Absolute trash Chic-Fila. No cheese sauce, so you get the gist. Just knowing that, it should speak for itself.

We stopped here on our trip and it was great. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Service was quick. I wish there was were a couple more bathrooms but that's not a complaint. read more

I have to write a review because the other 2 reviews for this place are ridiculous. I have never ever had a problem with this place since it was built in the early 2000s(?) It's super convenient because you don't have to get out of your car. You can eat on the go or in the parking lot. If you'd like to eat there, you could order at the window but the only seating is outside.. or just go to the Chick-Fil-A at the food court inside the mall right next door! Employees are trained to be friendly so it's always a pleasant experience! read more

We came in during a busy lunch hour with a need for a party tray of nuggets and fries for a bridal party of 12. Every employee we spoke to was super helpful and friendly; they got our order ready so quickly. 5 stars well-deserved. read more

I like the double drive through. Food is great! I can see why other would be frustrated by the no indoor sitting area.

No indoor seating. Seems like a crazy idea considering this restaurant is right off of the interstate, in a hub of other restaurants and hotels as well as a mall. Dbl drive through however they should really expand. read more

Ok of course Im gonna give freaking chick-fil-a a 5 star rating the staff is so friendly the food taste so good it is truly wonderful.

The food most times is good but I'm very surprised chick fila has not updated this location's building. There seems to be plenty of lot space for them to build a normally structured restaurant where they now instead operate out of what looks to be an old rally's. I have to assume their very small building limits them on how fast they can be but none the less it's pretty slow. read more

I have eaten at Chick-fil-As all over the southeastern US and this is the only one I have ever questioned coming back to. The food is average compared to others but the service is extremely slow, even when I am one of 3 cars in line. Yesterday I sat in line for 20 minutes just to pull up and see 7 employees standing around chatting. One of them was even eating while working the walk-up window. Others were applying lip balm or playing with their hair. Way too many health violations for me to go back. At least until I hear that things have been fixed. read more

This is the slowest chick-fil-A I've been too. The food is decent. THERE IS NO BATHROOM IN THE CHICK-FIL-A! You can't go inside either. There is a walk-up drive thru. There are two lines and everybody just cuts each other off. One line goes to one side of the building and the other goes on the other side. It's very confusing. I suggest you go somewhere else, like the burger king right next to it. But if you are desperate, the food is good. read more

Where's zero stars? I have erroneously stopped at this chick fil a on two road trips. Be aware that it is ONLY Drive thru and walk up. There is no seating except outside in the middles of all the idling cars in line. Great if you want to breathe exhaust while u eat. In addition if you end up in the left lane of the drive thru the cashier is on the wrong side of the car. Great if u r by yourself. Lastly there is only a gross one holed bathroom which is in the middle of the lanes. Ideal for dodging the cars when you have small children. Sucks! read more

The worst service I've ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A and that says alot because I've eaten here at least two times a week for the past couple of years. I went through the drive thru because the parking lot was a full and I wasn't sure about mobile ordering here since this is my first time at this location. That was my first mistake, wasting about 20 minutes for the wrong order. On firat glance, it just looked like the wrong size fries. I was staying a hotel about 5 minutes away so when I saw it was totally wrong a sandwich, fries and mac and cheese instead of nuggets and fries, I made the decision to brave the thunderstorm and go back. I had to squeeze into the only open parking space next to someone who double parked and literally got drenched just trying to get out my driver door. Inside, I only got an "I'm sorry and you got fresh fries" from Mike the manager. No consolation prize for the error: giftcard, keep the mistaken order, treat. I also didn't realize I didn't get any ketchup or nugget sauce until I got back to my hotel. I was going to stop here in the morning for breakfast but I wouldn't give this franchise another penny. They are too busy and totally not worth it as they are disgracing the entire brand with the effort at poor, rushed and inaccurate customer service to get through the long lines inside and in the drive-thru. We drove by today simply looking for iced coffee on our drive back to Raleigh. The iced coffee needed a bit more cream. I have had iced coffee at other locations and I have never been served iced coffee that is so dark with barely a touch of cream. However, the reason I gave it only one star is that while we were waiting for the kid at the drive through window to add cream, we saw another server move and hold on to a large trash can that reached to the height of the drive through window. She was using it to hold herself up as she leaned forward to the side to get some cups. She got a stack of plastic cups which were wrapped in plastic and she opened the cups with the same unwashed hands she had moved and held on to the trash can. Fortunately, our coffees had already been served in other cups, but yuck!!!! read more

It was an interesting experience and I can see how some people might leave a bad review. The line of cars was backed up so much I couldn't even get into the parking lot to park. With that being said, I thought it must be over the top if people are willing to wait that long for their chick fil a. Man people are lazy, there were only three people at the walk up window and about 12 cars backed up in the drive through. Since I couldn't get into the parking lot, I just parked on the side somewhere and went to the walk up window. It wasn't a bad experience. I thought it was different and I did keep looking for where the dinning room was. Food was good and so was the service. I would give this place five stars, but whoever decided not to put a dinning room here had issues. They also need to redesign the drive through to make it a little faster, less crowded, maybe two drive throughs. The place could easily get four or five stars if it was engineered a little better. read more

This Chick Fil A was by far the worst I have ever been to. I love Chick Fil A and how fast their service is. This Chick Fil A was so slow and took 30 minutes for our orders. They need more people working together instead of 1 person doing everything at the window. So disappointed. read more

Worst chick fil a I've been too. Rude staff and slow service for a simple order. When we went up the window to ask for more napkins the young man gave a dirty look then forcefully unlocked the door to see what we wanted. And the chicken sandwich was very dry... DO NOT get out of your car and go to the walk-up window. Apparently they assume you have time to wait longer if you aren't in the drive-thru. Yesterday I went to this restaurant and waited in line while the employee took orders and stopped to fix drinks after each order although there were about 7 employees in plain sight. When it was my turn he walked away for about 3 mins while I had already been in line for atleast 10. All I ordered was 2 gallons of tea, and people who ordered food after me received their food before I got the tea. Its tea. You don't have to cook it. I waited about 10 more mins in the sweltering heat with the sun baking my back like cookies in an oven before I received my order. The only thing the manager on duty said was "sorry for your wait ma'am." Never again. read more

This Chick-fil-a location is downright disrespectful and terrible. My husband and I are huge fans of Chick-fil-a and eat there somewhat often. We were traveling from our house in Charleston to visit my parents in NC when we stopped for breakfast at this Chick-fil-a location. It took us 30 minutes to get through a not so terrible line. That wasn't the bad part... As we were waiting, an older man pushing a dolly with frozen fries tried to squeeze in between our car and the one ahead of us. He hit our car THREE times. My husband was furious and got out to not only inspect the car but to confront the man. He did not apologize or anything! Instead, he told my husband that he must have "imagined" it! WHAT?! Later we realized this older man was the MANAGER of this location. How can a MANAGER not apologize?? Now we have a nice scratch on our bumper from this lovely gentleman. We would have stopped but we had an important appointment to get to in Raleigh. Ridiculous. We have filed a complaint with Chick-fil-a. read more
