only providing drink holders for customers who pickup their own orders. If you order delivery they don't care if your drinks make it safely to your delivery spot, or when I claim my delivery from the front desk/front door. It's insane. I spend over $50 and the owner/manager is too cheap to provide a piece of cardboard to transport my drinks? Drinks are probably the highest margin item in the store - and Chick-fil-A wants to inconvenience delivery customers because they want to save a few pennies? What's next, no straws for delivery? No bags - just hold all your food against your chest like taking a load of laundry out of the dryer? Oh, and the chicken sandwiches were dry. I have no idea if the drink holder thing is a company wide policy for all locations, or just this one. I haven't ordered delivery from Chick-fil-A before.
