She talked very noticeably slow to me as if I have something, I'm probably much smarter than her. I've managed a restaurant before and proud to say I've never talked to a customer like how she did and would've fired an employee if they did the same. After I ordered, now I'm already feeling upset that this lady was on edge, and I'm literally standing five feet from the register cause there's like a group of people waiting for their food right in front of me, but when she calls me up she says "you forgot your drink and your sauces." Unsure why there was even a need to say that when I'm literally standing near the front. I literally look at her for a second now I'm thinking she's crazy and wanted to start a fight, but I just smiled and said ok. And then walked away. This place just opened earlier in the week. So to be clear it is a fast food restaurant so I rated it within that context. The chicken was really tender and well seasoned. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was actually really spicy, I loved it! The employees were all very friendly and they understand that most people haven't been in before so they had a lot of good suggestions. I really recommend getting the big chicken sauce with your meal, it was really good. The meals are huge, so realistically the next time I go we will probably just get one meal and split it between the two of us. Have been here twice- today being second visit. Would love to love this place but just can't. First visit ordered chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, fries, the slaw, and Mac & Cheese. Ordered fries- again mostly small pieces. Otherwise they were "fine". Mac & cheese still good. Husband ordered BBQ chicken sandwich. He thought it was good but not "come back" good. I went and ordered a sundae. They brought out a shake. I told them I ordered a sundae. Staff commented she thought I had, so she gave me a sundae & said to keep the shake. I thanked them but looked at receipt. I was charged for a shake so ... I am sure this place will do fine or ok although spendy, especially if you have kids but I compare these chicken places to Raising Cains- not even close to that quality!!! I ordered the Ultimate and couldn't finish it. It was like 2 meals in one! You can sub out your fries to any side so I chose the dirty fries. (There was an additional cost for this which they did not mention so be warned) Hubby ordered the Shaq Attack which, if you like spicy, was far superior - jalapeño coleslaw for the win! YUM!
