It is a bit smaller, but food wise I will be back! We went for a dinner and it did not disappoint. Lines for the drive through are long, so we went inside to dine. Loved how sweet and patient the ladies were taking our order. You order your food first, and then they will bring it out for you. Little salsa bar, Coke drinks, huge flavorful portions will make you happy that you visited. I didn't like the default salsa they put on the tacos, would've preferred just onion and cilantro. In fact I didn't like any of the salsas they offered, the green salsa was the only decent one and I'm sure the orange looking salsa was on its way out, it tasted and smelled funky. The patties are thick 1/2 pounders and are cooked to perfection. We usually split a burger because they're so huge! The Seoul sauce is fantastic and they come with cheddar cheese and are served on a brioche bun. They have other variations of burgers, including the Bulgogi burger made with grilled ribeye, Seoul X with fire soul meat, the Soul burger which is a Korean grilled pork butt, and more. They have great fries, including garlic fries. Service: there is often a line because the food is great! But the folks manning the grill are fast without sacrificing quality. Service is friendly & efficient. They also have smash burgers, but we haven't tried them. The shakes are great and they make delicious pickles. Ambience: whenever we have been here, or was a food truck located in the parking lot of a mini-market. When we have eaten here before, they had no tables, so it was a bit messy in the car. We have been traveling for awhile, so it's been awhile since we ate here. It now looks like they may have a building and some outside seating. Time to go back!

I've tried their Signature Hotdog in the past which is pretty good. It's topped with crunchy onions and two secret sauces so it's packed full of lots of flavor, and the crunch from the onions is a fantastic complement to the hotdog. We've also got their regular mac n cheese in the past at the Puyallup Farmers Market for my kids and they are big fans of that! At the food festival, they were serving pulled pork mac n cheese cones (yes, in a waffle cone!) which was a super cute way to serve it. It also was drizzled with some sort of spicy honey which I normally wouldn't choose, but it was SO good and paired so well with the pulled pork and mac n cheese! I've encountered the same employees several times at all the different places we've tried them and they always have a smile on their face. Definitely a local favorite that we'll continue to support!
