Since this Chick-fil-A has upgraded, its good and service have taken a fall. Tonight, I ordered curbside because it's usually the fastest way to get food; however, even after it said my food was being delivered, I waited almost 20 more minutes. When o got home to my dismay, the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. They were warm, but definitely not fresh. The spicy chicken sandwiches were also very dry. They also forgot a large fries. On a good note, the gentleman that brought my food to the car was very nice. Jamel was his name. I did call and was told my name would be put on a list and next time I came in they would give me my fries. This Chick-fil-a has really gone downhill which is sad because it is one of my family's favorite places to eat. I guess we will order from the mall from now on. read more

We stopped at this Chik Fil A on our drive home to Virginia from Florida. This is, hands down, the worst Chik Fil A I have ever been to. The parking lot is a nightmare. If there are even a few people in line at the drive thru you are trapped in your parking space. And forget getting out of line if you decide you want to exit the drive thru, you are well and truly stuck here regardless of the situation. The lines here move slower than molasses and this location is incredibly inefficient. I have never sat in a drive thru this long but see above, once I got in line I was stuck her for the long haul. It was very good! The food was super good, it was a little slow to come out but that's okay because it was a Saturday night (I'm writing this the next morning). I ordered the Chick-fil-A Sandwich and Grilled Cool Wrap and both were excellent. We talked with an elderly employee by the name of Denise and she was super nice! Donye worked the register and even though he was in training, he did an excellent job getting the order down and double checking to make sure everything was correct. Food was good as usual, service was fine. This Chick-fil-A has decided to do takeout inside..., allowing thousands of people inside the restaurant to pick up your food. But you cannot use the restrooms. Somehow that will keep you safe!! Other Chick-fil-A 's in the same state allow you to use the restroom. This is seriously the WORST chicfila I have EVER been to. My mom has a gluten allergy and this is one of the only fast foods she can eat at. She asked for a grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun. This has never been an issue for any other chicfila restaurants we have been to. They gave us our food (we dined in) and they proceeded to tell my mom all of their gluten free buns were frozen. My mom asked if there was any way they could heat it up since she payed extra and they couldn't comprehend the idea of warming up a bun. Instead of helping my mom she was ignored and the workers kept going to the back and were laughing. Needless to say they were unable to help my mom and were rude in the process. Breakfast Bust- waited over 30, many things in order wrong, they forgot things and not good. Stick to chicken!

We stopped here on a road trip traveling down 95 because who doesn't love Chuck-Fil-A chicken? We chose curbside pick up on the app to be fast and our food came out quickly. After we got our food we unfortunately did not check our bag before pulling out and get back on the interstate to continue our journey. Upon opening our bag we saw the spoon for our ice cream but no ice cream. When we went to the app to review the meal it did not allow us to note that we had things missing from our meal. Luckily, it was just an ice cream and not a main component, but I would be weary of them forgetting something else. Overall, we love our Chick-fil-A and the food is the same food that you would get at any other Chick-fil-A. The limited service that we got was not AS good as you would find at another Chick-fil-A, but still better than most places you would go to, especially fast food. read more

Around 9am I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. I was a mobile order. Guy in front of me was so frustrated that he was 1 of 4 people who got out of their cars to ask what was going on. This was the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have been to many Chick-fil-A's up and down the East Coast. I went at 2 PM on a Saturday and it took 25 minutes for me to get my food going through the drive-through. There were not many cars. I normally don't review chains, but this was the worst CFA I've ever been to. It's drive-thru only, with a walk up window and some picnic tables. Which was pretty annoying since it was a windy day, but we were mid ten-hr road trip and didn't want to eat in our car. The sign on the highway should inform travelers that it's a drive-thru only location. The bathroom was horrifyingly dirty. Dirtier than most gas station bathrooms. And I expect CFA bathrooms to be top notch and reliable on road trips. This one was awful! Also, the walk up window was horribly inefficient. There were two windows - one for ordering and one for pickup, but they only used one and they used it for both purposes. The guy in front of us ordered and just stood there till he got his food, which made me unnecessarily wait until I could order. Then after I ordered, I moved to the side so others could order, but then my food sat at the window for awhile during them ordering. And then the food... My husband's salad had a hair in it. Was an okay chain restaurant. Only 3 stars for two things. No mouthwash in the bathroom, I've been to several other Chick-fil-As and they all had mouthwash. I was a bit disappointed when I discovered they didn't. Wouldn't of been a big deal but after being on the road for several hours, I was looking forward to it. Second, the person that goes around and cleans the tables and asks if you need anything was nowhere to be found. We needed a bag to put our leftover food or kids didn't eat and also refills. This is a very different Chikfila. Theost unique out of the ones I've been to. The food is the same. I got a number one combo. The taste as the same as the other Chickfilas. There is outdoor seating but no indoor seating. The drive thru lines are very very long because there is no indoor seating. There is a walk up window outside. read more

Wow. I am shocked. This is the first time ever that I've seen poor service at a chickfila. I'm always greeted pleasantly at every chickfila with a happy voice and a "my pleasure" but we did not receive this from here. The lady taking our order mumbled and was not friendly. The young man at the cashier and window was polite and did thank us and say "my pleasure". This was also a very bizarre building. Double drive through and only outdoor seating and bathrooms. This is a very different Chick-Fil-A to what I'm normally used to. This place doesn't have indoor seating, everything is outdoors. There's a double drive through though. I called up and asked what time they were closing as it was just off the highway that I was traveling up to get back to NY and I love going to chick-fil-a's while traveling. It's great quick food and tastes amazing. And we don't really have any in NYC. I didn't get the usual brilliant customer service that I usually expect from Chick-Fil-A. I got some rude employee that seemed like she hated her job. That's not what I'm used to seeing from this chain. I brushed it off and went there anyways and I figured they were just busy. When I got there, we ordered and the person over the speaker wasn't very nice to us either. Long story short, Chick-Fil-A's always get 5* ratings in my book, but the lack of customer service (I guess they didn't get the memo!) and lack of indoor seating forced me to go with a 3-3.5* rating. read more

OMG! Arrived at 10:15 for 2 chicken biscuits. Didn't get our food until 10:35. They said they didn't have any chicken cooked and they hand out drive thru food first before customers inside. I've never had anything but great food and quick service from these folks. Their staff always sets the benchmark for caring, quality service. The price is fair for what you get. Heck, no other chain even attempts to do the fruit cups like Chick-fil-A, and they are consistantly fresh and interesting... not just a bowl of grapes like elsewhere. They're great when you're on a diet, or when you can splurge with calories too. Great local store. read more

I can say I never had a bad experience at Chik-fil-a until tonight. This is possibly the worst fast food experience I have ever had. After waiting 25 min in line and to get our food (we would have left if there was a way out of line) our tea was spoiled, we sent it back and they poured more tea which was actually worse than the first batch of tea we were given. We had to ask repeatedly for extra ice. There were 4 teenagers working our side of the drive through, leaning against the counters chatting and laughing. This restraunt definitely needs some help. Luckily I was just across the street when I realized that I did not get what I ordered. When I went back with order in hand I had to present a receipt.
