Nigel! The sweetest guy ever works at this location. All of the other employees are very nice also but Nigel was pretty much top notch when it comes to customer service anywhere I have been in a while. This location is very large inside, has a good amount of seating, and has an indoor playground. The restrooms are always very clean and the workers make you feel like you are dining at a nice sit down restaurant. The location is directly next to a Discount Tire so if you're in the area and need a place to go while your tires are being worked on then definitely make your way over here. read more

Went through the drive thru order appeared correct however when I got home the order was wrong. Short a lot and drinks were wrong. I checked the receipt to make sure it was my order and it was. The receipt was correct. I went back up to the restaurant and tried to get some help but was told to just wait in line. When I made it to the front the girl took my receipt and brought back the missing items. Set them on the counter and said next. I am well aware mistakes can happen but the way I was treated it felt like it was my fault and I was a bother. If I go back to this location I'll be the one holding up the line checking it over with a fine tooth comb. read more

This location is fantastic - I love how they manage the drive-thru during peak times. The fundraising events are also very well organized and manned. I love their superfood side offering (kale, and yes, there are raisins - but let me tell you, as a person who doesn't like raisins, they go well in this!). The southwest salad is good, and I typically order the chicken noodle soup cup side along with it - it ends up being a lot of food if I'm not STARVING, but a good combo nonetheless. Even though one of my kids is too old to play in the play-place, it's still a joy to watch my almost-too-big 8 year old play while we sit and eat. (I'm sure they do their best to keep the play place clean, that still weirds me out in there! So just make sure your kids put their shoes on before they leave the play place and not walk around barefoot - and utilize the hand sanitizer in the bathrooms!) read more

Ordered through uber eats, i got my waffle fries and drink right. But the chicken sandwich, i ordered a lettuce wrapped regular chicken sandwich with american cheese and no pickles. But instead received a complete opposite order of pepper jack cheese, with pickles and a spicy sandwich with buns. So i was not able to eat any of it. read more

I know everyone is a fan of Cfa , and I do like them too, but they do have their faults. One thing that I really dislike is when you get a small pice of chicken on your sandwich that doesn't even reach the border of your bun, especially when your buddy's is twice the size and hanging out the edges ! As much as they charge , you should never have to get a runt of a chicken IMO. I'm venting , but it's irritating ! read more

It's Chick - fil - a, they don't let you have less than a 5 star experience. The food is good, we all know that, and the staff is always super kind. Even when they do mess things up, because we are all human and accidents happen, they go above and beyond in rectifying that. In general, I'm a fan of Chck-fil-A. I was surprised that they stuck three sauces in the containers where they put fries, and it resulted in only half container full of fries. How is this acceptable? Fries cost nothing so please don't try to save there. Also, the nuggets are very salty, but that's for the corporate. The customer service is good. They're good people. read more

The kids working there are nice enough, and overall order accuracy is pretty good. Now, for the fries.... When you order a large fry and receive a kid's menu amount, that is pretty unsatisfactory. 100% of the time! EVERY SINGLE TIME they get something in our order wrong or forget something. It literally never ever fails! So dang maddening and frustrating to get home to find it is wrong. I call every time to tell a manager, they "fix" it by offering my next meal on them... that doesn't fix the fact that every time I go there they still get it wrong. i come to this place at least once a week with my kiddos and it's generally alright, although last week i saw the TERRIBLE treatment of an employee being berated into tears by a manager named amy foskey who i see frequently. i called corporate and let them know of the behavior i saw and i was just updated that the employee being berated was FIRED. i find it disgusting that a person in power was treating a teenager so terribly to the point of tears and then said teenager lost his job over it. The inside is always clean and packed at lunch inside ans out and at dinner time the drive through is packed and the inside and out The staff working here are always changing but they have always been so polite and helpful. Chick-fil-A is a well-oiled machine, man. Have you ever seen a fast-food place this efficient? How can you have a line almost out of the parking lot daily and still get me food this fast? And the food is hot and fresh? It's bananas. It's so odd pulling up to a CFA drive-thru that's stacked upwards of 15 cars back and not feeling even slight stress because they have proven time and time again that you'll get through in no time. Also, the employees are so kind. They don't let the constant stream of people drain them or even let it catch them slacking a little occasionally. They're always up and at it. This is a usually my Chick-Fil-A stop since it is close to home. I usually don't have a bad experience until tonight. I have to make a mental note not to stop by right before closing. I ordered the #2 meal with the spicy chicken, waffle fries and sweet tea. The fries were very stale and luke warm. The sweet tea was very bitter. The only thing that saved the meal was that the sandwich was fresh. On the other hand, the drive-thru Service was fast and accurate. The young lady was nice and pleasant. Word of advice to the staff to maintain quality despite the time of day. There were cars behind me so they had constant customers up until closing time. Keep the fries fresh and don't slack on the sweet tea recipe. That is the signature of the restaurant. read more
